Abstract

Aplikasi tersebut banyak digunakan di berbagai alat elektronik termasuk di perusahaan-perusahaan dan industri sekarang ini. PT. Sultana Agro Lestari adalah perusahaan importir beras khusus (basmati) yang berpusat di Jakarta. Sistem yang berjalan sekarang masih berjalan secara manual dan terbilang kurang memadai serta membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama untuk menginput banyaknya data yang berjalan. Oleh karena itu, perlu dirancang suatu aplikasi yang dapat membantu perusahaan dalam proses pencatatan persediaan, penjualan, dan piutang agar dapat mengintegrasikan data-data yang akan di input. Model perancangan pada penelitian ini menggunakan model system development life cycle metode waterfall. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi sistem integrasi persediaan, penjualan, dan pencatatan piutang yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu dalam proses input data serta proses data, sehingga menghasilkan laporan persediaan, laporan penjualan, dan laporan piutang. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu aplikasi yang dibuat membantu perusahaan dalam pencatatan dan pengintegrasian data persediaan, penjualan, dan pencatatan piutang dan sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan, sehingga kini dapat mengurangi terjadinya kesalahan dalam pengarsipan maupun pencatatan data.

Abstract

The change in the fingerprint attendance system into an attendance application is called "Mobile Attendance" according to research at motorcycle factory. The reason is work activities that are usually carried out in the office have now changed to being at home due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Employees are required to carry out the attendance process at certain times by taking photos of themselves or the environment in which they are located. Audit attendance applications in companies using COBIT 5, namely the DSS subdomain on DSS02 Manage Service Requests and Incidents and DSS04 Manage Continuity. The audit is carried out through the company's employee interview method, then measures every management process involved in it. The results obtained in the form of the average value achieved by each process is still less than expected and the value of the gap is quite far. Therefore, it is expected to conduct further research related to the management process in the company

Abstract

The e-commerce industry which is developing significantly is always required to be able to adapt well to technological developments where information systems/information technologies (IS/IT) strategic planning must be further developed to support the company's business processes. In this research, the authors focus on analyzing how the information systems strategic planning is currently underway at an e-commerce company. The author uses the ward and peppard framework to analyze the business environment and IS/IT environment internally and externally. Many methods have been developed within the framework such as strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT) analysis which focus on exposure the company's internal and external conditions, McFarlan strategic grid focus on assessing the overall contribution of IS/IT, and its impact on business success, from both a strategic, and operational perspective, value chain focus on optimizing technology, and business applications, political, economic, social, and technological (PEST) analysis focus on considerations of legal, political, economic, social, and technological developments, critical success factor (CSF) analysis focus on product quality priorities, customer service, product prices, company resources, and technology used. The results of the analysis of these methods are the results of this study, namely the results of portfolio application recommendations for the next four years which can be used as a reference for companies to develop their business strategic planning systems.

Abstract

Salah satu contoh dari perkembangan TI adalah proses pemesanan tiket Cinepolis yang dapat dilakukan secara online melalui website. Cinepolis sendiri adalah jaringan bioskop terbesar keempat di dunia yang beroperasi di sekitar 13 negara termasuk Indonesia. Akan tetapi dalam  website Cinepolis saat ini masih terdapat kekurangan terutama dalam hal kualitas website. Oleh sebab itu penulis melakukan analisis kualitas website Cinepolis dengan metode WebQual 4.0 dan IPA untuk mengetahui kualitas website pemesanan tiket milik Cinepolis saat ini. IPA sendiri digunakan untuk menentukan karakteristik mana yang bermanfaat atau mungkin perlu ditingkatkan untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna terhadap website Cinepolis. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi kualitas web Cinepolis dengan bantuan metode WebQual 4.0, yang menekankan pada usability, interactivity, dan service. Hasil dari penelitian ini berupa hasil pengujian hipotesis dan hasil analisis distribusi diagram IPA. Hasil pengujian hipotesis bertujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang sudah peneliti buat. Hasil analisis distribusi diagram IPA bertujuan untuk menjelaskan aspek mana saja dari web Cinepolis yang harus ditingkatkan, dipertahankan atau dikurangi.

