Abstract

This study aims to determine the knowledge of zakat, the implementation of zakat, and the relationship between knowledge and the implementation of zakat obligations for civil servants who are Muslim at Makassar State University.The method to be used to achieve the objectives in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. Through this approach, this research will describe the real situation in detail and actuality. As for the background of the use of this method, because the phenomenon to be studied requires a description or in-depth description and analysis. Thus, answers will be found that can reveal true events or facts on the ground. The results showed that six variations in the level of knowledge of Civil Servants in the Makassar State University environment on the obligation of zakat. The implementation of zakat obligation for Civil Servants in Makassar State University has not been fully implemented well and basically they have a strong awareness and desire to fulfill their obligations. The relationship between knowledge and implementation of zakat obligations for Civil Servants in the Makassar State University environment.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) how to implement the zoning route, (2) the impact that occurs in the application of the zoning route, (3) efforts to overcome the negative impacts of the zoning route on PPDB for SMA levels in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency. Qualitative research and using a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include: Observation, Interview and Documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) The implementation of the zoning pathway for the Admission of New Students at the Senior High School level in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency has been adequate in its application because there were no deviations from the applicable provisions for Admission of New Students. (2) The impact of the implementation of the pathway on the Admission of New High School Students in Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency has 2 impacts, namely positive and negative in its application, where the negative impacts found are less than the positive impacts found, the negative impacts found are 3 impacts negative and 6 positive impacts. (3) Efforts to overcome the negative impact of the zoning route on the Admission of New High School Students throughout the Somba Opu District, Gowa Regency, namely 1) the need for changes in the selection process in the form of changing the selection method for determining distances using mileage instead of straight dance, 2) needs to be done addition of school infrastructure, 3) schools must be maximal in conducting socialization and parents should also be required to seek news or information related to PPDB, especially this zoning route.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that cause early marriage, problems that arise in the household for couples who do early marriage and the efforts made to minimize early marriage in Balanipa District, Polewali Mandar Regency. This type of research is qualitative research and uses a descriptive approach. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques include: Observation, Interview and Documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using descriptive qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that; 1) There are several factors behind the occurrence of early marriage, namely parental factors, low awareness of the importance of education, self-will, and promiscuity factors. 2) As for the problems that arise in the household for couples who do early marriages, among others, quarrels and conflicts, economic problems, lack of a sense of responsibility and divorce. 3). As for the efforts made to minimize early marriage, namely, Raising awareness in the community about the importance of education for children and the younger generation, planting religious education for every child, and cooperation from the KUA Balanipa District.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Pelaksanaan kebijakan Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA) di Kabupaten Jeneponto, (2) faktor pendukung dan faktor penghambat pelaksanaan kebijakan kartu identitas anak di Kabupaten Jeneponto. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Jenis dan sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Pelaksanaan kebijakan Kartu Identitas Anak (KIA) di Kabupaten Jeneponto sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan Permendangri No. 2 Tahun 2016 tentang syarat dan prosedur, namun capaiannya belum mencapai target 120.294 anak yang berhak mendapatkan KIA pada akhir tahun 2021. Jumlah anak yang sudah mendapatkan KIA sebanyak 57.628 atau 48,00%, sedangkan yang belum memiliki KIA mencapai yakni 62.666 atau 52,00% dari total 120.294 anak.  (2) faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi pelaksanaan kebijakan KIA di Kabupaten Jeneponto, yaitu faktor pendukung: (a) kegiatan sosialisasi dan jemput bola, dan (b) sarana yang memadai. Faktor penghambat: (a) kesadaran masyarakat yang rendah, (b) pandemi Covid-19, (c) tidak adanya sanksi bagi anak yang tidak memiliki KIA.

Abstract

Abstract: Ritual Processiions Are Performed in Settlement of Cases of Obscene Childhood in Tawalian District, Mamasa Regency. Thesis For Pancasila and Citizenship Education Study Program, Faculty of Social Sciences and Law, State University of Makassar, Supervised by Bakhtiar as supervisor one and Muhammad Sudirman as supervisor two.This study aims to determine the ritual procession performed in solving cases of sexual abuse of biological children in Tawalian District, Mamasa Regency. To achieve these goals, the researchers used data colletion techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the results of the research were processed using a qualitative approach and a type of case study research. The source of the author’s informants is the Tawalian Government, Tawalian traditional institutions and the Tawalian community to find out abaut the ritual procession performed in the settlement of cases of sexual abuse of biological children in Tawalian sub-district, Mamasa district.The results showed that: (1) The stages of thee Diparraukan ritual started from the knowledge of the pregnant child by the biological father, continued to the stage where the problem was taken over by the customary institution, which in the customary institution there were also stages, starting from gathering for deliberations to along the ritual date, and proceed to the ritual procession stage where in the ritual procession there are several processed or stages as well, namely pre-ritual, ritual, and after the ritual. (2) the attitudes or views of the Mamasa people, the Tawalian people in particular strongly agree, support, and respond if customary customs or laws continue to be specifically enforced on the Diparraukan ritual.Keywords: Settlement of Biological Child Abuse Cases Through Diparraukan RitualsAbstrak : Prosesi Ritual Diparraukan (Keterlanjuran) Dalam Penyelesaian Kasus Persetubuhan Anak Kandung di Kecamatan Tawalian Kabupaten Mamasa. Skripsi Program Studi Pendidikan Pancasila dan Kewarganegaraan, Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Hukum Universitas Negeri Makassar, Dibimbing oleh Bakhtiar selaku pembimbing 1 dan Muhammad Sudirman selaku pembimbing 2.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui prosesi ritual diparraukan (keterlanjuran) dalam penyelesaian kasus persetubuhan anak kandung di kecamatan Tawalian kabupaten Mamasa dan mengetahui bagaimana sikap/pandangan dari masyarakat tentang ritual diparraukan (keterlanjuran) yang dilakukan dalam proses penyelesaian kasus persetubuhan anak kandung. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut maka penulis menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Data yang telah diperoleh dari hasil penelitian diolah dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Sumber informan penulis yaitu pemerintah Tawalian, tokoh adat Tawalian dan masyarakat Tawalian untuk mengetahui bagaimana prosesi ritual diparraukan dalam penyelesaian kasus persetubuhan anak kandung di kecamatan Tawalian kabupaten Mamasa.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Tahap-tahap Ritual Diparraukan dimulai dari tahap 1 (satu) diketahuinya anak hamil oleh ayah kandung, tahap 2 (dua) permasalahan diambil alih oleh lembaga adat, yang mana pada lembaga adat ada pula langkah-langkah yang ditempuh yaitu mulai dari lembaga adat berkumpul untuk bermusyawarah sampai kepada penentuan tanggal ritual, dan tahap 3 (tiga) prosesi ritual yang mana pada prosesi ritual ada beberapa langkah yang ditempuh yaitu pra ritual, berlangsungnya ritual, dan setelah ritual. (2)sikap atau pandangan masyarakat Tawalian. Masyarakat Tawalian secara khusus sangat setuju, mendukung, dan merespon positif apabila kebiasaan atau hukum adat terus diberlakukan secara khusus ritual diparraukan. Kata Kunci: Penyelesaian Kasus Persetubuhan Anak Kandung Melalui Ritual Diparraukan (keterlanjuran)

Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and finding 1). Implementation of waste bank policies in Rappocini District, 2). Knowing and discovering the contribution of waste banks to the environment, social and economy of the community in Rappocini District. The type of research used is phenomenological research. The data collection techniques used are interviews, observation and documentation. The data collection process carried out by researchers included: data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show 1). The implementation of a waste bank based on research in the Rappocini District has been running well, this can be seen from the existence of a waste bank in the Rappocini District. However, in terms of resources, they are still considered inadequate due to the existence of waste disposal banks which have stopped operating because there has been no reorganization and the management has left. This is due to a lack of public awareness and interest in participating in waste collection. 2). The waste bank has contributed a lot to the environment, social and economy of the people in Rappocini District. In terms of the environment, for example, there has been a decrease in the transportation of waste that will be disposed of at the Final Disposal Site (TPA) because people whose social activities are starting to change are the ones who initially throw it away, since the existence of a waste bank, people prefer to store it and then exchange it for money in the form of savings or recycling. The waste becomes goods with sale or economic value so that it has an impact on the community's economy in meeting their daily needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Untuk mengetahui peran guru sebagai pendidik dan pengajar dalam meningkatkan pendidikan karakter siswa di UPT SMAN 1 Ssoppeng. (2) Untuk mengetahui metode yang digunakan guru dalam meningkatkan pendidikan karakter siswa di UPT SMAN 1 Soppeng. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Peran guru dalam meningkatkan Pendidikan karakter siswa di UPT SMAN 1 Soppeng dalam hal ini diketahui dari hasil penelitian tersebut adalah peran guru dalam memberikan nilai karakter yang tercantum dalam RPP sudah diberikan kepada siswa di dalam kelas. Di mana guru telah mampu memunculkan nilai-nilai karakter dari delapan belas karakter di dalam kelas. Dengan demikian, seorang guru mempunyai peran dalam pencapaian prestasi belajar siswa dan membentuk karakter-karakter siswa di sekolah. 2) Metode yang digunakan guru dalam meningkatkan pendidikan karakter siswa di UPT SMAN 1 Soppeng dari hasil penelitian diatas bahwa guru dalam meningkatkan pendidikan karakter tidak hanya terlihat pada saat proses pembelajaran berlangsung di kelas, namun saat di luar jam pelajaran guru juga senantiasa menjalankan peranannya terhadap Pendidikan karakter siswa. Guru sudah menunjukkan sebagai teladan bagi siswanya seperti datang tepat waktu di kelas, berpakaian sopan dan rapi, bertanggung jawab dalam melaksanakan kewajibannya sebagai seorang guru maupun sebagai wali kelas.

Abstract

Civics Teachers' Perceptions of the 2013 Curriculum Changes Towards an Independent Curriculum at MTs Negeri 1 Watampone. Thesis. Pancasila Citizenship Education Study Program, Department of Law and Citizenship, Faculty of Social and Legal Sciences, Makassar State University. (Supervised by Mustaring and Muh. Sudirman). This research was conducted with the aim of finding out: 1) PPKn Teachers' Knowledge about the 2013 Curriculum Changes Towards an Independent Curriculum at MTs Negeri 1 Watampone, and 2) PPKn Teachers' Readiness regarding the 2013 Curriculum Changes Towards an Independent Curriculum at MTs Negeri 1 Watampone. This type of research is qualitative research using a descriptive approach, therefore, in order to achieve a research objective, data collection techniques are used, namely observation, interviews, documentation. The informants for this research were 3 PPKn teachers. The results show that: 1. PPKn teachers' knowledge about curriculum changes at MTsN 1 Watampone is from several aspects of assessment regarding the concepts and principles of the independent curriculum, it can be seen that the teacher has understood and knows the concepts and principles in the independent curriculum 2. The readiness of PPKn teachers regarding curriculum changes at MTsN 1 Watampone can be categorized as ready, this is proven by fulfilling the assessment aspects, namely having teaching tools, assessment tools, adapting learning methods, as well as attending training or workshops related to the independent curriculum.
