Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Pengembangan Karir dan Penempatan Kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Surya Toto Indonesia di Tangerang.Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini Pengembangan Karir berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 42,9%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,148 > 1,995). Penempatan Kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan sebesar 42,5%, uji  hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,092 > 1,995). Pengembangan Karir dan Penempatan Kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan persamaan regresi Y = 8,751 + 0,390X1 + 0,400X2 dan kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 57,4%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (45,139 > 2,748).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of training on employee competence at PT. Steel Panelindo Utama in Jakarta. The method used is explanatory research with a sample of 65 respondents. The analysis technique uses statistical analysis with regression, correlation, determination and hypothesis testing. The results of this study of the training variable obtained an average score of 3.805 with good criteria. The employee competency variable obtained an average score of 3.892 with good criteria. Training has a positive and significant effect on employee competence with a regression equation value of Y = 13.040 + 0.680X, and a correlation coefficient value of 0.806 or has a strong relationship with a determination value of 65.0%. Hypothesis testing obtained a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penempatan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Mitra Sarana Sukses Utama di Jakarta. Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan sampel sebanyak 56 responden. Teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini variabel penempatan kerja diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,375 dengan kriteria baik. Variabel kinerja karyawan diperoleh nilai rata-rata skor sebesar 3,827 dengan kriteria baik. Penempatan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai persamaan regresi Y = 9,442 + 0,854X, dan nilai koefisien korelasi 0,730 atau memiliki tingkat hubungan yang kuat dengan nilai determinasi 53,3%. Uji  hipotesis diperoleh signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

Some problems must be corrected, namely a decrease in employee performance caused by employees not getting motivated, the level of employee trust decreases, and the low level of commitment possessed by employees. This research examines and analyzes the effect of extrinsic motivation, interpersonal trust, and organizational commitment on employee performance. Quantitative studies are used to get practical answers. The object of this research was the Serpong Regional Income Management employees of the Regional Revenue Agency of Banten Province, with 64 respondents who had been used. Questionnaire answers were measured using an interval scale of 1 – 10. Data were analyzed using the SmartPLS Version 4.0 software. The results of this study state that 1). Extrinsic motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. 2). Interpersonal trust positively and significantly affects employee performance. 3). Organizational commitment positively and significantly affects employee performance.

Abstract

The development of technology which is increasingly advanced with time is a demand for the development of the times and increasingly complex human needs. This study, among others, examines and analyses the factors in increasing consumer loyalty to after-sales service through customer loyalty. This research was conducted at PT. Tunas Toyota Cilegon Banten with a population of 1102, then the sample used was 150 respondents. The questionnaire method was distributed using an interval scale of 1 strongly disagree to 10 strongly agree. The data analysis technique used SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate the effect of after-sales service on consumer loyalty, the influence of after-sales service on customer satisfaction, the influence of customer satisfaction on consumer loyalty, and customer satisfaction can be a mediation in increasing consumer loyalty.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja dosen pada Universitas Primagraha di Serang Banten, Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif, menurut Sugiyono (2018:8) penelitian kuantitatif adalah: "Metode penelitian yang berlandaskan pada filsafat positivisme, digunakan untuk meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantutatif atau statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan”. Adapun pendekatan dalam penelitian ini digunakan deskriptif dan verivikatif, adapun Metode yang digunakan adalah explanatory research dengan teknik analisis menggunakan analisis statistik dengan pengujian regresi, korelasi, determinasi dan uji hipotesis, Hasil penelitian ini kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen sebesar 46,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,569 > 1,997). Iklim Organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen sebesar 46,8%, uji hipotesis diperoleh t hitung > t tabel atau (7,691 > 1,997). Kompetensi dan Iklim Organisasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja dosen dengan persamaan regresi Y = 7,541 + 0,384X1 + 0,445X2. Kontribusi pengaruh sebesar 64,5%, uji hipotesis diperoleh F hitung > F tabel atau (58,259 > 2,750).

Abstract

Employee performance can be used as a benchmark for an agency in managing its human resources. This study, among others, examines and analyzes the factors in improving employee performance by developing human resources through work motivation. This research was conducted at the public works and spatial planning services with a population of 198 using a sample of 150 respondents. The questionnaire method was distributed using an interval scale of 1 strongly disagree to 10 strongly agree—data analysis technique using SEM PLS 4. The results of this study indicate that there is an influence of human resource development on employee performance, there is an influence of human resource development on work motivation, there is an influence of work motivation on employee performance, and work motivation can be a mediation in improving employee performance.

Abstract

The ability of organizations to work effectively and efficiently to achieve their goals and to be successful is possible with employees, who are the most valuable human capital, good organizational management, and the application of modern management principles and functions. Optimally activating employee performance is a challenge for organizations. This study examines the mediating effect of work engagement on organizational justice and employee performance. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with a causality approach. The sample used was 43 respondents. The results of this study show that organizational justice partially influences employee performance and work engagement. In contrast, work engagement significantly affects employee performance, and as expected, engagement can mediate between organizational justice and employee performance

Abstract

Organizations are often faced with problems with their employees, employee performance is one of them. Employees are the key to the success of an organization. The purpose of this study is to investigate the extent to which the mediating role of affective commitment on perceived organizational support will ultimately have an impact on improving employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method with a PLS-SEM approach, and data collection using a questionnaire. The results of this study, all proposed hypotheses are entirely accepted, where the perception of organizational support has an effect on increasing employee performance and affective commitment, then affective commitment has a significant impact on increasing employee performance. On the other hand, affective commitment can have a partial mediating effect on the perceived organizational support on employee performance.

Abstract

Presidential Regulation no. 54 of 2010 concerning government procurement of goods/services,namely to increase transparency and accountability, increase market access and healthy businesscompetition, improve the level of efficiency of the procurement process, support the monitoringand audit process, and meet the need for real-time access to information. This is the main goal ofthe government, especially Banten Province, in implementing e-procurement in the process ofprocuring goods and services. However, it is not yet known which impact of this achievement hasthe highest weight of success in increasing the transparency and performance of the BantenProvincial Government, making it easier for leaders to carry out evaluations. This is the mainfactor in researching the impact of e-procurement using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP)method so that we can find out the level of success of e-procurement that is most dominantly feltby the Banten Provincial Government by the presidential decree.