Abstract

Brainware berperan dalam pengoperasian sistem. Brainware terdiri dari berbagai peran seperti System Analyst, Programmer, Engineer, dan lainnya. Brainware melakukan input data dan output data, serta menyiapkan perangkat lunak dan perangkat keras komputer. Pengabdian masyarakat terkait keamanan informasi dilakukan di salah satu distributor sepatu. Permasalahan yang dihadapi perusahaan antara lain perbedaan data stok antara Kantor Pusat dan toko, serta hilangnya data CCTV karena gangguan eksternal. Kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi presentasi, tanya jawab, dan umpan balik dengan tujuan membantu memecahkan masalah yang ada dan meningkatkan kewaspadaan terhadap ancaman keamanan informasi. Materi mencakup berbagai topik terkait kebijakan keamanan informasi, brainware, kebijakan penggunaan komputer dan printer, serta penanggulangan bencana alam. Hasil menunjukkan adanya kebijakan keamanan informasi, penggunaan komputer dan printer, serta penanggulangan bencana alam.

Technological developments have changed human behavior, including the behavior of junior high school students. Now generally junior high school students are already very active in using mobile phones, including using this Android Behavior, making the idea of students of the University of Bunda Mulia, major Information System to development interactive learning media based on Android, which are considered not boring, and more effective for improving student quality. In designing the media a set of Android applications was created called Scan Evenku to Support Learning Event Registration. Learning media which are the work of students are software that can be installed on mobile phones, like interesting games. The application has been tested by RPTRA Darma Suci Penjaringan, North Jakarta. Abstract

Pertumbuhan masyarakat yang meningkat tinggidapat terlihat dari perkembangan kota yang semakin berkembang. Dengan peningkatan penduduk yang tinggi dan lahan yang terbatas maka solusi yang terbaik untuk mengatasi kebutuhan bagi tempat tinggal adalah dengan cara membangun secara vertikal, termasuk fasilitas hotel.  Artikel ini mengusulkan desain hotel dengan aplikasi konsep bioklimatik dari Kenneth Yeang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah simulasi yaitu menggunakan replikasi objek dan pengaturan dunia nyata. Efek pesatnya perkembangan bangunan di kota Bekasi mengakibatkan penghijauan semakin berkurang. Serta kurang memperhatikan faktor alam ke dalam bangunan terutama pada bangunan vertikal. Sehingga desain pada hotel ini sangat memperhatikan alam dengan memasukan alam kedalam desain bangunan. Serta hasil penelitian ini untuk mengingatkan kepada arsitek agar memperhatikan iklim sebagai respon bangunan vertikal terhadap lingkungan. Keywords: Hunian Vertikal, Hotel, Bioklimatik.

Abstract

PT. SS Dinamika is a company engaged in marketing umbrella throughout Indonesia to meet customer’s demand. Places that have been marketed and still making orders are Medan, Sumatera, and Palembang. This company has implemented an Information System specifically Accurate Accounting Software to support the company’s business processes. Unfortunately, the problem arises where the company experiences a delay in entering sales data because the administration has not fully mastered the application. The company’s IT condition has never been measured and audited. Therefore, an audit measurement is needed to measure the company’s business processes, applications, and corporate strategy. In this audit, the measurement uses the framework of COBIT 5 which is focused on the DSS01, DSS02 and DSS04 domain (Deliver, Service and Support). The result of this research after analyzing the data is the value of Capability Level on DSS01, DSS02 and DSS04 are at level 1 (Performed Process) and the Expected Level are at level 3. The conclusion of this research is the company has already run its business process pretty well. Unfortunately, the company still has to make some improvements on each DSS domain that has been analyzed.
