Abstract

This study aims to analyze the readiness of classroom teachers in handling children with special needs at SDN 03 Gumeng and to identify the challenges faced in implementing inclusive education. The research method used is in-depth interviews with classroom teachers and field observations to evaluate inclusive education practices. The results of the study indicate that although classroom teachers at SDN 03 Gumeng understand their roles in inclusive education, their readiness to handle children with special needs is still lacking. The main factor influencing this lack of readiness is the absence of special education teachers at the school. Field observations revealed that classroom teachers often struggle to manage children with special needs, evidenced by discriminatory attitudes, lack of individualized education program (IEP) preparation, and inappropriate evaluation techniques. The study also found that classroom teachers' attention is often divided between children with special needs and regular students, resulting in inadequate special guidance for children with special needs. Based on these findings, it is recommended that there be increased training and support for classroom teachers to overcome the challenges faced and the placement of special education teachers at the school to support the more effective implementation of inclusive education.

Data validity testing technique using source triangulation. Data analysis in this study used data analysis techniques within the site. This research was conducted in an elementary school that utilizes dry land farming to grow vegetable crops. The results showed that entrepreneurial competence grows through the management and utilization of agricultural land and by developing social capital. Abstract

This research aims to review the Pancasila Student Profile as an effort to realize student character from Thomas Lickona's perspective. The method used in this research is a library research approach, where library research can be interpreted as a series of activities relating to methods of collecting library data, reading and taking notes and processing research materials. The Pancasila Student Profile is a character development framework based on Pancasila values. The six dimensions of the Pancasila Student Profile are in line with the three key elements of character education according to Thomas Lickona: knowing the good, loving the good, and doing the good. This research explains how the Pancasila Student Profile can be implemented in learning to help students develop strong character. This implementation can be done through various methods, such as project-based learning, collaborative learning, and authentic assessment. The results of this research explain several challenges and strategies in implementing the Pancasila Student Profile. These challenges include a lack of understanding about character education, lack of resources, and a school culture that is not yet supportive. Strategies to overcome these challenges include increasing outreach and education about character education, strengthening resources, and building a supportive school culture.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Make a Match learning model on the mathematics learning outcomes of sixth grade elementary school students in the context of presenting data in circle diagrams. The research design used was a control group pre-test and post-test design, with research subjects 28 grade VI elementary school students 01 Anggrasmanis, who were divided into an experimental group (n=14) and a control group (n= 14). The results showed that the experimental group had a pre-test average of 60.71 and a post-test of 80.64, with standard deviations of 8.49 and 6.14 respectively. Meanwhile, the control group had a pre-test average of 61.43 and a post-test of 71.79, with standard deviations of 7.89 and 6.68 respectively. The t test showed that there was no significant difference between the pre-test scores of the two groups (p=0.813), but there was a significant difference in the post-test scores (p=0.001). Gain score analysis shows a more significant increase in learning outcomes in the experimental group (0.51) compared to the control group (0.27). It can be concluded that the Make a Match learning model has a significant influence on improving mathematics learning outcomes, especially in mathematics learning, circle diagram data presentation material for sixth grade elementary school students.
