Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian “ Morfologi Jenis - Jenis Serangga pada Tanaman Padi (Oryza Sativa) di Desa Perangai kecamatan Merapi Selatan kabupaten Lahat”. Telah dilaksanakan pada Maret sampai April 2020. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui bentuk-bentuk morfologi serangga pada tanaman padi di desa Perangai kecamatan Merapi Selatan kabupaten Lahat. Penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan insecting net, fitfall trap, dan light trap. Parameter pengamatan meliputi tipe kepala, alat mulut, tungkai, antena, dan sayap. Hasil penelitian didapatkan 6 ordo, 6 familia dan 8 spesies, yaitu Junonia sp., Valanga sp., Acrida turida, Orthetrum sp., Neurothemis sp., Odontomachus sp., Pheropsophus occiptalis, dan Leptocorisa acuta. Serangga yang dikumpulkan memiliki tipe morfologi yang berbeda. Kata kunci: Serangga, Tipe-tipe Morfologi, Tanaman padi, Metode penangkapan ABSTRACT Research "Morphological Types of Insects in Rice Plants (Oryza Sativa) in the Village of Perangai, Merapi Selatan sub-district, Lahat district". Has been carried out in March to April 2020. The purpose of this study was to find out the morphological forms of insects in rice plants in the village of Perangai, Merapi Selatan sub-district, Lahat district. The study used a purposive sampling method with insecting net, fitfall trap, and light trap. Observation parameters included head type, mouth instrument, legs, antennae, and wings. The results showed 6 orders, 6 families and 8 species, namely Junonia sp., Valanga sp., Acrida turida, Orthetrum sp., Neurothemis sp., Odontomachus sp., Pheropsophus occiptalis, and Leptocorisa acuta. Abstract

ABSTRACTResearch on the Characteristics and Descriptions of the Order of Passeriformes has been carried out on Jalan Seniman Amri Yahya Jakabaring, Palembang South Sumatara The research aims to determine the Familia, Genus, and Species of the Order Paseriformes and How the Characteristics and Descriptions of the Passeriformes Order on Jalan Seniman Amri Yahya Jakabaring Palembang, South Sumatra. The study was conducted in March-April 2020. Observations were made in the morning (06.00 - 09.00 WIB) and afternoon (15.00 - 18.00 WIB). The method used is the point count method modified from Yustian et al., (2017). Observations were made by observing birds in the form of bird morphology, locomotor (in the form of legs and wings) and bird's head as well as colors. Every bird that was observed was taken the picture. Identified with the 2010 Mackinnon Field Guide book. The results of the study were obtained by the Order of Passeriformes with 7 families of 10 Genera and 14 Species. Characteristics Morphological features include relatively short foot shape with anisodactyl toe type, ie three fingers facing forward and one finger facing back. The puppies of birds in this order are altricial, that is, they are helpless when they hatch (blind, without feathers, and rarely move). The birds of this order include birds chirping have a beautiful voice.Keywords: Aves, Description of aves, Characteristics of aves, OrderPasseriformes. ABSTRAKTelah dilakukan Penelitian  Karakteristik dan Deskripsi Ordo Passeriformes di jalan Seniman Amri Yahya Jakabaring Palembang  Sumatara Selatan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mentukan  Familia, Genus, dan Spesies dari Ordo Paseriformes dan Bagaimana Karakteristik dan Deskripsi Ordo Passeriformes di Jalan Seniman Amri Yahya Jakabaring Palembang  Sumatera Selatan. Penelitian  di lakukan  bulan Maret-April 2020. Pengamatan dilakukan Pada pagi (Pukul 06.00 – 09.00 WIB) dan sore (Pukul 15.00 – 18.00 WIB). Metode yang digunakan yaitu metode titik hitung (point count) yang di modifikasi dari Yustian et al., (2017). Pengamatan dilakukan dengan mengamati burung yang hingap berupa morfologi burung, alat gerak (berupa kaki, dan sayap) dan kepala burung juga warna. Setiap burung yang diamati diambil gambarnya. Di Identifikasi dengan buku   Panduan lapangan Mackinnon 2010. Hasil penelitian di dapat Ordo Passeriformes dengan  7 familia  10 Genus dan 14 Spesies.  Karakteritik Ciri morfologinya diantaranya bentuk kaki yang relatif pendek dengan tipe jari kaki anisodactyl, yakni tiga jari menghadap ke depan dan satu jari menghadap ke belakang. Anakan burung pada ordo ini bersifat altricial, yakni tidak berdaya ketika menetas (buta, tanpa bulu, dan jarang bergerak), Burung-burung dari ordo ini meliputi burung pengicau memiliki suara yang indah. Kata kunci :Aves, Deskripsi aves, Karakteritik aves, Ordo Passeriformes.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Telah dilakukan penelitian Respons Pertumbuhan Tanaman Mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.) Terhadap Pemberian Kompos Fermentasi Kotoran Sapi. Tujuan  mengetahui respons pertumbuhan tanaman mentimun terhadap pemberian kompos kotoran sapi. Dilaksanakan di Workshop fakultas MIPA Universitas PGRI Palembang pada bulan Desember 2019 sampai Januari 2020. menggunakan metode eksperimen dalam rancangan acak lengkap (RAL), dengan 6  perlakuan  4 ulangan. Dosis pupuk yang digunakan adalah P0 (tanpa pemberian kompos), P1 (200 gram kompos), P2 (300 gram kompos), P3 (400 gram kompos), P4 (500 gram kompos), P5 (600 gram kompos). Parameter yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), diameter batang (cm). hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kompos berpengaruh nyata terhadap pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman dan jumlah daun  tanaman mentimun, akan tetapi berpengaruh tidak nyata terhadap diameter batang  tanaman mentimun dan  perlakuan terbaik pada P5 ( 600 gram kompos ) untuk semua parameter. Kata Kunci : Mentimun (Cucumis sativus L.), Kompos Fermentasi Kotoran Sapi

