Abstract

ABSTRACK The research was counducted in May 2017 at the in Balai layanan Usaha Produksi Perikanan Budidaya of Karawang West Java Province. This study aims to determine the amount of total investment cost of production, net income, marketing flow, business feasibility analysis, and business development prospects of the business of raising fish in ell Fertilizer Production Business Processing Aquaculture Karawang West Java Province. The method used in this research is survey method.Cultivition of Fresh Fish Cultivation in Balai layanan Usaha Produksi Perikanan Budidaya ofKarawang West Java Province has InvestmentRp. 247.465.000, consisting of fixed capital ofRp. 74.545.000, and working capital of Rp. 172.920.000. Marketing of eel fish atBalai layanan Usaha Produksi Perikanan Budidaya of Karawang West Java Province of crop sold to collector, collector to local consumer, Business Servise Center of Production Fishery of Karawang Cultivatisibility directly to local consumer, and collector directly to overseas consumer. The results of feasibility analysis obtained a profit of  Rp. 339.915.000 per cycle (year) and RCR 2,89, FFR 137,35%, dan PPC 0,72years. The prospect of the development of eel farming business in the field of business of fishery aquaculture production business is good enough, based on the criteria of investment, marketing, and fulfillment of all sub-systems of agribusiness (subsystem input supplay, subsystem farming, and subsystem marketing).Keywords: Prospects, Business cultivation of enlargement eel fish, DistrictKarawang

Abstract

                                         ABSTRACT                This research is about consumer preference to Salai Fish in the city of Pekanbaru Riau Province has been done in February 2018. The purpose of this research was knew consumer preference to Salai Fish purchased by consumer in Pekanbaru City.The research method be used Survey Method by conducting observations directly to the field. The sampling technique be used Accidental technique that has been done in proportion with the number of respondents as many as 60 consumers.               The result of research indicate that attribute that influence to consumer preference of Salai Fish  attribute of price, taste, texture, quality and size of fish / tail (kg). Price with a score of 104, taste with a score 152, texture with a score 161, quality with a score 166 and size of fish / tail (kg) with score 183. Consumer preferences for the Salai Fish fall on the price attribute, because the scores on the low price attribute and the lowest score were the consumer preference.  Keywords: Preferences, Consumers, Salai Fish, Pekanbaru City.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research has been carried out in Pardomuan Nauli Village, Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province in March 2018. The location of the research was purposive, with consideration because the consideration of Simalungun Regency was one of the areas that had extensive land and extensive agriculture and large production for fisheries. The purpose of this study was to identify the types of livelihoods of the community, analyze the working time out of the fisheries, agriculture, livestock, plantations, calculate the income of the people in the fisheries, agriculture, livestock, plantations, analyze the contribution of the fisheries sector to the income of the people in Pardomuan Nauli Village.The results showed that the most dominant livelihood in Pardomuan Nauli Village, Pematang Bandar Subdistrict, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra Province was agriculture, a side livelihood was only as a support and increase of people's standard of living, for more time between fisheries, agriculture, plantations, farmer farms Spending time in the agricultural sector because agriculture is the main income in Pardomuan Nauli Village, Pematang Bandar District, Simalungun District, North Sumatra Province, the highest income in the fisheries sector is Rp. 11,000,000 / year, the lowest income in the fisheries sector is Rp. 5,000. 000 / yr. The highest income in the agricultural sector is Rp.64,000,000 / year, the income of the people in the agricultural sector is at least Rp. 8,000,000 / year. Community income in the plantation sector is at a maximum of Rp. 13,000,000 / year, the lowest income in the plantation sector is Rp. 5,000,000 / year. Community income in the livestock sector is at a maximum of Rp.21,000,000 / year, the lowest income in the livestock sector is Rp. 8,000,000 / year.The biggest contribution influencing people's income is the agricultural sector. The fisheries sector, the plantation sector, the livestock sector are only complementary and increase the income of the community to improve the economic level of the community.Keywords: Contribution, Sector, Fisheries, Revenue.

Abstract

 Abstract The research was conducted in February 2018 which is located in Koto Panjang hydroelectric reservoir of Kampar Regency of Riau province. This study aims to analyze the total cost of production on the business of fish Mas, Analyzing the revenue / gross income in the business of Mas fish, Analyzing the level of profit / net income in the business of Mas fish, Analyzing the economic value of the Mas fish farming, the method used in This research is a Simple Random Sampling method (randomly) with the number of respondents as much as 29 people cultivators. Data analysis used is production cost analysis, gross income analysis, net income analysis, Residual rent analysis. The results showed the annual production cost of IDR. 25.101.280.000, gross revenue IDR. 41.037.150.000, net income IDR. 15.935.870.000. The number of goldfish production per year is 1.609,3 tons. The economic value of KJA's fishery activities in Koto Panjang hydropower reservoir is IDR. 20.472.752.000 from the total KJA units of 1,546 units.                                                                                                                    Keywords:  Economic Value, Production, Revenue, floating net cages

Abstract

This research was conducted to identify the exsisting condition of Kajuik lake tourism,to study the development strategy and to find alternative of Kajuik Lake tourism development.The method used in this research is survey method. The results showed that Kajuik Lake has ecotourism potential that is still beautiful, but the facilities and infrastructure in Lake Kajuik have not been adequate, such as the lack of tourism acts and difficult to access Kajuik Lake tour especially during the rainy season beside that, Kecamatan Langgam has traditional cultural tourism destination Balimau kasai potang mogang which is held every year. Based on the analysis of interests (SWOT Analysis) shows that the priority sequence of strategy consists of Development of doing the development of cultural and maritime tourism (ecotourism) with the importance of 2.54, intensifying local tourism promotion with importance value 1.72, supporting facilities and infrastructure of tourism objects with the interests of 0,74

