Abstract

Anxiety in pregnant women can have an impact on low birth weight and smaller head circumference in babies born and can interfere with cognitive performance during infancy and decrease brain volume in areas associated with learning and memory in children aged 6-8 years. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between companion status during pregnancy and third trimester pregnant women anxiety. This research design method is quantitative analytic with cross sectional approach. research subjects for trimester III pregnant women numbering 40 respondents at the Bangetayu Health Center in Semarang City from July-August 2019. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with research instruments in the form of a questionnaire with Kruskal wallis test. There is a relationship between the companion status during pregnancy to the anxiety of pregnant women third trimester.

Abstract

Pregnancy is a period that is eagerly awaited because this period greatly determines the quality of human resources and the future of the fetus in the womb will greatly determine the development of the child in the future. One of the factors that affect the health of the mother and the fetus is the nutrition obtained during pregnancy. During pregnancy, health problems that occur during pregnancy can affect the health of the fetus in the womb until the birth and growth of the baby. One of the causes is nutritional factors in pregnancy which can affect immunity / immunity in pregnant women. In the era of the Covid-19 pandemi, pregnant women have a higher risk of developing serious disease morbidity and mortality compared to the general population which can result in fetuses in the form of preterm labor and fetal distress in pregnant women who are infected with Covid-19 so that they must be delivered by cesarean delivery. One of the efforts to realize the health of pregnant women in preventing the most common pregnancy problems is anemia with non-pharmacological treatment by consuming beets and dates as well as increasing knowledge of pregnant women about pregnancy examinations during the Covid-19 pandemi as an effort to monitor maternal welfare and fetus. The implementation of activities with the application of science and technology which is carried out twice a month with the target of pregnant women at Limbangan Public Health Center, Kendal Regency. The form of science and technology transfer begins with a pretest and ends with a post test, then a demonstration of making beat fruit juice, and distributing 7 dates of dates and education about Covid-19 in pregnant women and a question and answer session. The most important thing in this activity is that pregnant women are able to make beat fruit juice and consume dates as well as an understanding of ANC examinations during a pandemi.

Abstract

Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is a common problem in maternal and child health in Indonesia. Therefore, Antenatal care (ANC) is one of the right ways to accelerate the reduction in MMR so that a healthy pregnancy can be achieved, a safe birth, and the birth of a healthy, quality baby. To be able to provide an overview of the quality of service provided by health care facilities to patients, it is very necessary for medical personnel and institutions to pay attention to patient satisfaction. To analyze the relationship between the quality of antenatal care services and the level of satisfaction of pregnant women in relation to several previous studies by examining and reviewing several selected studies. This literature review is a collection of research that uses research data collection techniques whose research subjects come from various library sources. The review sources used in this literature come from Pubmed and Google Scholar which were taken over a period of the last 5 years, starting from 2019-2023. From the 15 scientific articles analyzed, it was found that overall there was a relationship between the quality of ANC services and the satisfaction of pregnant women. However, there are differences between some articles regarding whether or not there is a relationship between aspects of reliability and assurance and pregnant women's satisfaction with the quality of ANC services.

Abstract

Growth is an increase in physical size and body structure or an increase in the number and size of cellsthat can be measured easily suc asbody weight. One of the efforts to increase baby growth in the form of body weightis by providing stimulation namely baby massage. Baby massage using virgin coconut oil (VCO) is one of the stimulations that helps meet the baby’s nutritional intake. Besides virgin coconut oil, olive oil is also an oil choice used in baby massage. The Purpose of this study was to determine the comparison of the effectiveness of massage using virgin coconut oil and olive oil on weight gan for infants 3-6 months in the working area of the Kalibakung Public Health Center Tegal Regency. The Research Method used was Quasy Eksperiment Non Equivalent Pre-Post Group Design. Sample selection in this study using accidental sampling technique with a total numbe of respondent 10 babies, each treatment as many as 5 babies. The Results showed that giving massage with virgin coconut oil and olive oil was effective for increasing body wheight (p< 0,05). The results of the comparison of the effectiveness of massage using virgin coconut oil and olive oil, there was no significant difference in effectiveness with value (p> 0,05).
