Abstract

Perception research with the title of Leadership Style Effect With Employee Productivity was conducted in October 2008 until December of 2008 with respondents Employees Cooperative Boarding School "Dasa Honor" Proponsi Special Region of Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine whether leadership style affect the productivity of Cooperative Employees´ Boarding School "Dasa Honor" Proponsi Special Region of Yogyakarta. Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. While the methods of data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis method and quantitative measurement method which can be expressed with numbers. Based on the analysis of multiple linear regression equation with t test results can be seen that there is leadership style has strong relationships and significant effect on the employees of Cooperative Work Productivity Boarding School "Dasa Honor" with a t value greater than t 4.871 2.011 table so that the hypothesis proved with a value of 0.624 which means that the perception of leadership style affects employee productivity Cooperative Work on Boarding School "Dasa Honor". Abstract

This study aims: (1) To determine the effect of capital factor to the success of mobile business merchants in Karanganyar District, (2) To know the influence of business experience to the business mobile phone dealers in Karanganyar, (3) To know the influence of working hours per day on business success mobile traders in Karangnyar, (4) To know the influence of educational level of success of mobile phone dealers in Karanganyar, (5) To know the influence of books on business success in Karanganyar mobile traders. This research type is quantitative, which is a study that aims to obtain proof of a hypothesis, using statistical tests with SPSS. The samples used in this study is to test multiple linear regression (F test), individual linear regression test (t test), test of determination (R2) and classical assumption using a test of autocorrelation, and multicollinearity heterocedastity The results showed together capital factors, work experience, hours worked, education level and bookkeeping factor to the success of mobile phone dealers in the District Karanganyar as evidenced by the value of 20.469> F-table = 2.37, (1) of capital factor has positive and significantly to the success of mobile phone dealers in Karanganyar as evidenced by the large value of t-statistic = 2.58> t-table = 1.671, (2) Work experience has positive and significant impact on the business success of mobile phone dealers in Karanganyar as evidenced by the large t-value statistic = 3.37> t-table = 1.671, (3) Working hours have a positive and significant impact on the success of mobile phone dealers in Karanganyar as evidenced by the large value of t-statistic = 2.47> t-table = 1.671, (4) Level education has positive and significant impact on the business success of mobile phone dealers in Karanganyar as evidenced by the large value of tstatistic = 2.44> t-table = 1.671, (5) Bookkeeping has positive and significant impact on business success in the mobile phone vendors as evidenced by the large Karanganyar value t-statistic = 5.04> t-table = 1.671. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine whether the product is damaged in "UD Nanang" brick company Yogyakarta is still within the control limits and whether the factors that cause damage to the company´s products brick of "UD Nanang" Yogyakarta. Data collection using observation and interviews. Data analysis technique used is the control chart for attributes or "P-Chart" by calculating the mean of the damage (P), compute the standard deviation (Sp) and determine the area of quality standards (UCL / Upper Control Limit / Border Control Top, and LCL / Lower Control Limit / Lower Control Limit). Results from analysis of data on quality control carried out by the company building block “UD Nanang”, that the implementation of quality control in the company building block “UD Nanang” still bad, so that the resulting product quality can not meet the standards set by the company, namely of 4:50%. Although the difference in the level of the average percentage of damage to bricks to the standards set by small companies, which in 2003 amounted to 0.5%, 0.32% in 2004 and in 2005 of 12:49%. The damage that occurs in the final product is also caused by a lack of rigor and discipline workers who handle the production process. Abstract

This study intends to investigate the influence of motivation on employee performance PT. Global Intermedia Nusantara Yogyakarta. Data collection methods used were interviews and questionnaires. While the methods of data analysis used descriptive and quantitative analysis of the measurement method can be expressed by the numbers. Based on the analysis of multiple regression equation with t test (individual test) showed that payroll, affect employees´ performance with t calculate equal to 2.845 is greater than 2.0117 or t table (2.845> 2.0117). The work environment affects job performance with t calculate equal to 2.475 is greater than 2.0117 or t table (2.475> 2.0117). While career development affect work performance of 2.141 is greater than 2.0117 or t table (2.141> 2.0117). F test results (Test unison) showed that payroll, work environment, career development jointly affect employees´ performance with the F test of 14.988 is greater than F table 3.19. (14.988> 3.19). While the variable remuneration, is the most dominant variable affecting job performance, it is based on the resulting beta coefficient (.345) is greater than the coefficient of work environment (0.305) and development work (0.250). Employees´ performance is affected by payroll, work environment, career development by 46.1%, while the remaining amount of 53.9% is influenced by factors not investigated. Abstract

In essence it is a creation or production of additional benefits forms, time and place of the factors of production so that more beneficial to the fulfillment of human needs. The production process can be a means, method or technique of production operations by utilizing the factors of production. The average production business has the same goal of trying to increase sales volume for the benefits received increasing. Therefore, every effort should be given that production in the production process deviation occurs sometimes or things that are less suitable for the purpose of production planning. So to overcome this problem it is necessary for inventory control of production processes under control and running smoothly. Inventory control of raw materials intended to reduce or terminate the existence of irregularities in production. In control production costs and product quality, companies should consider the replacement cost of defective products. With the replacement of defective products, the company akanmampu control the use of raw materials in their production processes. Abstract

At first handphone prices high enough so that the users cell phone is identical with the rich or the rich kid. But today along with the affordable price of mobile phone phenomenon, namely cell phones are no longer a luxury which only the upper class only, but will also owned by various parties, including students, civil servants, private sectors, even the children were already many use cell phones. With the emergence of various kinds of brand mobile phone easier than ever consumers in choosing the desired product to be purchased. The existence of competition between manufacturers of cellular phones raises the motivation for each producer to improve the performance of the company in mobile phone products that consumers demand. In marketing hand phone, one brand of mobile phone top brands dominate the market is Nokia. This is possible because the Nokia brand marketing mix very well. For example in terms of product mix, customers can choose according to their respective standard, for example, from the completeness of features, ease of operation, technological sophistication, and others. Abstract

The study titled Assessment of Job Performance Employees Cooperative Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia "Mega Prosperous" SMEA 3 Yogyakarta was conducted in February to March 2010. This study aims to determine the Assessment of Job Performance Employees Cooperative Republic of Indonesia "Mega Prosperous" SMEA 3 Yogyakarta in 2004 until the year 2008. This research used diskristif that is research done solely object or event described the situation in detail and depth. Data collection method used was a review of the data the Financial Report and Annual Member Meeting. Cooperative Achievement Assessment is based on the Regulation of the Minister of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises of the Republic of Indonesia Number: 06/Per/M.KUKM/V/2006. Based on data analysis of the Financial Report and Annual Meeting of Members, that the Employee Cooperative Republic of Indonesia "Mega Prosperous" SMEA 3 Yogyakarta has a good value with an average score of 66.5 but in business volume, net assets, own capital, which is still very SHU low that has not reached the average value which is required as a co-operative achievement of 78.00 so that the Employee Cooperative Republic of Indonesia "Mega Prosperous" SMEA 3 Yogyakarta yet to be classified as cooperative achievement in 2004 until 2008.
