Abstract

To accommodate the existence of free qualitative variables into the regression model then used variable dummy (variable dummy) in the regression equation that can be written as follows: i i i i Y     X   D  0 1 2. This study aims to determine parameter estimation of the multiple linear regression model with one variable the puppet uses the least squares method, determining the model match test statistic using the method likelihood ratio and apply the model in the case example. The results showed that the parameter estimation of the regression model is: β  X'X (X'Y) 1  . Application of usage this regression model is in the example about the calculation of tuition fees Y based on the average Scholastic Aptitude Test (X nilai) and university type D so obtained the following model: Y  7263,56 19,52X  8732,418D 

Abstract

Paired data analysis (analysis of paired data) is a statistical analysis that is used for a studywhere there is only one sample or group of individuals or objects of observation are used andsubjected to two treatments or measurements resulting in a valuepairs. Two pieces of data said tobe in pairs when any value in the first data in accordance and is associated with a single value toboth the data. In other words, two pairs of data which can be interpreted as a sample of thesubject/object of the same observations are given two treatments (treatment)/differentmeasurements. This study aims to clarify the effect of Vitamin C and Sulfas Ferroses (SF) inpregnant women towards the increasing level of their hemoglobin.The method of this research is a study literature and case study, by collecting and studyng therelevant references on the analysis of data pairs, then applying to data in a maternity clinic inBanjarmasin.The results shows that Vitamin C and Sulfas Ferroses (SF) have influenced to the increase ofhemoglobin level in pregnant women.

Abstract

Split-Split Plot Design (SSPD) is an extension of the Split Plot Design (SPD) where in SSPD has an additional sub-subplot. SSPD requires the same principles with SPD so the placement of factor is set to be the main plot for a less important factor, the subplot for a more important factor, and the sub-subplot for the most important factor. The purpose of the research is to explain the properties of usage and estimate the parameters of SSPD’s model.

Abstract

Principal Component Regression (PCR) is one of the widely used statistical techniques forregression analysis with colinearity. A robust technique on CR required is when data containsoutlier is urgently needed.In this research we consider combination between Robust Principal Ccomponent Analysis(PCA): Minimum Covariance Determinant (MCD) and Minimum Volume Ellipsoid (MVE) withRobust Regression methods: Least Median Square (LMS), and Least Trimmed Square (LTS), thencompare resistance level of MCD-LMS, MCD-LTS, MVE-LMS and MVE-LTS through the biasand the mean square error on some samples size and outlier’s percentage.The result shows that the MCD-LMS perform better than MCD-LTS, MVE-LMS, and MCDLTS.

Abstract

This study examines the application of Control Theory to the problem of Dynamic Program. Dynamic program is a design analysis in math to determine a series decisions relating to the decision-making process are gradually double to optimize problem solving effectively. Classic problems in dynamic programming is the concept of phase, state and acquisition. Problem solving will use Control Theory.

Abstract

Partial linear model (model semiparametric) is a new approach in the regressionmodels between the two regression models are already popular parametric regression andnonparametric regression. Partial linear model is a model that includes both thecombination of parametric components and nonparametric components. This study usesliterature by studying semiparametric regression analysis, finding and determining theestimated parameters. Partial linear model has the form: : ???????? = ???????????????? + g(????????)+ ???????? with???????? and ???????? are explanatory variables, g (.) is an unknown function (smooth function), β isthe parameter of unknown function, ???????? response variable and ???????? is an error with the mean(????????) = 0 and variance ????????2 = ????(????????2).The results showed that the partial linear model parameter estimation canbe performed using the least squares method in which part of the linear model usingnonparametric kernel approach and subsequent estimation results are substituted into thepartial linear model to estimate the parametric part of the model by using the linear leastsquares method. Results obtained partial linear estimation is ???? ???? (t) = ????????????????????=1 (Yi - ???????????? +???????? ) dengan ???????? = (???? ???? ???? )−???? ???? ???? ???? .Based on the simulation results obtained output values and graphs are for theparametric, graphical display and qqline qqnorm estimator beta (β) is (????) yaitu ????0, ????1and ????2 can be seen clearly, where if n is greater (n → ∞) and the greater replicationiteration r , then the points are spread around the more straight line and a straight line.This indicates the greater n and r, the beta (β) closer to the normal distribution.Nonparametric estimator simulation results in this section are taken as an example of anormal kernel function values approaching g (T). So it can be concluded briefly that if thelarger n (n → ∞), the estimator of the nonparametric part closer to the partial linearmodel g (T).

