Abstract

Secara umum, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji campur kode sebagai fenomena tutur yang terjadi di SMK Negeri 5 Bulukumba, Kabupaten Bulukumba. Secara khusus, penelitian ini bertujuan:  1) mendeskripsikan bentuk campur kode bahasa Indonesia - bahasa Konjo, dan 2) memaparkan faktor penyebab terjadinya campur kode pada siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 5 Bulukumba Kabupaten Bulukumba. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan sosiolinguistik dengan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian ini berupa ujaran dalam bentuk campur kode pada tataran kata, frasa dan klausa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada siswa kelas X SMK Negeri 5 Bulukumba Kabupaten Bulukumba. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik observasi dan teknik catat. Dalam analisis data dilakukan dengan cara menerjemahkan arti kata bahasa Konjo ke dalam bahasa Indonesia. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahasa yang paling banyak menyisip adalah bahasa Konjo. Bentuk campur kode yang terjadi adalah campur kode ke dalam. Tataran bahasa yang menimbulkan campur kode adalah kata, frasa, dan klausa, dan yang paling banyak muncul adalah tataran kata.

Abstract

Secara umum, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan tindak kesantunan berbahasa di kalangan remaja, Kelurahan Borongloe, Kecamatan Bontomarannu, Kabupaten Gowa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data dalam penelitian berupa tuturan, kata-kata atau kalimat yang disampaikan oleh remaja tentang pembentukan panitia remaja masjid dan percakapan tentang covid 19. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara: teknik rekam (simak) dan teknik catat. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data I, II, dan III, realisasi tindak kesantunan berbahasa di kalangan remaja Kelurahan Borongloe, Kecamatan Bontomarannu, Kabupaten Gowa, ada yang mematuhi maksim kesantunan berbahasa (maksim kebijaksanaan, kedermawanan, penghargaan, kesederhaan, kemufakatan, dan kesimpatian). Sementara, yang melanggar maksim kesantunan berbahasa (maksim penghargaan dan kemufakatan). Maksim yang sering muncul pada percakapan di kalangan remaja Kelurahan Borongleo, Kecamatan Bontomarannu, Kabupaten Gowa, yaitu maksim kemufakatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa realisasi tindak kesantunan berbahasa di kalangan remaja Kelurahan Borongloe, Kecamatan Bontomarannu, Kabupaten Gowa, termasuk kategori santun dalam bertutur kata, meskipun masih ada yang melanggar maksim kesantunan

Abstract

Language and society are very closely related, this relationship includes age and social status which mutually influence language, voice color and accent for each language speaker. Sociolect (from the words social and dialect) or social dialect is a language variation associated with a particular social group. Sociolect occurs in various groups of society according to social class, age and occupation. Language differences between upper class and lower class society, teenagers and old people, doctors and lawyers, are examples of social dialect. This research aims to describe the use of sociolectic language variations in communication between the Bugis-Makassar community, Minasa Upa Village, Rappocini District, Makassar City. The data in this research are all everyday language utterances in communication that are identified as using sociolect. Meanwhile, the data source used is the Bugis-Makassar community who live in Minasa Upa Village, Rappocini District, Makassar City. Data collection techniques include; observation techniques, recording techniques and note-taking techniques. The data analysis technique is carried out in an interpretative descriptive manner, namely data that has been collected on a device, listened to and recorded, then identified and analyzed in depth by sorting and selecting information according to the research focus, namely the various forms of sociolect in communication among the Bugis-Makassar community. Based on the results of the research, the researchers found 16 data on sociolectic language variations, especially conversations in terms of age level, nobility level, and education level, with details of 8 data variations of colloquial language, 2 data variations of slang language, and 6 data variations of vulgar language.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is how the Reading Aloud strategy in fostering Reading Interest in Class III UPT SD Negeri 5 Turatea. This study aims to foster interest in reading through the reading aloud strategy of class III students of UPT SD Negeri 5 Turatea. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Instruments in data collection are interviews, observation sheets and documentation tools and materials. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The results showed that the Reading Aloud Strategy is effective for motivating students, using interesting reading techniques for students by using voice intonation and facial expressions that match the story. The implementation of the Reading Aloud strategy is able to foster students' interest in reading, they feel happy to be seen from their enthusiasm when involved in reading.

