Abstract

Abtract- This development research aims to produce a product namely fotonovela on mathematics and science learning as media like a comics that associated with the local wisdom in order to instill a students’ environtmentaly caring character. This study according to Gravemeijer Cobb (2006) has 3 steps: 1) preparation of research, 2) design experiment, and 3) restropspective analysis.  The population of the research is all student’ elemetary school in Distric Laweyan. The sampling tecnique using purposive sampling. Laweyan Elementary School and Djama’atul Ichwan is selected.The results of material expert validation consist of suitability in K13 theme, the accuracy of the material, systematic, up to date material, and the material increase the competence of mathematics and science students obtained a score of 3.7 with the category very good. Meanwhile, the results of the validation of experts media include variations in presentation, readability, implementation, thorough look, illustrated score 3.5 (good). Then, the results of the response of teachers and students there are above 70%. So it can be concluded that MAS NOVEL (Mathematic and Science Fotonovela) viable for use in thematic learning in elementary school.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) difference of environmental care attitude of students before and after using comic based scientific attitude on basic natural science subjects and (2) effectiveness of the use of comic based scientific attitudes toward environmental care attitude on basic natural science subjects. This research uses pre experimental quantitative research method with one group pretest-posttest design with t-test and N-gain test analysis technique. The results of the first hypothesis test concluded that there are differences in environmental cares attitude before and after using comic based scientific attitude and experienced an increase in average values of environmental care attitude before and after using comic based scientific attitude. The result of the second hypothesis test concludes that the use of comic based scientific attitude is effective on the environmental cares attitude of students on the medium criterion with the value of the N-gain test of 0.425.

Abstract

Student worksheets as one of the learning tools that should be developed by the teacher because textbooks from the government have minimal material. Student worksheets that are integrated with local wisdom can make learning more meaningful. This study aims to describe the results of the preliminary analysis consist of the 2013 curriculum learning process that is implemented in primary school at Banjarsari Surakarta, especially in terms of the needs of student worksheet in the learning process, the steps for making student worksheet based on Surakarta’s local wisdom, and analyzing local wisdom material that will be integrated into making student worksheet. This research used a qualitative descriptive approach. The research subjects were teachers and 5th-grade students, amounting to 2 teachers and 10 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data validity uses source and method triangulation. Data analysis techniques include reduction, presentation, and conclusion. The results obtained are the teachers generally use simple student worksheets and haven’t been linked to local wisdom. The student worksheet format created only consists of work steps and assessments. The steps of making a student worksheet are curriculum analysis and local wisdom to be used, compiling, determining title, and writing. Local wisdom materials that can be integrated include Laweyan batik, Pasar Gede, medicinal plants, and the Javanese community farming system. The implication of this research is to provide meaningful learning resources for students and instill a sense of love for local culture.

Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research was to develop a Student Worksheet that integrates local wisdom to support the School Literacy Movement. Development research approach and method using ADDIE model namely: 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, 5) Evaluation. The stages that can be carried out in this research, the analysis stage, initial product planning, and product development. The researched location at SDN Prawit 1 is located in the Banjarsari subdistrict. Data collection techniques using documentation, questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis techniques used are LKPD study analysis based on local wisdom, analysis of expert validation results, analysis of observation results, and examination of learners' readability. Data validation questionnaire on local wisdom-based LKPD is analyzed descriptively quantitatively using percentages. The results of research that can be carried out during the covid-19 pandemic show that: 1) LKPD based on local wisdom is very feasible according to media experts with a percentage of 84.375%, 2) LKPD based on local wisdom with a percentage of 88.46% according to the material expert is declared very feasible, 3) according to local wisdom-based LKPD linguists with a percentage of 85.4% declared very feasible, and 4) based on the results of readability of LKPD based on local wisdom by learners obtained a score of 4.4 with very decent results. So, LKPD based on local wisdom with the aim of realizing GLS is very feasible to be disseminated to the field.

Abstract

This study aims to determine: 1) student learning independence in online learning, 2) learning models that can be used to foster student learning independence in science learning, 3) appropriate learning resources in fostering student learning independence. The research was conducted on the 6th semester students of the Elementary School Teacher Education Study Program, FKIP UNISRI, totaling 29 students. The research method used is descriptive qualitative as an initial needs analysis in designing appropriate learning to foster student learning independence during distance learning. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that 1) The average score of the student learning independence questionnaire was 83.3 where 17.24% was in the good category and 82.76% in the sufficient category. So it can be concluded that student learning independence is not optimal. 2) The appropriate learning model is project-based learning. 3) Learning resources used by students in fostering independent learning include lecture modules, scientific journals, videos, youtube, books, and the surrounding environment

Abstract

The importance of environmental insights and skills that must be mastered for 21st century proficiency go hand in hand in this era of digitalization. On the one hand, technological developments indirectly make lecturers to equip skills for their students in utilizing IT in mathematics learning, especially blended learning. One of the mathematics courses that can be integrated with environmental insight mathematics is Geometry and Measurement. Geometry is associated with historical heritage buildings (Pasar Gede) as a source of contextual learning that is a reality with everyday life. The purpose of this study is to find out the application of culture-based environmental mathematics with the help of Microsoft whiteboard in students. The research method used in this study is descriptive research. The research location is the PGSD UNISRI Study Program. The data collection techniques used are observation, interview, and documentation. Data analysis using data reduction, display data, conclusion drawing/verification. The validity of the data uses triangulation methods. The results of the study were obtained so that there was an increase in learning by implementing learning strategies consisting of: a) preparing learning plans, b) preparing activity steps, and c) designing learning evaluations to assess appropriate cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects.

