Abstract

One of the hospital services is pharmaceutical service which is a service that must be provided by the hospital. Pharmaceutical service is a service which is directly responsible to patients related to pharmaceutical preparations with the aim of achieving definite results to improve the quality of life of patients in general, including patients using health social security administrator. This study aims to determine the analysis of the level of patient satisfaction in the Pharmacy Installation at Langsa Regional Hospital. The study population was all patients in the Pharmacy Installation of Langsa Regional Hospital and 79 of them was drawn as sample research by using accidental sampling technique.The data were collected by using questionairre. The data analysis was carried out univariately by identify the percentage of each variable studies. The results showed that 60 patients were unsatisfied (75.9%). In terms of several sub-assessments, 58 patients satisfied with the positive attitude of officers (73.4%), 62 patients (78.5%)unsatisfied with the waiting time of the services which is according to the standard besides 57 patients (72.1%)unsatisfied with the drug information service provided. It is necessary to improve the quality of pharmaceutical services by organizing training for health workers and evaluating services on a regular basis. Abstract

Risk factors for type 2 diabetes mellitus that cannot be modified consist of age, family history of diabetes mellitus. While the risk factors for type 2 diabetes mellitus that can be modified include obesity, lack of physical activity, hypertension, dyslipidemia, unhealthy diet, smoking behavior. In addition, the wrong diet can cause type 2 diabetes such as consuming fast food, sweet foods, soft drinks. The purpose of this study was to determine the Risk Factors for Type II Diabetes Mellitus in the UPTD Work Area of the Lampaseh Health Center 2020. This study was analytic with a case control design. Population and sample amounted to 27 people. The study was conducted on January 4-16, 2021 and analyzed using odds ratios. The results showed that there was an effect of age (p value = 0.043, OR = 0.245), family history (p value = 0.019, OR = 5.339) and obesity (p value = 0.011, OR = 0.182) on the risk factors for type II Diabetes Mellitus in Indonesia. Working Area UPTD Lampaseh Health Center. It is recommended that health workers can provide counseling about type II diabetes mellitus (DM) to all DM patients, so that DM patients know about further treatment and can socialize to DM patients the risk if they have a family history. Keywords: Diabetes Mellitus, Obesity, Age, Family Story.

Abstract

Madeung is one of the traditions of the people of Aceh, especially the people in the Samadua sub-district, in caring for post-partum mothers by abstaining from eating during the post-partum period. This abstinence from eating behavior has an impact on the mother's health, namely a lack of nutrition which results in slow healing of perineal wounds. This study aims to analyze the behavior of abstinence from eating madeung culture in healing perineal wounds in post-partum mothers in Samadua District. This study uses a design using a combination method or Mixed Methods with the Concurrent Embedded model. The sample of this research was 45 post-partum mothers using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was performed using the chi square test. The results of the study showed that there was a significant relationship between food restrictions and perineal wound healing with a p-value of 0.001 with a 95% confidence interval. It can be concluded that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected. The results of the qualitative analysis show that abstinence from eating, which is believed so far, can slow down the healing of perineal wounds because the mother lacks nutrition, which has an impact on the health of the mother and baby. Postpartum mothers are advised not to abstain from eating during the postpartum period because it can slow down the healing of perineal wounds and to health workers. especially village midwives to provide special assistance to postpartum mothers intensely and provide information related to dietary restrictions that are detrimental to health. Abstract

In today's world, international trade is important for many countries. Exports and imports, along with exports and imports, are two important factors in the movement of goods and services between countries. This article discusses in depth the impact of exports and imports on international trade through various research methods using secondary data. The main objective is how it affects the country's economy. The focus of this research is the important role of exports and imports in a country's economic development, job creation and capacity building. On the other hand, there are also negative consequences to consider,such as loss of trade and dependence on international markets. A full understanding of the impacts of exports and imports is essential for a country to develop appropriate international trade policies. Smart policies can multiply the benefits of exports and imports, reduce negative impacts, and encourage sustainable economic growth.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the social structure in the lives of Coastal Fishermen in Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Village. This type of research is Qualitative research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, to collect the data needed are primary and secondary data. The number of informants in this study was 10 people who were determined directly. The data that has been collected was analyzed descriptively qualitatively. From the results of the data analysis, conclusions were then drawn. The conclusion in this study is the social structure of the Coastal Fishermen Community in Pantai Cermin District, Serdang Bedagai Regency, namely divided into 3 layers, namely: Toke (boss), Tekong, and fishermen, workers or members This stratification of the fishing community is formed on the basis of ownership or control of capital and means of production. The social structure in the fishing community in Pantai Cermin District is open both vertically and horizontally. The working relationship in fishing activities in Pantai Cermin District is a mutually beneficial cooperative relationship.
