Abstract

Pemerintah berencana untuk memberlakukan SNI Kakao No. 2323-2008 secara wajib sebagai upaya meningkatan mutu biji kakao. Diantara aspek mutu dalam SNI yang sangat penting adalah tingkat fermentasi yang sempurna. Sampai saat ini, tingkat fermentasi ditentukan dengan metoda uji belah, yang hanya membandingkan warna keping biji secara secara visual dan kualitatif. Warna cokelat menunjukkan tingkat fermentasi yang sempurna dan warna ungu dominan digolongkan sebagai under fermented. Cara uji yang bersifat subyektif ini sering menimbulkan permasalahan karena perbedaan persepsi antara pedagang dan petani tentang kualitas biji yang sedang ditransaksikan. Untuk itu perlu adanya inovasi berbasis teknologi digital menggunakan sensor warna yang akan mengetahui tingkat fermentasi secara obyektif, efektif dan efisien. Ulasan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui potensi teknologi digital sensor warna sehingga bermanfaat untuk menentukan tingkat fermentasi sempurna dari kakao.

Abstract

Mekarti Jaya Village is located in the PT Industrial Area. IMIP, the need for industrial workers in the PT area IMIP continues to increase as the investment value in the area increases. To prepare the people and youth of Mekarti Jaya village to be able to take advantage of job opportunities in industries located in the PT area. IMIP needs to carry out training to increase competency, especially in the field of Shielded Metal Arc Welding (SMAW) welding position 2F. The selection of SMAW welding training materials was based on survey results, in which the need for welding specialist workers was the greatest need for industries in the PT area. IMIP. Training activities are carried out for approximately 1 month, starting with the preparation, implementation, and training results stages. The activities were carried out on February 27–29, 2022. Training activities were carried out at the Morowali Metal Industry Polytechnic Machinery Maintenance Engineering study workshop. The training was attended by ± 16 young people and residents of the village of Mekarti Jaya. The results of the training carried out were an increase in understanding and knowledge before and after the training activities were carried out; this was shown by the results of the constant shape of the ridges, welding position 2F, and the results of the post-test.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic emerged as a global public health threat. Hence, the potential danger increased the use of health masks, resulting in increased medical waste in the environment. This incident also occurred in Morowali District, especially in the PT Indonesia Morowali Industrial Park area. The waste produced by employees was disturbing; thus, it required urgent prevention and control of a pandemic. During the pandemic, the industrial area (IMIP) needed to provide various health protocol facilities that directly/indirectly benefited employees' health. This research designed a tool to solve this problem, namely the frame design of the smart shredder machine for face mask waste. This device works automatically (IOT) to shreds, process, and sterilize mask waste. The results of this tool can be monitored through periodic applications for the mask waste sterilization system and the destroyed mask waste storage system. This tool is suitable for placing in high-mobility industrial areas, such as the IMIP industrial area, which has around 60,000 employees.

