Abstract

Makassar City Ministry of Religious Affairs is one of the government agencies that has a vision as a pioneer of national ethics, inspiration, and motivator for the creation of tolerance among religious people. Based on the observations, researchers found that most ASNs are less active in carrying out their work due to lack of motivation and adequate intellectual capital ability, causing obstacles, especially jobs that use technology media such as computers. This study aims to analyze the system of training needs assessment in the development of ASN human resources at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Makassar City. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection process is done by observation method, interview, documentation study, and website access. The research informant is the Head of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Makassar City, Kasubag Staffing, and ASN who have attended training. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) From the aspect of asn quality in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Makassar City with indicators of education jejang shows that the quality of ASN is still low, as well as from the non-formal education aspect. This means that the level of ASN participation in following training is still low, 2) From the institutional aspects in the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Makassar City internally or independently there is no ASN human resources development program in the form of training that has been designed in the Strategic Plan and work program, and 3) The system of information networking training needs assessment (training needs assessment) in the development of ASN human resources at the Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs of Makassar City has not been effective and efficient in supporting asn performance.Keywords: Training Needs Assessment, Human Capital Development. Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kualitas pendidikan yang masih rendah dikarenakan kinerja guru rendah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan. Ini terlihat dari banyaknya sekolah yang ada di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan memiliki tenaga pengajar yang kurang mampu menghasilkan siswa berprestasi. Hal ini dikarenakan sistem penyelenggaraan pendidikan belum efektif dalam penerapannya, berkaitan dengan kurikulum, kualitas sumber daya manusia, anggaran, kelembagaan dan koordinasi yang dijabarkan Undang-Undang No. 20 Tahun 2018 tentang Sistem Pendidikan Nasional. Tidak terpenuhinya standar yang diharapkan mengakibatkan kinerja guru masih rendah dalam menghasilkan keluaran siswa yang kurang berprestasi dikarenakan adanya pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi serta sarana dan prasarana yang masih rendah dan kurang tersedia. Ketiga variabel tersebut secara langsung ataupun tidak langsung mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja guru dan kualitas pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, sarana dan prasarana terhadap kinerja guru, untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, sarana dan prasarana terhadap kualitas pendidikan dan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh kinerja guru terhadap kualitas pendidikan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SD pada Dinas Pendidikan Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan berjumlah 72.336 orang. Sampel sebanyak 393 responden berdasarkan rumus Slovin dengan tingkat kepercayaan 5%. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model menggunakan bantuan AMOS 18. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa secara langsung kompetensi, motivasi, sarana dan prasarana berpengaruh terhadap kinerja guru berdasarkan analisis SEM menghasilkan standardized regression weights dan probabilitas. Secara langsung kompetensi, motivasi, sarana dan prasarana berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pendidikan berdasarkan analisis SEM menghasilkan standardized regression weights dan probabilitas. Kinerja guru berpengaruh terhadap kualitas pendidikan berdasarkan analisis SEM menghasilkan standardized regression weights dan probabilitas yang menunjukkan semakin baik kuantitas, kualitas, efisiensi dan efektifitas kerja guru, semakin baik kualitas pendidikan yang dihasilkan. Secara tidak langsung variabel kompetensi, motivasi, sarana dan prasarana melalui kinerja guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kualitas pendidikan

