Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is influence over land tenure status to the income of rice farmers. Data retrieval is done with primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from the farmers through a list of questions that had been prepared, while secondary data obtained from the office of the village or the head of the village. The way of taking samples, to look at the total population of each of the existing land tenure status, then divided by the population over land ownership and divided by 60 as a sample to be taken. The data collection method used is descriptive analysis and ANOVA (analysis of variance) in one direction. The concepts of measuring variables used are over land ownership, production, farming costs, revenue and income. The results of this study indicate that there are significant land ownership to farmers' income, the highest income is income tenants. Different income is the income of farmers own property with tenant farmers' income.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe objective of this research is to determine whether intercropping planting patterns affect the level of coconut production and income of coconut’s farmers and which cropping patterns intercropping will result in bigger production and coconuts’farmer incomeThe research result showed that intercropping cropping patterns provide different levels of coconut production. Cropping patterns that affects most large coconut production was coconut-corn cropping pattern. Intercropping cropping patterns affected the income of farmers. Cropping pattern that gives the biggest farmer's income was coconut-rice cropping pattern.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the differentiation to be carried out on meat products nutmeg on Grand Merciful Building and to determine their value-added meat products nutmeg done time after differentiation. This study uses data obtained by direct interview with the manager C.V Novita in Grand Merciful Building. The data used in this study are primary data. Variable-yuang variables measured in penelelitan include four criteria of differentiation according to Kotler form, features, durability, reliability and design. The study lasted from December to January from preparation, data collection, to preparing the results of the research report. The research location is in the city of Manado. The results of this study indicate that the meat product differentiation nutmeg there are six kinds: 1) candied nutmeg divided into three (3) kinds of sweet, spicy, dry, 2) dodol nutmeg, 3) Aseman nutmeg / Ci'um, 4) Candy nutmeg , 5) Butter nutmeg, 6) nutmegsyrup, divided 2 (two) types of palm sugar and white sugar. From the results of 6 product differentiation there is no added value in each product with the highest total added value contained in nutmeg syrup white sugar Rp. 31.43 million in the period of October 2015 and the lowest total added value contained in nutmeg butter products amounted to Rp.76,900.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to analyze the effect of Section Urban Area limits (BWK) Tomohon City Center to other districts in the region of Tomohon and influence to several other surrounding regions, namely, Sonder, South Tondano and Tombariri. This study uses data obtained BPS North Sulawesi, BPS Tomohon, Tomohon City Department of Transportation, damn Global Positioning System (GPS). The data used in this research are secondary and primary data. Variable-variables measured in this study includes the total population (people) and distance (km). In this study, the analysis used is Breaking Point. The study lasted from December to January from preparation, data collection, to preparing the results of the research report. The research location is in Tomohon.The results of this study indicate that the development BWK Tomohon City Center (Central Tomohon) has a limit of influence varies in the surrounding area. BWK Tomohon City Center (Central Tomohon) influence on Eastern Tomohon, Tomohon Barat, Sonder, South Tondano and Tombariri. Northern Territory influence on BWK TomohonTomohon City Centre (Central Tomohon), while South Tomohon same effect on the strength of BWK Tomohon City Center (Central Tomohon). Tomohon overall effect is very significant to the three surrounding area.Keywords: Tomohon City

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the feasibility of palm sugar in Poopo rural districts east passi. This study was conducted over six months from December until may 2016. This study uses census the number of entrepreneurs in the village Poopo palm suger is 7 and deliberatel chosen as respondents. The date used in the study are primary data and secondary, data primary data obtained through direct observation spaciousness and conduct interviews with farmers using a list of guestions (guestionnaires) that had been prepared. Secondary data were obtained from the agencies involved in this study. Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis.The result of this research showed that if the raw material of sugar palms not taken into account in cost of production and operating income sugar palms in the village poopo experienced a profit of 146.536/farmers and the day by R/C 2.55Key word : feasibility, business, supports, Kotamobagu

ABSTRACTThe study aims to describe the community participation in the activities of the National Program for Community Empowerment in Urban Village TelingTingkulu.Researchers took data onTalud development activities in the Village TelingTingkulu.This study was conducted over 6 months,since november 2015 until the month of May 2016.The data used in this research is secondary data, the data obtained from the district office TelingTingkulu and primary data were retrieved through a list of questions or keusioner.Analysis of the data used in this research is descriptive analysis in tableand text.The results showed that community participation in the planning stages in the PNPM activities that exist in the Village TelingTingkulu classified as active by providing feedback and suggestions about the activities that will be created.While community participation in the implementation phase of the community to contribute through energy, building materials, administration and even soil and plants they have.Key Word : Participation, PNPM, Teling Tingkulu

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis trading system is built to generate high agro commodity competitiveness through increased market access. To support the trading system then this system must have some advantages. This writing aims to describe the number of commodities and products transacted in the Auction Market of Agro Commodities as an alternative to the marketing of agricultural products. This research will be conducted for 3 months from May to July starting from preparation of data up to the preparation of research result report. The research is located in North Sulawesi Province. The data used is secondary obtained from the Department of Industry and Trade Pronvinsi Sulawesi Utara with existing data. The data obtained in this study will be analyzed by using descriptive analysis and will be presented in tabular form. The results of this study can be seen from describing the transactions that occur Hybrid Corn Commodity is consistently available and create a contract agreement, while Kopra commodity although not consistent but the contract agreement is greater than other commodities.Keywords : Market, Commodities, Agro
