Abstract

One indicator of the success of regional governance is the ability of local governments to provide security and comfort for people from natural and social disasters, thus through the authority and resources of the local government they are required to build horizontal and vertical communication in order to respond and provide alternative solutions to all potential disaster that can cause material or non-material loss to the community. Therefore, this study aims to explore disaster management in the perspective of government communication in Botang City. This study used a qualitative case study approach with interactive analysis, so it was found that government communication in Bontang City was built through territorial, program and business approaches. So that the community and the private sector are actively involved in the disaster management process through coordinated communication under the command of the local government. In addition, communication between the local government of Bontang City in disaster management is also continuously improved through active involvement of experts / experts, mass media, and community organizations / NGO / associations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study to describe and analyze the implementation of additional measures to improve the income of employee satisfaction at the District Office West Bontang and analyze the factors that support and hinder. This study is descriptive with qualitative approach. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and documents, then the data were analyzed using an interactive model. Results of the study revealed that the implementation of additional policies in order to increase the income of employee satisfaction at the District Office West Bontang already performing quite well.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to describe and analyze Employees’ Competence Development in the Context of Public Service in the Work Environment Public Broadcasting Radio Republik Indonesia Samarinda together with factors that support and hinder the program. This research is descriptive qualitative research that took place in LPP-RRI Samarinda. Primary data taken from interviews with several informants and direct observation. While secondary data are taken from the information or data held by agencies. Drawing conclusions based on the data that is processed by clicking use interactive data analysis models.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the role of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in improving rural community development in Muara Leka Village, Muara Muntai District. This study used a qualitative model and analyzed using an interactive data model. The results showed that in the distribution of CSR funds PT. Jaya Mandiri Sukses has been going quite well, but an evaluation is needed. CSR PT. Jaya Mandiri Sukses is divided into three: CSR infrastructure development, human resource development, and community empowerment.Keywords: CSR, development, role
