Abstract

Research on Added value of smoke catfish ( Pangasius sutchi ) ( Cases Catfish Processing in Koto Masjid Village XIII Koto Kampar District Riau Province) should be conducted in march 2016 in Koto Masjid village the kabupaten kampar Riau Province. This study attempts to ( 1 ) to know much value added economical catfish after processed into catfish smoke , ( 2 ) know the production and marketing catfish smoke. Methods used is the method case study such respondents in purposive sampling as many as 3 people who have a role as processing catfish smoke. Based on the results of research ( 1 ) added value of smoke catfish is Rp.3.265,6 per kilogram fresh catfish by a ratio of added value of Rp. 18,1422 .The advantage gained catfish processing smoke is Rp. 2.465,6 per Kilogram with operating margin Rp. 3.700 per Kilogram catfish fresh ( 2 ) in once used of fish production catfish fresh with 1.000 Kg , produce 300 kg of smoke catfish .Of processing of smoke catfish is still in traditional. Smoke Catfish produce tea processing factory in the village Koto Masjid was marketed in pekanbaru 20 %, to palembang as many as 5 % , to malaysia as many as 5 %, to the market Air Tiris 15 % , market kuok 15 % , Bangkinang market as many as 12 % , Kampar market as much as 13 % and in taratak Buluh 15 % . Abstract

This study was conducted in June 2015 which is located in PPS Bungus the Province of West Sumatra. Research aims to analyze changed fishing ground, time of fishing and fishing frequency, the operational cost which issued, and income the owner and crew members a lift net ship 21 GT and 30 GT with the rising fuel oil prices (diesel fuel). The method used in this research is a case study. The diesel fuel prices used in this research are Rp 6.900,-/litres and Rp 6.900,-/litres.The result showed that the price of diesel fuel oil does not cause changed fishing ground, time of fishing and fishing frecuency so that the number of diesel fuel (litres) and ice (stem) used the lift net fishermen also unchanged. However, the increase in the price of diesel is causing a rise in operating costs of lift net ship 21 GT, an average of Rp 117.000,-/trip (7,8 %) and the lift net ship 30 GT, an average of Rp 616.000,-/trip (7,0 %). Trip catching lift net ship done for 5 days, so that in one day lift net fishermen 30 GT increased operational cost an average of Rp 123.200,-/day. On the other side, the increase in operating costs due to rising diesel prices led to a decrease in revenues of each fisherman. Lift net fisherman with ship 21 GT decreased average income of Rp 58.500,-/trip (11,9%) for each fisherman crew and owner. Meanwhile, lift net fishermen 30 GT decreased average income of Rp 308.000,-/trip (10,6%), or an average of Rp 61.600,-/day.Keywords: impact, fuel oil price increases, diesel fuel, cost, income

Abstract

This research was about analysis Bagan Apung, was conducted on January 2015 at Pelabuhan Perikanan Samudera Bungus West Sumatera Province. The purpose of this analysis was to find out the big invesment, the feasibility investment and to find out the analysis sensitivity of business Bagan Apung. This research used by survey method with respondents were selected through purposive sampling. The purposive sampling was the fisherman Bagan Apung with ship on 21 GT and 30 GT. The result of this research showed that the investment of the Bagan Apung 21 GT was Rp 600.710.600,-, and the Bagan Apung 30 GT was Rp 740.993.000,-. Based investmen criteria the bagan apung 21 GT, the value of NPV was Rp 975.862.431,-, the value of BCR 1.21, IRR was 59,78%. And the Bagan Apung 30 GT the value of NPV was Rp 790.484.279,-, the value of BCR 1.15, IRR was 54,67%. The analysis of sensitivity bagan apung 21 GT operating cost incrused 10% and fixed production NPV amount Rp 511.763.174,-, BCR was 0.997 and IRR was 44,47%. And Bagan Apung 30 GT NPV amount Rp 250.936.156,-, BCR was 0.996, and the value of IRR 21%. The decline production 10% and fixed cost Bagan Apung 21 GT NPV amount Rp 414.176.931,-, BCR amount 1 and IRR was 41%. And Bagan Apung 30 GT NPV amount Rp 171.887.729, BCR amount 1.03 and IRR was 20.02%.Keyword: Bagan Apung, Investment, Analysis Business, PPS Bungus

Abstract

Research on analysis fishing effort by gill net was condsuded on februari 2015 in tanah merah village, rangsang pesisir subdistrict, kepulauan meranri, regency of riau province. This research aims to analyse large capital investment and business expenses issued, profits and big business with the feasibility of using tools jaring kurau gill net. By method by survey with the determination respondents sampling method purposively namely fisherman instrument a gill net with the size of a fleet of the number of respondents as many as 6 people fishermab consisting of 3 fishing boad owners 5 and 3 gt fishing boad.The average investment of gill net jaring kurau on ship 5 gt is Rp.297.110.000 and the average gill net investment 6 gt is Rp.339.550.000 the fishing effort 5 gt time of the season in one raid is Rp.2.575.000 and time is Rp.1.814.000 season. Abstract

