Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset growth and profit growth on firm value. The object of research is financial reports issued by finance companies from 2015 to 2017, which are as many as 45 companies listed on the IDX. Analysis of the data used is path analysis and data processing used using the SPSS program. The results of data processing show that asset growth and profit growth have a significant effect on firm value. Partially asset growth has a significant effect on firm value, but earnings growth has a significant negative effect on firm value. The relationship between asset growth and profit growth has a negative relationship.

Abstract

Rata-rata rasio NPF bank syariah lebih tinggi dibandingkan NPL bank konvensional. Hal ini menjadifenomena yang harus diteliti dan diindikasikan terdapatfaktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya khususnyafaktor makroekonomi. Penelitian bertujuan untukmembandingkan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi nonperforming loan (NPL) pada perbankan konvensionaldan perbankan syariah. Beberapa variabel makroekonomiyang diduga mempengaruhi NPL/NPF adalah SBI/SBIS, BI rate, nilai tukar, inflasi, GDP dan variabelkontrol yaitu efisiensi. Periode penelitian dari Maret2010 sampai Desember 2016 dengan data triwulanan.Analisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasilpenelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari seluruh variabelmakroekonomi hanya SBIS, inflasi dan PDB yangberpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap NPF banksyariah. Sedangkan hanya PDB yang berpengaruhterhadap NPL bank konvensional.Dengan demikian hanya bank syariah yang merasakandampak dari makroekonomi khususnya SBIS, inflasidan PDB sehingga hasil ini dapat menjadi dasar bagiBank Indonesia dan pemerintah dalam membuatkebijakan makroekonomi.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find the influence between Working CapitalManagement and Business Performance in COVID-19 era. The quantitativeresearch methods, multiple regressions, secondary data and purposive samplinghave been worked out. The authors have collected a panel of 16 of HealthcareSector Company from Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2021. The results ofthis study indicate that Working Capital Management measured by GWCR hasan effect on business performance and NWCR has no effect on businessperformance measured by ROA and ROE. Meanwhile, Covid-19 did notmoderate the influence between GWCR on business performance and Covid-19was able to moderate the relationship between NWCR and businessperformance. By validating the findings with previous researchers, this researchwill contribute to the literature and business surveys. It will benefit academic,social and practical behavior.

Abstract

This research aims to test the direct and indirect influence between training, work stress, and motivation on work productivity with unsafe actions as an intervening variable. The study was conducted on employees of a Steam Power Plant contractor in Cirebon Regency. Sampling was carried out using a proportional start-up random sampling technique, with a total sample size of 152 samples, who were active employees at PT Cipta Anugrah Sejahtera and PT Star Plus. The research instrument used was a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The analysis technique used is path analysis using the SPSS version 27 application. The results of this study show that 1) Job stress, motivation and productivity variables are in the good category, while training and unsafe actions very good category. 2) Training has a negative and significant effect on unsafe actions. 3) Work stress has a positive and significant effect on unsafe actions. 4) Motivation has a negative and insignificant effect on unsafe actions. 4) Training, work stress and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on unsafe acts. 5) Training, work stress, motivation and unsafe actions simultaneously has a significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of mindful leadership, organizational culture on organizational commitment with self-efficacy as an intervening variable. The total sample in the study was 266 respondents, the analytical tool used to test the hypothesis was Path Analysis. Based on the results of the study from the responses given by East Priangan region private university lecturers, it is known that mindful leadership and organizational culture indirectly influence organizational commitment through self-efficacy.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe and analyze the influence of organizational culture, transfers, and career development on employee performance. The research method used is the census method with a quantitative approach. The research sample was 101 respondents, namely employees at the Department of Water and Mineral Resources of West Java Province with the saturated sampling method, which provided the opportunity for all members of the population to act as samples. Data were collected through observation techniques and questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is path analysis technique. The results showed that organizational culture, transfer and career development had an effect on performance either partially or simultaneously.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze job analysis, workload analysis and career development on employee performance at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Java Province. As well as the influence of job analysis, workload analysis and career development on employee performance at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Java Province The research method used in this study is a survey method, while the types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The object of this research is the employee at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources ofWest Java Province, with the sampling technique using the simple random sampling method. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of this test prove that simultaneously and partially job analysis, workload analysis, career development and leadership style have a significant effect on employee performance at the Department of Energy and Mineral Resources of West Java Province

