Abstract

Tulisan ini membahas tentang optimalisasi pembelajaran Al Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan yang diintegrasikan dengan literasi digital guna menghadapi tantangan era 4.0 yang dikenal dengan era digital. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan menjelaskan fakta secara obyektif dan ilmiah sesuai keilmuannya. Pembelajaran Al Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan perlu dioptimalkan perannya untuk membina generasi muslim yang menguasai iptek, keterampilan kritis, kolaboratif dengan landasan iman dan taqwa guna menghadapi tantangan era 4.0 melalui integrasi pembelajaran Al Islam dan Kemuhammadiyahan dengan literasi digital. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan media digital dalam proses pembelajaran AIK melalui teks digital, video digital, gamar digital, animasi digital dan Al Qur’an digital yang dapat diakses  dari laptop, tablet, maupun handphone yang sudah banyak digunakan oleh peserta didik dalam kesehariannya. Pembelajaran kontekstual yang memanfaatkan perangkat digital bisa membuat peserta didik lebih aktif dalam pembelajaran sehingga pembelajaran menjadi interaktif dan menyenangkan. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa dalam menghadapi tantangan di era 4.0, pembelajaran Al Islam dan Kemuhamamdiyahan perlu mengimbangi kemajuan teknologi melalui optimalisasi pembelajaran AIK yang diintegrasikan dengan literasi digital

Abstract

Before the enactment of the Pasuruan Regent Regulation no. 21 of 2016 concerning Compulsory Education for Madrasah Diniyah, there has been a Regional Regulation of Pasuruan Regency Number 4 of 2014 concerning the Implementation of Education which one of the contents in article 31 paragraph 2 describes the mandatory madrasah diniyah in Pasuruan. This regulation was made and determined by Mr. HM. Irsyad Yusuf, SE as the elected Regent of Pasuruan, because there is encouragement to restore the icon of Pasuruan Regency as Santri City and instill religious values in students. After 3 years this Perbup was running, it turned out to have a positive effect and impact on the Pasuruan community moreover to 1,439 Madin institutions that already existed included MDT. Riyadhul Jinan, located in Kedungboto Village, Kec. Beji Pasuruan Regency. In the second period after being re-elected as Regent, he had a superior program namely "WAK MUQIDIN" (Wayahe Kumpul Mbangun TPQ and Madin). In his remarks, Regent Irsyad said; the presence of MUQIDIN WAK will later strengthen the Madin mandatory program that has been announced since the 2016/2017 school year, and is stipulated in the form of Pasuruan Regent Regulation number 21 in 2016.

Abstract

Literacy culture is a habit practiced by every individual to use their abilities and potentials. Literacy is applied in schools / madrasas before the learning time starts getting used to students to read non-textbooks. The purpose of this research is to increase students' motivation to learn from habits that are built early on. This research is a type of qualitative research with observational methods, interviews and documentation from various data sources, which will be the respondents to be interviewed are the headmaster of Muhammadiyah 3 Waru Middle School, some teaching teachers and some of the junior high school students in the school. The results of this study are 1) the existence of literacy culture is able to increase student motivation, in SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Waru with a culture of reading before the lesson starts approximately 15 minutes, 2) there are supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing this literacy culture as for supporting factors from the literacy culture in the school with adequate facilities and infrastructure and the absence of students who arrive late for school to take part in literacy program activities. Lack of motivation from students themselves or outside students, so the lack of supporting facilities and infrastructure. 3) solving the existing problems is increasing the motivation of various parties, especially the school and parents of students as well as supporting facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah 3 Waru Junior Highschool is an Islamic school, which established since 1975. The learning activities at Muhammadiyah 3 Waru Junior Highschool are organized by the school curriculum in collaboration with the national curriculum, Muhammadiyah, Tahfidz, and International, EPP curriculum. The management system in the field of education is a process created to coordinate various educational resources, facilities and infrastructure needed with a view to achieving educational goals and objectives. This study aims to examine more further about the principal's managerial system in creating a quality culture in Muhammadiyah 3 Waru Junior Highschool by describing the problems faced by the principal such as: 1) the form of the principal's management concept, 2) the steps taken by the principal in realizing the concept of management in schools, 3) the form of the concept of quality schools that are built, 4) the efforts of the school in creating a quality culture, 5) the role of the principal in creating a quality culture. This research is a qualitative research field by using descriptive methods that aim to make sensing (description) systematically factual and accurate about the facts and characteristics of the population or a particular area. The approach used is a phenomenological approach that seeks to understand the meaning of events and their links to ordinary people in certain situations, in this research emphasizes the subjective aspects of the people studied. This study produced 5 answers to the problems that fit the focus of the study presented as follows: The concept of the principal management of the Muhammadiyah 3 Waru Junior Highschool uses an Islamic leadership management system, prioritizing the resources of its school residents.
