Abstract

Presidential Regulation no. 54 of 2010 concerning government procurement of goods/services,namely to increase transparency and accountability, increase market access and healthy businesscompetition, improve the level of efficiency of the procurement process, support the monitoringand audit process, and meet the need for real-time access to information. This is the main goal ofthe government, especially Banten Province, in implementing e-procurement in the process ofprocuring goods and services. However, it is not yet known which impact of this achievement hasthe highest weight of success in increasing the transparency and performance of the BantenProvincial Government, making it easier for leaders to carry out evaluations. This is the mainfactor in researching the impact of e-procurement using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)method so that we can find out the level of success of e-procurement that is most dominantly feltby the Banten Provincial Government by the presidential decree.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui pembelajaran berbasis project dalam meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa. Penelitian dengan metode studi literatur. Hasil penelitian perencanaan dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan PjBL terhadap bidang matematika materi pecahan terbukti meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif siswa kelas IV SDN Karangmalang 2. Dengan kontrol KKM dan pemerolehan hasil tes setiap siklus, pembelajaran PjBL meningkatkan keterampilan kognitif siswa kelas V SD Negeri Jiwan pada bidang materi matematika Bangun ruang. Pembelajaran PjBL efektif menciptakan lingkungan pembelajaran lebih gembira, aktif dan meningkatan hasil belajar siswa secara signifikan, meningkatan hasil belajar bidang IPAS pada materi cahaya dan sifat berdasarkan persentase ketuntasan belajar disetiap siklus serta menyajikan perkembangan kearah progresif (Berkembang), meningkatkan kemampuan berhitung siswa, kategori baik dalam menyimak penjelasan, peningkatan secara signifikan dalam sangggupan mengenal lambang bilangan 1-10 pada permainan tutup botol dan bahan bekas. PjBL dapat memenuhi kemampuan kognitif siswa pada indikator pemahaman konsep dalam 2 aspek yaitu (1) pada kemampuan dalam memandang informasi dengan sudut pandang lain mencapai ketercapaian tertinggi (2) kemampuan berpikir kreatif mencapai kriteria baik. Lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan keterampilan kreativitas, berpikir kritis, dan memecahkan masalah .

Abstract

This study analyzed the requirements for a digital system to evaluate microskill achievement within the MBKM program at universities. A descriptive research method was employed, utilizing a Likert-scale-based questionnaire completed by 132 respondents, consisting of 66 students and 66 lecturers from six universities. The sample size was determined through Power Analysis with an effect size parameter (f) of 0,4. The findings reveal that the conventional evaluation system faces challenges, including unclear assessment standards, difficulties in converting microskills to credit point, and time-consuming processes. Both students and lecturers express the need for a digital system that is more transparent, efficient, and capable of enabling real-time monitoring and feedback. These findings form the basis for designing a more effective microskill evaluation system.
