Abstract

The research is intended to find out the credit management of Bank BNI Region VII Makassar, by using a type of qualitative and quantitative data. The source of the data used primary and secondary data. The analytical method used is the method of Rate Of Return On Loans, Interest On Loans Margin, and Return On Assets based on the Annual Report of the year 2012 to 2014. This research is useful to obtain information concerning the increase profitability through the credit management. The results showed that Credit Management is not able to Increase profitability.

Abstract

The study had a long-term goal for the practicality of the TUYUL model developed in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) businesses and to measure the effectiveness of the TUYUL model in developing MSMEs businesses. The specific target to be achieved is to be able to become entrepreneurial in producing products in the development of MSMEs. In this study, the analytical method used was a multiple linear regression analysis. The analytical method that had been used by the author was an applied qualitative descriptive method. The data analysis was carried out by using a qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the average percentage level of the given model was 98.60%. The model strategy was very easy to use for those who had been starting a business or those who had been running in the current state of the pandemic. The benefit of the model did not need to have a lot of capital to start a business, a strong determination to believe that every effort had to have a result accompanied by prayer

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagimana penagruh secara parsial Pengaruh Sistem Pengukuran Kinerja dan Total Quality Management terhadap kinerja manajerial pada PT Sarah Cell Makassar. Adapun data yang digunakan dalam peneitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder, dimana data primer diperoleh dari hasil kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada karyawan PT Sarah cell dan wawancara yang dilakukan untuk mengkonfirmasi data, sedangkan dataa sekunder diperoleh melalui bagian HRD. Adapun jumlah Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 74 orang karyawan, dimana sampel dipilih menggunakan metode puspossive sampling sehingga sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 36 responden. Adapun jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekataan eksplanatory reseach yang diuji dengan menggunakan alat uji SPSS versi 24.0 for windows. Hasil pengujian hipotesis secara bahwa secara parsial ditemukan bahwa SIstem Pengukuran Kinerja (X1) berpengaruh terhadap kinerja manajerial yang berarti jika perusahaan sudah melaksanakan sistem pengukuran kinerja dengan baaik maka kinerja manajerial juga akan meningkat, sedangkan TQM (X2) tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja manajerial, hal ini dikarenakan perusahaan tidak fokus pada kebutuhan pelanggan, adanya karyawan yang tidak melaksanakan aspek pekerjaan secara maksimal, perusahaan tidak melakukan pendekatan ilmiah untuk jangka panjang, kerja sama tim yang masih kurang, perbaikan sistem yang belum jalan secara optimal. Selain itu, penyebab TQM tidak berpenagruh terhadap kinerja manajerial adalah masih kurangnya perusahaan pemberdayaan karyawan melalui pendidikan dan pelatihan yang memadai. Untuk itu pelaksanaan TQM perlu ditingkatkan sebagai bagian dari peningkatan kualitas pelayanan sehingga akan berpengaruh terhadap kemajuan perusahaan kedepannya

Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in capacity building in supporting business innovation as well as the driving and inhibiting factors for increasing capacity building in supporting the business innovation of the Maroangin Indah rattan craftsmen group in Pangkep Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data were collected from 5 informants through a purposive sampling technique and analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the training provided by the government is not evenly distributed. However, this is an ongoing program so it is possible to provide training to all craftsmen. Weaving is a basic craftsman skill. Talent and potential need to collaborate to create ideas for innovation. Competency development requires business management training and price agreements. In the formation of a Maroangin Indah certificate in Pangkep Regency, the role of the product development section was a solution in creating various innovations, providing capital assistance in equipment, participating in demonstration activities, craft exhibitions, and comparative studies. The government also plans to build a showroom as a center for rattan crafts to display artisans' handicraft products. Increased capacity building which is reflected in the development of abilities, skills, potential, talents, competency development and solutions in supporting the business innovations of the Maroangin Indah rattan craftsmen group in Pangkep Regency. The driving factors are training, customer requests and business competition while the inhibiting factors are capital, interest and age.

Abstract

Purpose-A company's internal and external elements might affect employee performance. This study focuses on how motivation, organizational culture, and competence influence employee performance. Design/Methodology/Approach- The study population consisted of all employees at PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional VII.  Data for this study was collected through questionnaires and 54 respondents were collected. The data analysis of this study was processed using the SPSS 25 statistical tool. Findings-The findings showed that PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional VII employees' performance is positively impacted by competency and organizational culture. However, motivation shows the opposite effect on PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional VII employees' performance. These findings suggest that encouraging a positive company culture and increasing staff competency can both enhance employee performance. However, motivation had an insignificant effect on increasing employee performance in this study. Research limitations/implications-For every company, it should be necessary to improve or optimize competence, work culture, and motivation in order to encourage morale which ultimately affects employee performance. This finding shows that improving employee performance can be done in various ways including internal and external aspects of the company. Originality/value-Study of employee performance in service business, especially PT. Telkom Indonesia Regional VII is still quite limited. Previous research similar to this study in measuring employee performance using different indicators and different objects.
