Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of job involvement toward job performance through organizational commitment in BAPPEDA (Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah) of Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. The subject in this study was all employees at BAPPEDA DIY. In this research, the sample of 102 respondents was selected using census technique. Analysis tool used in this research is SEM (Structural Equation Modeling).Based on the analysis, the results were the job involvement is positif and significant to the job performance and organizational commitment does not infuence significantly to the job performance. Moreover,organizational commitment is not mediated the relationship between job involvement and job performance.

Abstract

Background : The problem of labor is a very complex and big problem. Good working conditions, high output quality, decent wages and the quality of human resources are issues that always arise in discussions about the workforce in addition to issues of industrial relations between workers and the business world. It can be said that employment in Indonesia is still facing some structural and sectoral imbalances. Purpose: Determine targets that need to be pursued such as increasing the efficiency of the workforce. The demand for labor is affected by the marginal value of the product (Value of Marginal Product, VMP). Methods: The research method used is a literature survey and quantitative methods to define concepts and develop measurements. Conclusion: It can be said that the workforce in Indonesia is still facing a number of imbalances, both structural and sectoral. Even though there has been a shift, the majority of Indonesia's workforce is still working in the agricultural sector. suggestions : To realize the utilization of manpower, namely by various policies to expand productive employment. The main objective of the policy is to create conditions and atmosphere which not only provide the widest possible space for initiatives for economic actors but also at the same time encourage and assist the development of small businesses, businesses in the informal sector and traditional businesses. Theoretically, labor demand and wages must be considered so that the policies implemented are close to the desired goals.

Abstract

Background: The world is currently controlled by a digital technology system which can influence people's lifestyles as consumers. Thus, business people in particular need to create a value that is useful for the progress of their business so that this research refers to increase value co-creation. Purpose: This research aims to increase a collaborative value (value co-creation) between companies and their customers so that they are able to create something new and useful for both parties by using the variable consumer's ethical perception, relationship quality in the Islamic concept. Methods: The research method used is content analysis method and literature survey to define concepts and develop measurements. Results: The results of the study have found a construct in an effort to increase value co-creation, namely the new concept of relationship quality in Islamic concept and consumer’s ethical perception. Conclusion: Islamic relationship quality is believed to make it easier for a company to maintain the quality of communication in the long term and to be able to make creative ideas as a form of collaborative innovation between companies and consumers. Therefore, in the long term it is hoped that it will increase the value of co-creation. Suggestion: For the future agenda we plan to validate the measurement of both concepts and test the proposed model with quantitative methods.

Abstract

Background: The glass ceiling phenomenon has become a crucial concern for female employees, especially for companies where a glass ceiling has appeared, causing lower opportunities for female employees to go to the top level, even though from a competency and skills perspective, women are not much different from men. Many previous studies have been carried out in profit companies, so this study aims to analyze the role of the glass ceiling that appears among female employees in non-profit institutions, namely universities in Grobogan Regency. The formulation of the problem is what is the role of the glass ceiling in supporting the career advancement of female lecturers at Grobogan district tertiary institutions. Purpose: In solving the problem formulation can be done with the specific objectives of this research are 1) to analyze the influence of family factors on the role of the glass ceiling, 2) To analyze individual influence factors on the role of the glass ceiling, 3) To analyze the organizational influence factors on the role of the glass ceiling, 4) To analyze the cultural influence factors on the role of the glass ceiling, 5) To analyze the effect of the role of the glass ceiling on work engagement. Methods: The population in this study were all female lecturers at Grobogan District Higher Education with a sample of 54 lecturers women to be used as research samples. Data collection tool with a questionnaire which was analyzed using SEM with program SmartPLS. Conclusion: The results showed that the family factor influence on the role of the glass ceiling, Individual factors have a positive effect significant effect on the role of the glass ceiling, Organizational factor has no effect on the role of the glass ceiling, Cultural factor a significant positive effect on the role of the glass ceiling and Glass ceiling has a significant positive effect on work engagement. Suggestion: Job promotion is also based on a review based on the qualifications, skills, competencies and work experience of employees by the selection team at the company. As for further research, it is recommended to conduct further research in sectors other than education, add several variables related to women's career advancement and conduct qualitative data collection related to the issue of the glass ceiling phenomenon.

Abstract

Background : Competition in the retail world is currently very tight due to the increasing number of competitors, so companies are required to improve the performance of human resources through skills and abilities, both hard skills and soft skills, to support the company's operations running well. Apart from that, improving employee performance also needs to be seen from the comfort of the work environment through Emotional Intelligence as the basic ability of employees to create comfort in the work environment. However, there are other factors that support performance, namely Interpersonal Communication. Purpose: Based on the background and problem formulation explained, the aim of this research is to describe and analyze the influence of hard skills and soft skills on employee performance, describe and analyze the influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance, describe and analyze the influence of interpersonal communication on employee performance. Methods: This research uses a quantitative approach which aims to test the hypothesis formulated. Determining the number of samples used the Slovin formula with a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 95 respondents. Analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical analysis technique. Conclusion: So, Hardskills and Softskills, Emotional Intelligence play a role in improving employee performance. Suggestion: This research is a theory development, so the future agenda is to develop the research model by expanding to a more complex analysis.