This research was conducted in March 2017 at Sentra Processing Center ofKuala Tungkal Coastal Fishing Port of Tanjung Jabung West Regency, JambiProvince. This study aims to determine the amount of Cost and Income, marketingflow, business feasibility analysis, and business development prospects of theShrimp paste Business in Tanjung Jabung Barat Regency. The method used in thisresearch is case study method.Shrimp paste business The Sumber Rezeki Group has net income > IDR20,000,000 per month after deducting expenses. Marketing of shrimp paste atFishery Port of Kuala Tungkal is business owner to collecting salesman,collecting salesman to local consumer, direct business owner to local consumer,and business owner directly to outside consumer. The results of feasibilityanalysis obtained a profit of IDR. 23.224.573 per cycle (month) and RCR 1,6,FFR 24%, and PPC 4.1 years. Abstract

This research was conducted on 1st June to 11st July, 2015. The purpose of this study was to identify potential, review management strategies that are run, and formulated alternatif strategy for Pokmaswas Teluk Samudera strategy. The method used was case study metod. The infrmans was choosen with purposive sampling. The informans in this study comprising of 4 people consisting of Chairman Pokmaswas Teluk Samudera, Wali Nagari Sasak, head of UNIT PPI Sasak, head of KP3K in marine and fisheries departement of west Pasaman.The results of this research showed that the Pokmaswas Teluk Samudera was concern to managing the potential of fish catching, fish processing, marketing of fisheries, marine tourism, mangrove forests, and human resources. Pokmaswas Teluk Samudera formed on 2013 and completed some activities in marine and fisheries resource management on the coast of Sasak. To support their existance, need to formulated alternative management strategies by using the SWOT analysis to determine the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of internal and external factors the Group. Each factor was scored according to their importance. The final step was selected the best alternatives strategic for Pokmaswas Teluk Samudera. It can be recommended as many as 3 alternative strategies : to creat the local regulations was scored about 3,72 points, to plan meeting consistantly was scored about 3,27 points, to standarize funding sources from govermant and personal groups was scored about 3,26 points.Key words: Pokmaswas, Marine and fisheries Potential, alternative strategies,

Abstract

This study was conducted on 26 January to February 9 2016 in the Kelurahan Haranggaol Haranggaol Horison sub district Simalungun regency north sumatera province. The purpose of the study was to determine and profit tilapia and tilapia mixed common carp and tilapia floating cage tilapia and business, know tilapia mixed common carp in floating cage in the review of several criteria investation like FRR, RCR, PPC. The method used in this research is a case study. Based on the results obtained by comparasion of investment and business profit amounted 634.895.000 milion rupiah tilapia and tilapia mixedc ommon carp 704.395.000 milion rupiah. Based on investment criteria for tilapia is FRR 94 %, RCR 1.9 and PPC Years. Abstract

This research was conducted on 8th until 16th May 2013. The method used in this study is the case study method to 2 farmers who each seek 10 units and 15 units floating net cages (FNC). This study aims to determine the cost and feasibility of investment business in the FNC enlargement common carp in Tanjung Alai village.The results of this study indicate if FNC businesses in Tanjung Alai village worth the investment cost of Rp. 361.781.000 to 10 units cages and Rp.514.485.000 to 15 units cages. The investment criteria such as NPV obtained for Rp.996.602.000 to 10 units cages and Rp.1.630.990.000 to 15 units cages, for ten years. Then, BCR of 1,23 to 10 units cages and 1,26 to 15 units cages. As well, IRR value of more than 40%.The overall investment value of the business to meet the eligibility criteria were developed.Keywords: floating net cages (FNC), investment, NPV, BCR, IRR

Abstract

This research was conducted on March 2015. The research is aim to know the investment costs, gross income, nett income, feasibility and the business prospect of fishing rearing labor in cages in the future. The method used for this research is survey method with the purposive sampling method for determinations of respondent.According to the result of the research, we can see that the result of the financial analysis and the feasibility from the labor as follows : for 10 squares keramba we found Rp 168864333 of total investment, 260400000 gross income, 147605033 nett income, 2.30 BCR and 90.63 FRR. For 8 squares keramba, we found Rp 158153833 of total investment, Rp 279300000 gross income, RpJOM : Vol. 27 Oktober 2015192088667 nett income, 2.65 BCR and 187,20 FRR. For 5 squares keramba we found Rp 102606340 of total investment, Rp 191600000 gross income, Rp 126615360 nett income, 2.94 BCR and 123.40 FRR. Fishing rearing labor in cages in Sedanau Village has a promising prospect seen from the income they got, yet to make a sustainable work for the cultivator in Sedanau Village, it still faced the problem of limited seed from the waters pollution in around.Key Words: Business Prospect, Financial Analysis, Pen Aqua Culture