Abstract

This research aims to determine procedures in obtainingthe optimal solution of linear programming with n objective functions using Solver simplexmethod in a sample case.The method of this research is a literature study by collecting and studying references that arerelevant about linear programming models with n objective functions, Solver Parameters, andsimplex method. Then, determining procedures to obtain the optimal solution to the model ina sample case.The result shows that the procedures of obtaining optimal solution in a linear programmingmodel with n objective functions using Solver simplex method are: identifying and understandingthe problem; determining decision variables Xi, objective functions fi Xi, and constraintsgi Xi; formulating components in linear programming model into a spreadsheet MS Excel;solving the optimal value for each objective function with Solver Parameters; determining theoptimal value for i th objective function as the i th goal value; determining deviation function foreach objective function; giving weights wi for the deviation function of each objective function;determining the maximum value of feasible deviation function from its objective functions(variable Q); minimizing variable Q to obtain the optimal solution; and making decision.

Abstract

Menurut undang-undang Menurut Undang-undang Republik Indonesia No 10 Tahun 2009 tentang kepariwisataan Pasal 4 yaitu, Kawasan Strategis Pariwisata adalah kawasan yang memiliki fungsi utama pariwisata atau memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan pariwisata yang mempunyai pengaruh penting dalam satu atau lebih aspek, seperti pertumbuhan ekonomi, sosial dan budaya, pemberdayaan sumber daya alam, daya dukung lingkungan hidup, serta pertahanan dan keamanan.Nagari Pariangan terletak dilereng gunung merapi pada ketinggian 500-700 meter diatas permukaan laut menurut tambo minang kabau Pariangan merupakan nagari tertua di ranah Minang. Pada Mei 2012, Nagari (desa) Pariangan terpilih sebagai salah satu dari lima desa terindah di dunia versi Budget Travel, sebuah majalah pariwisata internasionalMetodologi yang digunakan untuk pengebdian ini adalah dalam bentuk focus grup discussion dengan menghadirkan aparat pemerintahan dalam hal ini adalah wali nagari parianagan, kelompok sadar wisata dan masyarakat sekitar nagari pariangan, pengabdian ini dilakukan selama 2 hari dinagari parianaga.Sebagai bentuk perhatian besar Fakultas Pariwisata Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Barat melakukan penyuluhan pada Nagari Pariangan dalam bentuk pelaksanaan pengabdian masyarakat melalui Tourism Explore .Kata Kunci : Tourism explore, sapta pesona

Abstract

Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah  bagaimana respon pasangan usia subur (PUS) terhadap program keluarga berencana (KB)  di Desa Mantobua Kecamatan  Lohia  Kabupaten Muna dan apa yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan  program Keluarga Berencana (KB) di Desa Mantobua  Kecamatan Lohia Kabupaten Muna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui  respon pasangan usia subur (PUS)  terhadap program keluarga berencana (KB) di Desa Mantobua Kecamatan Lohia Kabupaten Muna dan untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan program keluarga berencana (KB) di Desa Mantobua Kecamatan Lohia Kabupaten Muna. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Mantobua Kecamatan Lohia Kabupaten Muna. Sumber data penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder, data primer yaitu data melalui kegiatan observasi dan wawancara guna menjawab permasalahan penelitian dan data sekunder yaitu data yang berupa catatan-catatan dan keadaan geografis. Untuk teknik pengambilan data digunakan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis deskriptif kualitatif yaitu data disajikan dengan menjelaskan dan menggambarkan keadaan yang sesungguhnya yang terjadi di lokasi. Penelitian menggunakan tiga tahapan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa respon pasangan usia subur (PUS) terhadap program keluarga berencana (KB) terbagi menjadi dua yaitu menerima program keluarga berencana (KB), dan menolak program keluarga berencana (KB). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dilapangan bahwa lebih banyak pasangan usia subur (PUS) menolak adanya program KB dibandingkan yang menerima. Sedangkan yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan program keluarga berencana (KB) yaitu pengetahuan masyarakat, tingkat pendidikan masyarakat, tingkat ekonomi masyarakat dan usia. Jika dilihat dari pengetahuan masyarakat yang dimiliki oleh pasangan usia subur (PUS) yaitu masih rendah, dari segi pendidikan yaitu masih kurangnya tingkat pendidikan yang dimiliki oleh pasangan usia subur (PUS) dan masih ada pasangan usia subur hanya tamatan sekolah dasar, dari segi ekonominya yaitu pendapatan yang di peroleh masih sangat rendah, dan dari segi usia yaitu banyaknya pasangan usia subur (PUS) yang berusia mudah sehingga tidak mau mengikuti program KB karena takut dengan efek samping dari penggunaan program keluarga berencana (KB).