Abstract

Background : In the digital era, An Nuur students prefer to do practical and instant activities, one of which is shopping online via the Shopee application. Efforts to increase customer loyalty can be done through the e-service quality provided. Apart from that, Shopee also needs to convince consumers through customer trust when making a purchase that their expectations of obtaining a product or service are met. Consumers can take advantage of online customer reviews to help determine what products to buy. Purpose: This research aims to determine the influence of e-service quality, customer trust and online customer reviews on customer loyalty of application users among An Nuur University Undergraduate Program students Class of 2019/2020 Methods: The research carried out uses a type of quantitative research which aims to test predetermined hypotheses. Meanwhile, the sampling method used census techniques for 99 respondents. Then the data obtained was analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) statistical analysis technique. Conclusion: So, e-service quality and customer trust play a role in increasing customer loyalty. Suggestion: There are still many limitations in this research and need to be further developed for future research agendas. The scope of this research is only within the scope of An Nuur University so its scope is not broad enough because it only focuses on one place, so you can add a population and sample with a wider coverage, such as the community in the Grobogan district. Apart from that, further research can add related variables to increase customer loyalty.

Abstract

Latar Belakang : Di era persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, perusahaan industri jasa menghadapi tantangan yang menuntut perubahan dan inovasi. Dalam kondisi persaingan yang sangat ketat saat ini, perusahaan dituntut untuk meningkatkan kinerja sumber daya manusia melalui rendahnya tingkat stres kerja dan penerapan flexible work arrangement (FWA). Selain itu, ada faktor lain yang menunjang kinerja yaitu kepuasan kerja. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang dirumuskan. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel sebanyak 84 responden. Dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis statistik Partial Least Square (PLS) versi 4.0. Hasil : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa stres kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, flexible work arrangement (FWA) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan, kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, stres kerja dan flexible work arrangement (FWA) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Kesimpulan : Sehingga, stres kerja, flexible work arrangement (FWA), dan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening berperan dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan. Abstract

Background: Indonesia is referred to as the fourth-largest Muslim-majority country in the world, with 86.19% of its population being Muslim (BPS, 2020). In Islamic terminology, "Muzakki" refers to individuals who pay zakat, while the recipients are called "Mustahiq." In companies, whether for-profit or non-profit, strategies are required to maintain their existence and compete with others. One such strategy involves implementing structured corporate governance practices, including transparency in fund management and accountability. Additionally, service quality is the most important strategy, serving as a benchmark for a company’s future success. Purpose: This study aims to examine and articulate how transparency, accountability, and service quality influence the trust of "Muzakki," considering the context and the identified issues. Method: This study used a quantitative approach by conducting observations and distributing questionnaires to zakat donors, or "Muzakki," in the Grobogan Regency. The "Muzakki" population consisted of 420 individuals, and a purposive sampling technique was employed, resulting in 150 samples. The criteria for participants were being at least 17 years old and solely paying zakat. Data analysis was conducted with the aid of SmartPLS 4 software. Results: The results show that transparency has a significant positive effect on the trust of "Muzakki" in the Lazismu office in Grobogan Regency. Accountability does not have a significant effect on the trust of "Muzakki" in the Lazismu office, while service quality has a significant positive effect on their trust. Conclusion It is recommended that the Lazismu office in Grobogan Regency further improve accountability in fund management to enhance the trust of zakat donors, or "Muzakki," while maintaining and improving transparency in fund management and service quality for better outcomes in the future. Suggestion: For future research, other factors influencing trust can be explored, and intervening variables such as organizational reputation, personal experience of "muzakki", and others can be added. Abstract

Background: In the development of the home industry, it has experienced various kinds of problems which have hampered the process of developing micro businesses that have been run by the residents of Ngrandah Village. Meanwhile, Runtuwene (2017) explains that businesses that can survive in the market competitively, improving quality and productivity are priorities for every line of the company. However, people who have a cracker rambak micro business in Ngrandah Village have not fully focused on their business because they are busy and have limitations in managing and understanding how to manage their micro business. Method: Activities are carried out in several stages, namely first, the observation stage looking for problems faced by partners, the design stage looking at community conditions. Second, the implementation stage takes the form of outreach to partners so that the business develops well. Results: The activity provides material about the quality of products that will be managed and marketed by rambak cracker businesses so that their products can attract consumers by paying attention to clean production and safer packaging. The material is also about various kinds of marketplace and social media applications by assisting partners to create application accounts and assisting with techniques for operating these applications. Conclusion: Community service activities in the outreach program for partners who own rambak cracker businesses. Counseling and training were carried out smoothly and participants were enthusiastic about these activities.

Abstract

 Background: The current digital era requires teachers to have broader skills, including entrepreneurship, so that students can understand the learning provided and create a pleasant classroom situation. Teachers actually have the opportunity to develop productive businesses that can support sources of income and support learning, but there are still many challenges faced by teachers such as limited time and workload, lack of knowledge and entrepreneurial skills. Objective: By providing teacherpreneur knowledge, teachers will have an entrepreneurial spirit that can improve the quality of education and empower the economic potential of teachers in a sustainable manner. Method: This community service is carried out by providing socialization and training to teachers at State Junior High School 3 Satu Atap Tawangharjo. Results: Community service through socialization and training is able to encourage teachers to not only become teachers, but also become social problem solvers in the school environment through a sustainable entrepreneurial approach. Conclusion: The concept of teacherpreneur is able to improve the welfare and strengthen the creativity of teacher competence in technology.