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze the financial feasibility of fish catching in Koto Panjang Reservoir of Kampar District, Riau Province, using business and investment criteria analyses. The result showed that each engine boat and rowboat has IDR 29,313,301.59 and IDR 15,044,311.11 for their respective profit; 3.55 and 3.48 for their respective Revenue-Cost Ratio Value; 0,29/yr or 3.3 months and 0.30/yr or 3.6 months for their respective fishermen payback period; and 3.6 % and 4 % for their respective Return on Investment (ROI) value. Investment criteria analysis on fish catching for each engine boat and rowboat obtained Net Present Value (NPV)of 142,169,973.13 and 72,313,686.96, respectively; 3.01 and 2.91 for their respective Net B/C value; 49% and 46% for their respective Internal Rate of Return (IRR) value. Fish catching business in Koto Panjang Reservoir is deemed feasible because NPV>0, IRR>interest rate, and B/C>1 for both engine boat and rowboat

Abstract

This research was conducted at Marjoly Beach and Resort, Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. This study aims to describe the accommodation and entertainment as well as the socio-economic characteristics of visitors to Marjoly Beach and Resort, to analyze the factors that influence tourist visits to Marjoly Beach and Resort, to analyze the amount of economic value obtained by Marjoly Beach and Resort by accidental sampling with a total of 30 respondents. . The data needed in this research include primary and secondary data. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression and from consumer surplus using the travel cost method. Respondents are determined using the travel cost method approach by estimating the economic value seen from the consumer surplus. The results showed that the total travel costs incurred by all visitors as respondents were around Rp. 38,035,000. Factors that influence tourist visits to Marjoly Beach and Resort are travel costs, income and age. The consumer surplus value obtained from the travel cost method is Rp. 50,276,669.60/ person per year or Rp. 17,955,953.4/ person per visit, then the total economic value obtained from assuming a surplus of tourism consumers in Marjoly Beach and Resort is Rp. 2,295,129,967.25.

Abstract

This research was conducted in November 2019 in Padang Mutung Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. This research aimed to analyze total investment, receipts, profit, and the feasibility of an enlargement business of Catfish in Padang Mutung Village, Kampar District, Kampar Regency, Riau Province. The method used is a survey method, determining the respondents using the census method. The results showed the average investment on a small scale is IDR. 210,793,000, on a medium scale is IDR. 270,026,250, on a large scale is IDR. 772,559,000. The average receipts on a small scale is IDR. 213,000,000 with the profit is IDR. 46,820,925, on a medium scale is IDR. 270,000,000 with the profit is IDR. 62,248,187, on a large scale is IDR. 892,500,000 with the profit is IDR. 139,979,375. This catfish enlargement business is feasible to be continued, based on RCR>1, FRR>bank interest rates and PPC value ranging from 3.78 to 6.78.

Abstract

Research on analysis resources bioeconomy anchovies rice has been implemented in August 2017 in waters Labuhanbatu North Sumatera. The purpose of this research to estimate Maximum Sustainable Yield (MSY) and Maximum Economic Yield (MEY), Effort Maximum Sustainable Yield (EMSY), effort Maximum Economic Yield (EMEY) and Effort Open Acces (EOA) resources anchovies rice in waters Labuhanbatu District. This research in a survey by analysis of data used the bioeconomy Gordon-Schaefer model. The result showed that the catch maximum sustainable (MSY) anchovies rice in waters Labuhanbatu District of 8,934.71 tons/years and Effort Maximum Sustainable Yield (EMSY) namely 47,379 trip/years, Maximum Economic Yield (MEY) anchovies rice namely 8,828.51 tons/years and Effort Maximum Economic Yield (EMEY) namely 42,213 trip/years and Effort Open Acces 84,427 trip/years. Profit level acquired while MSY Rp. 2,299,906.65 per years and MEY Rp. 2,334,868.58 per years. Based on analysis Gordon-Schaefer obtained model that production of actual anchovies rice in waters Labuhanbatu North Sumatera are still under the potential sustainable.

Abstract

The aim of research on Economic Valuation of Marine Tourism Benan Island Senayang subdistrict Regency of Lingga, Riau Islands Province has been conducted in February-March 2018 with the respondents were 24 visitors by accidental sampling. The purposes of this research are (1) To analyse the cost of travel visitors; (2) Identify factors influencing the demand of recreation; (3) Analyse wilingness to pay the visitors; (4) Estimate the value of consumer surplus and economic value of marine tourism Benan Island. From the results of study is known tourists who visit is local tourists and foreign tourists, travel cost marine tour visitors on the Island of Benan is IDR.58.831.962 consisting of travel expenses, consumtion, admission, lodging fees, corporation fees and other expenses. The collected data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis model. Factors affecting local tourist visit include travel and distance while for foreign tourists include travel expenses, income, age, and distance. Willingness to pay local tourists IDR.13.611,- and foreign tourists are willing to pay IDR. 25.666,- seen form the average value. The accumulatedof the consumer surplus can generate economic value of marine tourism Benan Island. The value of consumer surplus obtained by local tourists IDR.437.580.527,8,- with the economic value    IDR.54.403.454.471,- while foreign tourists surplus value of consumer IDR.1.881.652,496,-  and economic value of IDR.210.662.562,5,- so that the total economic value marine tour of Benan Island is IDR.54.627.141.360,5,-.