Abstract

The effectiveness of using canva media in creating learning posters at MTs Yapit Taretta is creating learning media that utilizes or uses the Canva application as a design tool. This use is an effort to motivate students at MTS to learn. The aim of this research is to determine the effectiveness of using Canva media in making posters for MTs Yapit Taretta students. This research is field research with a qualitative approach, with data collection: (1) Observation Technique, to obtain an overview of the effectiveness of using Canva media, (2) Interview Technique, used to obtain data regarding the effectiveness of using Canva media in making posters for MTs Yapit Taretta students , (3) Documentation technique, used to collect information in the form of documents or school archives regarding the effectiveness of using Canva media in making posters for MTs Yapit Taretta students. The data analysis used is data reduction, data display, data withdrawal, and data validity testing. The results of the research show that the effectiveness of using the Canva application as a learning medium is going well. The effectiveness of the Canva application is used to create learning media in the form of learning posters. Through its success, the Canva application has become the right design tool to help teachers and students create interesting learning media, increase creativity, make it easier for students to understand the material, is easy to access, and many elements and features are free.

Abstract

The main problem in this study is the influence of flash card media on the results of reading skills of grade 1 students of UPTD SDN 214 Inpres Bawalangiri. This study aims to describe the Influence of Flash Card Media on Beginning Reading Skills for the Indonesian Language Subject for Grade 1 UPTD SDN 214 Inpres Bawalangiri. This type of research is quantitative research that uses experimental research (pre-experimental design) with a one-group pretest-posttest design. The population in this study were all grade 1 students of UPTD SDN 214 Inpres Bawalangiri with a sample size of 31 students. The research instruments used in collecting data were tests (pretest-posttest) and observation sheets. The data analysis technique used in this study used descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis with the t-test. The results of the study prove that there is an influence of reading skills with flash card media on grade 1 students of UPTD SDN 214 Inpres Bawalangiri.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the reading comprehension skills of Class VIB students at UPT SPF SDN Sudirman 1 Makassar through the implementation of the Survey, Question, Read, Recite, Review (SQ3R) method. The background of the study is the low learning outcomes in Indonesian language subjects, particularly in reading comprehension. Out of 32 students, only 20 reached the Minimum Mastery Criteria (KKM) score of 75. This research uses a Classroom Action Research (CAR) approach conducted in two cycles. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, action, observation, and reflection. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, written tests, and documentation. The results showed a significant improvement in students’ reading comprehension abilities. The average score increased from 70.63 in the first cycle to a higher score in the second cycle, with more students achieving the KKM. Additionally, students showed greater participation and enthusiasm during the learning process after the SQ3R method was applied. These findings indicate that the SQ3R method is effective in enhancing reading comprehension and can be used as an alternative learning strategy in teaching Indonesian language at the elementary school level.

Abstract

The formulation of the problem in this research is what is the influence of the school literacy movement in the form of a reading corner on students’ reading interest in grade IV elemetary school UPT SDN 12 Arungkeke Kabupaten Jeneponto? The aim of this research is to identify the influence of the school literacy movement in the form of a reading corner on students’ interest in reading in grade Ivelementary schools at UPT SDN 12 Arungekeke Jeneponto. Regency the type of research method used is quantitative research. The data collection process uses questionnaires,interview and documentation. The results of this research illustrate that the reading corner value data and reading interest show a positive influence from the reading corner variable. So that there is an increase in the value of reading corners which ha a positive effect on increasing students’ interest in reading. With the existence of the school literacy moment programs, efforts to improve the service and quality of reading corners in classes organized by schools will certainly influence students’ interest in reading.