Abstract

SOCIALIZATION OF PROJECT-BASED LEARNING MODEL ORIENTED TO LOCAL CULTURE AT ELEMENTARY SCHOOL LEVEL. The goal achieved by the socialization of local culture-based project learning models is to provide teachers insights and skills in teaching with the Project-Based Learning model, which is model-oriented to learner's activities and independence and preserving local culture. It is realized in the learning tools PjBL model-oriented local culture that produces products. This service was conducted at SDN Nayu Barat 2 Surakarta with a target of 17 teachers to implement it. Methods of implementation of devotion include: a) participatory, b) awareness, c) learning (theory and practice), d) mentoring. While the mechanism of implementation of devotion include: a) preparation and b) implementation that includes the presentation of materials, the creation of learning devices with PjBL models, assignments, evaluation, and reflection that ends with the closure.

Abstract

Berdasarkan observasi di SDN 1 Suruh Kecamatan Tasikmadu ditemukan terdapat kesulitan belajar tematik integratif yang dialami oleh peserta didik kelas 5. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor yang mempengaruhi kesulitan belajar peserta didik dan memberikan solusi untuk mengatasi kesulitan belajar tematik integratif peserta didik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesulitan belajar siswa kelas 5 SDN 1 Suruh berada pada kategori sedang, berarti hanya mengalami kesulitan pada materi-materi tertentu dan dapat diatasi dengan pendalaman materi-materi tersebut. Sedangkan kesulitan dalam pembelajaran tematik integratif khususnya dalam menulis dan menghitung. Faktor-faktor internal yang mempengaruhi meliputi: motivasi atau cita-cita, kebiasaan belajar, dan sikap atau perilaku, dan faktor eksternal: lingkungan keluarga dan lingkungan Sekolah. Solusi yang diberikan : membuat kelompok belajar dengan tutor sebaya maupun dengan guru sebagai fasilitator dan pembimbing, memberikan tambahan pelajaran, memberikan motivasi juga nasehat, dan memberikan trik-trik menghitung cepat yang menyenangkan.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui 1) Karakter peduli sosial pada peserta didik, 2) Strategi guru dalam menanamkan karakter peduli sosial, 3) Solusi yang digunakan untuk mengatasi peserta didik yang karakter peduli sosialnya kurang baik. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif kualitatif strategi studi kasus karakter peduli sosial peserta didik. Hasil penelitian: (1) Terdapat peserta didik yang sudah baik dalam menerapkan karakter peduli sosial yaitu 29 atau 78.4%. Sedangkan peserta didik yang kurang baik dalam menerapkan karakter peduli sosial yaitu 8 atau 21.6%. (2) Strategi yang dilakukan oleh guru kelas dalam penanaman karakter peduli sosial yaitu melalui pendekatan pendidikan karakter dengan strategi keteladanan, pembelajaran, pembudayaan,dan penguatan. (3) Untuk mengatasi karakter peduli sosial peserta didik yang masih kurang baik, guru dapat melakukan strategi penanaman pendidikan karakter peduli sosial dengan memberikan teguran, hukuman, serta pengkondisian lingkungan.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui 1) sejauh mana kemampuan menganalisis pemecahan masalah pada soal cerita peserta didik di SD Negeri Banyuanyar 3 Surakarta, 2) faktor yang mempengaruhi kemampuan pemecahan masalah pada soal cerita matematika peserta didik di SD Negeri Banyuanyar 3 Surakarta. Abstract

The purpose of this study is: 1) Analyzing the assessment stages of learning outcomes in Online Learning. 2) Describing the obstacles faced by teachers in assessing participants' learning outcomes in Online Learning. 3) Knowing the teacher's efforts in optimizing the assessment of learners' learning outcomes in Online Learning. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research. The results of the research obtained are 1) The assessment stage of learning outcomes consists of planning, implementation, and follow-up, 2) Constraints in the assessment of students' learning outcomes, namely teachers are less able to assess the objectivity of learners, constrained by networking and technical constraints, and the need for the cooperation of teachers, students, and parents in carrying out online learning. 3) The efforts that have been made by teachers are sorting out KI and KD, learning goals, and conducting meaningful assessments with the situation of students conditions, doing home visits, approaching parents, and rewarding the efforts and results obtained by students