Abstract

Abstract This researce is a type of quantitative research with the aim of knowing the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the financial performance of islamic banking listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The sampel in this study was taken from the financial statements of islamic banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) before and during the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of data used in this study is secondary data. The data collection technique in this research is a documentation study technique.In this study, the ratios used for measuring financial performance are the liquidity ratio represented by FDR, the profitability ratio represented by ROA, the solvancy ratio represented by CAR and the asset quality ratio represented by NPF. To analyze data, paired t-test are used as the analytical tool. The resulte showed that there were significant differences in the liquidity ratio represented by FDR, the profitability ratio represented by ROA, the asset quality ratio represented by NPF. Meanwhile, the result of the CAR ratio shows that there was significant difference before and during Covid-19. This indicates that Covid-19 has an impact on the financial performance of the islamic banks registered on the Indonesia stock exchange (IDX). Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the tourism area management policies carried out by the Department of Tourism and Culture of Mamuju Regency towards the development of an integrated tourist area. Reviewing and analyzing the contribution of the government, universities, private sector, community, and media in the development of tourism areas in Mamuju Regency. Efforts to develop human resources in the management of tourism objects at the tourism and culture department of Mamuju Regency. This research was conducted at the Department of Tourism and Culture of Mamuju Regency using qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation and interviews with representatives of the Tourism Office, tourist destination managers, and tourists. The results of this study indicate that: 1) The governance policy for the development of tourism destinations is contained in the Regional Regulation of Mamuju Regency Number 5 of 2016 concerning the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) of Mamuju Regency 2016-2021 which is contained in the 5th mission. 2) The implementation of governance policies for the development of tourist destinations in Mamuju Regency is carried out through the involvement and cooperation between the government and the private sector, universities, communities, and the media. 3) Based on the evaluation of the program, it was found that the factors that influence tourism development in Mamuju Regency are the supporting factors are the strategic location of the area and tourism supporting facilities while the inhibiting factors are policy problems, lack of budget, promotion of tourist destinations that have not been maximized, management of tourist destinations that are not optimal. not optimal, quality human resources to manage tourist destinations are still limited (not in accordance with the educational background of tourism) so that the impact on the governance system is not optimal. Keywords: Governance, Tourism, Triple Helix.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh core values AKHLAK terhadap produktivitas pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan dan Penyaluran (UIKL) Sulawesi. Jenis Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data kuantitatif yang diperoleh dari kuesioner yang dibagikan dan berhubungan dengan masalah yang diteliti. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan dan Penyaluran (UIKL) Sulawesi yang berjumlah 120 Orang, Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin, sehingga diperoleh jumlah sampel yang diambil dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 55 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah Uji Validitas dan Realibilitas, Uji Normalitas, Analisis Regresi Linear berganda dan Uji Statistik t, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (R²). Berdasarkan hasil olah data dengan menggunakan perhitungan statistik melalui aplikasi Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) versi 22 menunjukkan bahwa Core Values AKHLAK berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas pegawai pada PT PLN (Persero) Unit Induk Pembangkitan dan Penyaluran (UIKL) Sulawesi. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh dimensi pelayanan publik yang terdiri dari: responsivitas, responsibilitas, dan akuntabilitas terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pengguna program kartu identitas anak (KIA) di Dukcapil Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey melalui pemberian quesioner kepada masyarakat pengguna program KIA pada wilayah kerja Dukcapil Kota Makassar sebanyak 115 responden. Teknik analisis data menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa: 1) Variabel responsivitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pengguna program KIA. Hal ini bermakna bahwa semakin baik responsivitas dirasakan maka kepuasan masyarakat pengguna KIA juga akan semakin meningkat, yang tercermin dari indikator ketepatan waktu dalam memberikan pelayanan dan Daya tanggap pegawai dalam merespon kebutuhan masyarakat. 2) Variabel responsibilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pengguna program KIA, Hal ini bermakna bahwa semakin baik responsibilitas yang dirasakan maka kepuasan masyarakat pengguna program KIA juga akan semakin meningkat, yang tercermin dari indikator ketepatan layanan administrasi dan kecepatan layanan masyarakat, 3) Variabel akuntabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan masyarakat pengguna program KIA. Hal ini bermakna bahwa semakin baik akuntabilitas pegawai maka kepuasan masyarakat pengguna program KIA juga akan semakin meningkat. Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in capacity building in supporting business innovation as well as the driving and inhibiting factors for increasing capacity building in supporting the business innovation of the Maroangin Indah rattan craftsmen group in Pangkep Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data were collected from 5 informants through a purposive sampling technique and analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the training provided by the government is not evenly distributed. However, this is an ongoing program so it is possible to provide training to all craftsmen. Weaving is a basic craftsman skill. Talent and potential need to collaborate to create ideas for innovation. Competency development requires business management training and price agreements. In the formation of a Maroangin Indah certificate in Pangkep Regency, the role of the product development section was a solution in creating various innovations, providing capital assistance in equipment, participating in demonstration activities, craft exhibitions, and comparative studies. The government also plans to build a showroom as a center for rattan crafts to display artisans' handicraft products. Increased capacity building which is reflected in the development of abilities, skills, potential, talents, competency development and solutions in supporting the business innovations of the Maroangin Indah rattan craftsmen group in Pangkep Regency. The driving factors are training, customer requests and business competition while the inhibiting factors are capital, interest and age.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether the implementation of the occupational safety and health (K3) program has an effect on increasing the productivity of rubber tapping workers at PT. Lonsum Indonesia Tbk. Balombessie, Bulukumba Regency. The type of research used is quantitative, namely a research method that uses numerical data with a sample size of 52 respondents and uses data analysis techniques: validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests, simple regression analysis. Based on the results of research conducted at the data collection, data management and data analysis stages regarding the influence of occupational safety and health (K3) on the productivity of rubber tapping workers at PT. London Sumatra (Lonsum) Indonesia Tbk. Balombessie, Bulukumba Regency, it can be concluded that the implementation of the occupational safety and health program has a positive and significant effect on the productivity of rubber tapping workers at PT. London Sumatra (Lonsum) Indonesia Tbk. Balombessie, Bulukumba Regency.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative study aimed at determining the influence of internal control and service quality on the positive image of the regional public drinking water company Tirta Jeneberang in Gowa Regency. The sample was taken from the PERUMDA Office in Gowa Regency. The type of data used in this research is quantitative data obtained from questionnaires distributed and related to the researched problem. Data collection was conducted through observation and questionnaire distribution. In this study, the data sources used in data collection included primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used in this study employed the Likert scale method. The research results show that through statistical calculations using the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 27 regarding the influence of internal control and service quality on the positive image of PDAM customers, as discussed in the previous chapters, the author draws the important conclusion that internal control and service quality have a positive and significant influence on the positive image of the company. Internal control and service quality must be maintained and improved because it can be seen from the research results that the existing internal control and service quality are already sufficiently stable and efficient in providing a positive image for the company.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work stress on teacher performance at Nunukan 2 State High School, Nunukan Regency, North Kalimantan Province. The population in this study was all civil servant teachers and honorary teachers at State High School 2 Nunukan totaling 32 people. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, the data sources used are primary and secondary data where the primary data comes from observations and questionnaires. Meanwhile, secondary data is obtained from documentation. The data analysis technique used is Simple Regression Analysis using statistical calculations via the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS) version 27 application.The results of the research show that Job Stress (X) has a positive and significant influence on Teacher Performance (Y) seen from the results of the tcount > ttable (6.332 > 1,694) and the significant value = 0.00 < 0.05.
