Abstract

The objectives of the study analyzed planning, governance and integrity strategies directly and indirectly affecting the work and organizational performance of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. This type of survey research approaches quantitative data sources from respondents and secondary from observation agencies. Data collection techniques use quisioner instruments. The study population of all employees was 11,067 and the random purposive sampling method was 5% as many as 386 respondents (Slovin formula). Data analysis using SEM analysis with the help of AMOS and SPSS computer programs. The results of the research directly and indirectly planning, governance and integrity strategies have a positive and significant effect on the health of work and organizational performance. Work health has a positive and significant effect on organizational performance. The better the planning strategy the easier it is to realize governance in the integration of work health into the performance of modern government organizations.

Abstract

Abstract The banking industry has experienced a weakening of the intermediary function in the last 2 years which can be seen from the low-profit growth. Based on the observation at 5 branches of PT. Bank Sulselbar, profit achievement in 2020-2021 in all branches has not yet reached the target of 100%. This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of family support, organizational support, and work culture on employee performance. This associative study used a quantitative approach. It involved 118 employees from 5 branches of PT. Bank Sulselbar as samples. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires and data were analyzed using PLS-SEM analysis. The results of the study showed that family support, organizational support, and work culture had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Family support and organizational support had a positive and significant effect on work culture. The Sobel test showed that work culture can mediate the influence of family support and organizational support on employee performance in some branches of PT. Bank Sulselbar sendiri dari 5 cabang yang diteliti pencapaian laba dari tahun 2020-2021 belum ada yang mencapai target 100%. Sehingga tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh faktor dukungan keluarga, dukungan organisasi, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode penelitian ini adalah penelitian asosiatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 118 karyawan dari 5 cabang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan kuesioner, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa dukungan keluarga, dukungan organisasi, dan budaya kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dukungan keluarga dan dukungan organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap budaya kerja. Hasil uji sobel test bahwa budaya kerja dapat memediasi pengaruh dukungan keluarga dan dukungan organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada beberapa cabang PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar.Kata Kunci: Dukungan Keluarga, Dukungan Organisasi, Budaya Kerja, Kinerja

Abstract

The research aims to know and explained the effect of renaisans competence toward job culture; to know and explained the effect of renaisans competence toward performance; and to know and explained the effect of renaisans competence, through job culture toward performance by teacher in elementary school Makassar City. These research applied on elementary school Makassar City with population of honor teacher have the letter of description of Limited Contract Time on 8 district which amount 1.519 persons. Samples as amount 317 respondents used of Slovin formulation. Data from quesioner to analyzed in used of Structural Equation Model with AMOS 18. The result of research to found that the renaisans competence in direct have effect toward the job culture by teacher. The renaisans competence in direct have effect toward the performance by teacher. The renaisans competence indirect through job culture have effect toward the performance by teacher.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence, motivation and commitment to organizational progress through employee performance. This type of research is survey research with a quantitative approach with an inferential research type. The population was 11,143 and the sample technique using Slovin by determining a random sample of 5% was obtained by 386 respondents. Quantitative research approach with primary and secondary data sources. Data collection using direct observation instruments and questionnaire dissemination. Data analysis using inferential analysis with descriptive statistics and computer-assisted Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis using AMOS 5.0 and SPSS version 20.0 program packages. The results of the study found that competence and commitment have a direct and indirect relationship and influence that has a positive and significant impact on organizational progress through employee performance. The role of competence and commitment contributes to realizing organizational progress through individual performance, both in quantity, quality, efficiency, effectiveness and loyalty. Through performance has a positive and significant influence on the progress of the organization according to work orientation, perspective, totality, integrity, innovation and transformation. While motivational variables either directly or indirectly influence the progress of the organization through performance. The novelty of this research finding is "competence and commitment contribute to improving organizational performance and progress, without neglecting the importance of increasing employee motivation

Abstract

This study aims to describe the increase in capacity building in supporting business innovation as well as the driving and inhibiting factors for increasing capacity building in supporting the business innovation of the Maroangin Indah rattan craftsmen group in Pangkep Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative data obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Data were collected from 5 informants through a purposive sampling technique and analyzed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study show that the training provided by the government is not evenly distributed. However, this is an ongoing program so it is possible to provide training to all craftsmen. Weaving is a basic craftsman skill. Talent and potential need to collaborate to create ideas for innovation. Competency development requires business management training and price agreements. In the formation of a Maroangin Indah certificate in Pangkep Regency, the role of the product development section was a solution in creating various innovations, providing capital assistance in equipment, participating in demonstration activities, craft exhibitions, and comparative studies. The government also plans to build a showroom as a center for rattan crafts to display artisans' handicraft products. Increased capacity building which is reflected in the development of abilities, skills, potential, talents, competency development and solutions in supporting the business innovations of the Maroangin Indah rattan craftsmen group in Pangkep Regency. The driving factors are training, customer requests and business competition while the inhibiting factors are capital, interest and age.
