Abstract

Abstract: This thesis aims is to know effect of brand equity, perceived price, and distribution to customer satisfaction on apparel brand Oldblue Company. The method that used is an explanatory analysis by data collection through literature review, observation, and interviews. This observation found that perceived price variables has no significant effect on customer satisfaction, while other variables, brand equity anddistribution in individually and simultaneously have significant effect on customer satisfaction. Brand feelings or self-confidence that is felt by customers when wearing Oldblue products make customers feel satisfied and make Oldblue as preferred customer favorite products. The availability of the product in Oldblue retailers make customers feel satisfied and created customers’ loyalty, so that customers do not needto switch to another brand to get the product that suits with them because retailers of Oldblue always provide it. Brand equity and distribution affected customer satisfaction at 56.3%, so the remaining 43.7% is influenced by other variables not that not observed.Keywords: Brand Equity, Perceived Price, Distribution, Customer Satisfaction

Abstract

Indonesia adalah ekportir batu bara terbesar di dunia. Total produksi batu bara Indonesia pada tahun 2018 sebesar 528 juta ton. Dari jumlah tersebut, 320 juta ton di produksi oleh perusahaan pertambangan batu bara yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Kinerja perusahaan tambang batubara di Indonesia yang sudah tbk di periode 2014 sampai dengan 2018 terdapat gap yang sangat tinggi. Perbedaan gap kinerja ini yang di duga salah satu nya di pengaruhi oleh gaya kepemimpinan di perusahaan tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh breakthrough leadership terhadap kinerja organisasi dengan motivasi dan kepuasan karyawan sebagai variabel intervening di perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di BEI di Indonesia. Responden dari penelitian ini adalah 12 perusahaan pertambangan batubara yang terdaftar di BEI di Indonesia. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Responden penelitian adalah 113 orang pada posisi supervisor hingga direktur. Data dianalisis menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM – AMOS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa breakthrough leadership mempunyai pengaruh positip dan significant terhadap employee motivation dan employee satisfaction, tetapi tidak mempunyai pengaruh positif terhadap performance organisasi , employee motivation dan employee satisfaction mempunyai pengaruh positip terhadap performance organisasi. Employee satisfaction dan employee motivation tidak memediasi antara breakthrough leadership terhadap kinerja organisasi.

Abstract

Indonesia is the largest coal exporter in the world. Indonesia's total coal production in 2018 was 528 million tons. Of this amount, 320 million tons were produced by coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The phenomenon of the performance of coal mining companies in Indonesia which has been established in the period 2014 to 2018 there is a very high difference, both in terms of financial performance and the resulting production. The difference in the performance gap is thought to be influenced by the leadership style in the company. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of transformational leadership style, servant and breakthrough leadership on organizational performance with employee satisfaction as an intervening variable in coal mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and suggest implications for improving company performance. The respondents of this study were 15 coal mining companies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange. The type of research used is a quantitative method with 201 respondents, in supervisory to director positions. Data were analyzed using Structural Equation Model (SEM – AMOS). The results of the study indicate that the current speed of change in organizational behavior, technology and the business environment in the coal mining sector in Indonesia requires a change in the existing leadership style towards breakthrough leadership with 5 (five) dimensions, so that in its implication in the coal industry sector the existing leaders Currently, more emphasis is placed on changing leadership styles to become “multi power leaders” and “visionary leaders” and this will significantly increase organizational performance through employee satisfaction.

Abstract

Perkembangan pendidikan keperawatan di Indonesia belum sejalan dengan peningkatan kualitaskinerja perawat. Salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kinerja perawat melalui implementasipelatihan coaching yang diberikan kepala ruang kepada perawat pelaksana. Tujuan penelitian iniuntuk melihat pengaruh implementasi pelatihan coahing kepala ruang terhadap kinerja perawatpelaksana di RS X Tangerang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif kuasieksperimen, desain non randomized control group pre test dan post test. Sampel penelitiansebanyak 101 perawat pelaksana dan 8 orang kepala ruang yang terdiri dari 5 orang kepala ruang,76 perawat pelaksana kelompok intervensi, 3 orang kepala ruang dan 25 perawat pelaksana kelompok kontrol. Hasil menunjukkan ada peningkatan keterampilan kepala ruang sebesar 4%dengan rerata keterampilan post test 82 %. Implementasi pelatihan coaching kepala ruangberpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja perawat pelaksana sebesar 4,2 % secara statistikbermakna dengan (p=0.000). Implementasi coaching kepala ruang secara statistik bermakna(p=0,000) terhadap kinerja perawat pelaksana, jenis kelamin bermakna (p=0.009). Untuk variabelketerampilan coaching kepala ruang, umur, pendidikan dan lama kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadapkinerja perawat pelaksana. Dengan demikian salah satu upaya peningkatan kinerja perawatcoaching dapat direkomendasikan untuk dilakukan secara berkelanjutan. Kata kunci: Implementasi, Coaching, Kinerja Perawat

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of employee performance through the influence of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and competency, with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable and the work environment as a moderating variable. The research was conducted at the Food and Drug Monitoring Agency (BBPOM) in Padang, West Sumatra. Data was collected through survey of BBPOM employees to assess the direct and indirect effects between these variables. The results show that transformational leadership, self-efficacy, and competency have a significant impact on employee performance, both directly and through the mediation of OCB. Furthermore, the work environment plays a crucial role in moderating the relationships between these variables. In conclusion, the combination of transformational leadership, self-efficacy, competency, OCB, and conduciveness work environment significantly enhance employee performance. This research contribute to the development of human resources management in the public sector, significantly in improving organizational performance through leadership and fostering organizational citizenship behavior