Abstract

Morowali is an industrial area engaged in metal production. Steel production is closely related to the cooling process, especially equipment cooling. In the cooling process, water is used as a cooling medium. The water used in the cooling process must be free of minerals, especially those that can damage the cooling tower equipment. Some analytical test parameters include pH, electrical conductivity, and hardness. To obtain cooling water that meets the standards, a treatment process is required. One of the treatment processes used is the ion exchange method using cation resin media, but there is a decrease in the lifetime of cation resin. One alternative material that can be used as an ion exchange medium is zeolite. Therefore, one solution that can be tried is to use a mixture of composition between cation resin and zeolite as an ion exchange medium. The research was conducted using a simple simulator tool by varying the composition of the mixture between zeolite combined with cation resin with the same initial sample and water flow rate. From the test results that have been carried out, the percent value of hardness removal for samples R100:Z100; R75:Z25; R50:Z50; R25:Z75; and R0:Z100 are 85.45%; 50.91%; 40.91%; 14.54%; 5.45%, respectively. The pH values were 7.37; 7.85; 7.80; 7.79; 7.58; 7.43, respectively. And the conductivity values are 612 "μS/cm"; 772 "μS/cm"; 719 "μS/cm"; 768 "μS/cm"; 623 "μS/cm"; 620 "μS/cm" respectively.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh big data analytics, kompetensi auditor, pengalaman auditor, dan audit forensik terhadap deteksi fraud. Menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian asosiatif kausal, data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dari 100 auditor eksternal pada 19 Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) di Jakarta. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah non-probability sampling dengan pendekatan sampling jenuh. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode PLS-SEM menggunakan SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Big Data Analytics berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap deteksi fraud dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 2,299, p-value 0,011, dan original sample 0,147. Kompetensi auditor juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap deteksi fraud dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 3,140, pvalue 0,001, dan original sample 0,307. Sementara itu, pengalaman auditor tidak berpengaruh terhadap deteksi fraud dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 1,371, p-value 0,085, dan original sample 0,235. Audit forensik menunjukkan pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap deteksi fraud dengan nilai t-statistic sebesar 2,475, p-value 0,007, dan original sample 0,340.ABSTRACTThis study aims to analyze the influence of Big Data Analytics, auditor competence, auditor experience, and forensic audit on fraud detection. Using a quantitative approach with a causal associative research type, data was obtained through questionnaires from 100 external auditorsat 19 Public Accounting Firms (KAP) in Jakarta. The sampling technique used was nonprobability sampling with a saturated sampling approach. Data analysis was conducted using the PLS-SEM method with SmartPLS 3.0. The results of the study indicate that Big Data Analytics has a positive and significant effect on fraud detectionwith a t-statistic value of 2.299, p-value of 0.011, and original sample of 0.147. Auditor competence also has a positive and significant effect on fraud detection with a t-statistic value of 3.140, p-value of 0.001, and original sample of 0.307. Meanwhile, auditor experience does not affect fraud detection, with a t-statistic value of 1.371, a p-value of 0.085, and an original sample of 0.235. Forensic audit shows a positive and significant effect on fraud detection,witha t-statistic value of 2.475, a p-value of 0.007, and an originalsample of 0.340.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis dari variabel-variabel yangmempengaruhi Nilai Perusahaan dengan Intervening Manajemen Laba Pada Perusahaan OtomotifYang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016 – 2020. Adapun riset disertasi ini metodeberupa riset kuantitatif asosiatif kausal. Populasi adalah 20 perusahaan Otomotif dan sampelterdapat 15 perusahaan periode 2016-2020. Sampel diambil berdasarkan purposive sampling.Penggunaan metode dalam uji hipotesis ini adalah analisis regresi data panel diolah menggunakansoftware eviews 10 dengan uji-t kemudian uji-f dengan tingkat signifikan lima persen serta ujikoefisien determinasi. Hasil penelitian determinan Manajemen Laba menunjukkan bahwa secarasimultan variable ukuran perusahaan, leverege, nilai tukar dan su ku bunga berpengaruh positif &significan terhadap Manajemen laba pada perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa EfekIndonesia periode tahun 2016-2020. Hasil penelitian berupa implikasi terhadap nilai perusahaanmenunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variable ukuran perusahaan, leverage, nilai kurs, suku bungadan manajemen laba berpengaruh positif dan signifikan pada nilai perusahaan padaperusahaan Otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2016-2020.Koefisien determinasi Manajemen laba dengan Adjusted R- Square sebesar 79,77% sedangkanimplikasi nilai perusahaan dengan Adjusted R- Square sebesar 79,38%. Perusahaan dengan nilaisensitifitas terbesar terhadap manajemen laba. Pentingnya manajemen laba diterapkan olehperusahaan sebagai upaya untuk dapat mengintegrasikan laporan keuangan yang benar serta untukterus meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. This study aims to determine and analyze the variables that influence Company Value with ProfitManagement Intervening in Automotive Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange forthe 2016-2020 Period. The dissertation research This method is a causal associative quantitativeresearch. The population is 20 Automotive companies and the sample consists of 15 companies forthe 2016-2020 period. The sample was taken based on purposive sampling . The method used inthis hypothesis test is data regression analysis . The panel is processed using eviews 10 softwarewith a t-test then an f-test with a significance level of five percent and a determination coefficienttest. The results of the study of Earnings Management determinants show that simultaneously thevariables of company size, leverage , exchange rate and su interest rates have a positive andsignificant effect on earnings management in automotive companies the Indonesia Stock Exchangeperiod 2016-2020 . The results of the study in the form of implications for company value indicatethat simultaneously the variables of company size, leverage , exchange rate, interest rate andearnings management have a positive and significant effect on company value in companiesAutomotive on the for the period 2016-2020 . The coefficient of determination for earningsmanagement with an adjusted R-square of 79.77%, while the company's value implications withan adjusted R-square of 79.38%. Companies with the highest sensitivity to earnings management.The importance of earnings management is implemented by companies as an effort to integrateaccurate financial reports and to continuously increase company value.

Abstract

The development of technology is increasingly advanced in this modern era, making human life inseparable from the use of machines. These machines must have various spare parts made from steel/iron. In addition, the machining production of these machines is made of steel / iron which can be corroded. Corrosion is a decrease in metal quality caused by the environment or chemicals and affects the condition of a material. The way to overcome the occurrence of corrosion in iron, especially engine spare parts and machining production results is by designing and making corrosion rate inhibitor storage automation as a storage medium for engine spare parts and machining production results. The design of this machine is carried out in several stages, namely planning, design, manufacture, and testing. This research was conducted with the parameters of the results of spraying lubrication and temperature control. From the results of experiments that have been carried out, this storage automation is able to spray lubrication in accordance with the timing that has been set and is able to control the temperature in the storage so that the tool is able to inhibit the rate of corrosion on the workpiece.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of power on marking quality, namely groove geometry and marking visibility and corrosion rate on AISI 304 stainless steel fiber laser marking material in corrosive seawater media. This is important because based on the results of the analysis report from the information department, the results of fork and spoon products experience corrosion, especially in the area of laser marking results. In this study, the surface of AISI 304 stainless steel material is given laser marking treatment with power variations, namely 20 and 60 W. The results of SEM testing will be carried out to obtain data on the results of groove geometry and visibility of the marking results. Furthermore, the AISI 304 stainless steel material from the marking is immersed in corrosive sea water media for a span of 60, 90 and 120 days to measure the corrosion rate that occurs. As a result, the AISI 304 stainless steel marking material is also subjected to SEM observation to determine the type of corrosion and surface morphology of the laser marking results due to the influence of corrosion that occurs. It is expected that the results of this study will be able to provide recommendations for work process parameters in laser marking that can be applied to spoon and fork products as optimal parameters for improving the quality of better marking results.