Abstract

This research aims to determine: (1) the influence of self-efficacy, organizational climate, and work-life balance on work motivation. (2) the influence of self-efficacy, organizational climate, and work-life balance on work performance. (3) the influence of work motivation on work performance. (4) the influence of self-efficacy, organizational climate, and work-life balance on work performance through work motivation. The sample size in this study was 251 respondents. This research is quantitative with a descriptive approach, using primary data and partial least squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM) analysis techniques. The results of this study conclude that: (1) there is a significant positive influence between organizational climate and work-life balance on employee work motivation, but self-efficacy has an insignificant effect. (2) There is no significant influence between self-efficacy, organizational climate, and work-life balance on work performance. (3) There is a significant positive influence between work motivation and work performance. (4) There is a significant positive influence between organizational climate and work-life balance on work performance through employee work motivation, but self-efficacy has an insignificant effect.

Abstract

Improper financial management performance can cause problems. Problems of governance, development, guidance and empowerment and unplanned financing, not properly organized and disciplined budgets as regulated by the Ministry of Finance. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of the Internal Control System, Implementation of Good Government Governance and Employee Competence on Financial Management Performance in Developing Villages in Tasikmalaya Regency based on the Decree of the Director General of Village and Rural Development No. 389.4.1/2021. The method applied was a survey with a quantitative approach. The sample used was 156 developing villages in Tasikmalaya Regency which were determined by proportionate stratified random sampling. The analysis technique uses path analysis and the results indicate that the internal control system, implementation of good government governance and employee competence simultaneously and partially have a positive and significant effect on financial management performance in developing villages in Tasikmalaya.

Abstract

Tujuan dan target khusus kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat pada skema ketahanan pangan  ini untuk masyarakat di Desa Margahayu Kecamatan Manonjaya Kabupaten Tasikmalaya yang terkena dampak Pandemi COVID-19. Keberlangsungan hidup merupakan alasan penting diadakannya ketahanan pangan bagi masyarakat yang terkena dampak pandemic ini dengan harapan agar mampu bertahan hidup di era New Normal oleh karena itu harus ada kegiatan mandiri yang akan menjaga keberlangsungan hidup tersebut. Banyaknya pekerja yang dirumahkan atau bahkan pemutusan hubungan pekerjaan serta sedikitnya sumber daya manusia yang kreatif dan inovatif menghasilkan sesuatu bernilai tambah menjadi suatu permasalahan yang diangkat pada kegiatan ini. Maka dari itu, harus adanya kreasi dan inovasi kegiatan mandiri yang dapat menstimulus masyarakat yang terkena dampak COVID-19 agar menjalankan kegiatan yang memberikan nilai ekonomis.Hasil pelaksanaan Pengabdian pada Masyarakat (PPM) dengan adanya kegiatan pemberian langsung sarana dan prasarana sistem budidaya aquaponik dan caisim akan menambah sumber pangan bagi Masyarakat. Selain itu juga, sebagai alternatif mata pencaharian yang akan meningkatkan pendapatan pada masa pandemi COVID – 19. Kegiatan berikutnya yaitu memberikan konsep, teori dan praktek sistem budidaya aquaponik dan caisim menjadikan pemahaman, pengetahuan dan keterampilan Mitra menjadi meningkat sehingga ketahanan pangan pada masa pandemi COVID – 19 terwujud. Kata kunci: ketahanan pangan, aquaponik, lele, caisim, COVID-19.