Abstract

Penelitian tentang spesies gastropoda yang terdapat pada kawasan wisata tereksploitasi di Padang Serai kampung Melayu pulau Baai kota Bengkulu telah dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret – Juni 2020 bertujuan untuk mengetahui spesies gastropoda apa saja yang terdapat pada kawasan wisata tereksploitasi di Padang Serai kampung Melayu pulau Baai kota Bengkulu. Penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling, dimana pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode menjelajah dengan menentukan 3 stasiun pengamatan, stasiun 1 bersubstrat berbatu dan berlumpur, stasiun 2 berlumpur dan berpasir, dan stasiun 3 bersubstrat berbatu ,berlumpur, dan berpasir. Data dikumpulkan dengan melakukan observasi atau pengamatan langsung terhadap spesies yang diamati. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gastropoda yang ditemukan terdiri dari 9 Ordo, 14 familia, 16 Genus, dan 16 Spesies yaitu Patelloida striata, Cellana erosa, Trochus henleyanus, Trochus maculatus, Umbonium costatum, Nerita picea, Tectarius coronatus, Cypraea annulus, Conus quercinus, Natica stellate, Bursa bufonia, Murex trapa, Nassarius arcularius, Hastula hectica, Achatina fulica, dan Architectonica maxima. Stasiun 1 keberadaan gastropoda mulai terancam sedangkan stasiun 2 keberadaan gastropoda cukup baik dan stasiun 3 keberadaan gastropoda baik masih banyak spesies yang ditemukan di lokasi tersebut. Kata Kunci: Gastropoda, Metode Purposive Sampling, Observasi dan Padang SeraiResearch on gastropod species found in exploited tourism areas in Padang Serai, the Malay village of Baai island, Bengkulu city, was carried out in March - June 2020 aimed to find out what gastropod species found in the exploited tourist area in Padang Serai, the Malay village, Baai island, Bengkulu city, Bengkulu. The study used a purposive sampling method, where sampling was carried out by exploring methods by determining 3 observation stations, station 1 with rocky and muddy substrates, station 2 muddy and sandy, and station 3 with rocky, muddy, and sandy substrates. Data collected by making observations or direct observation of the species being observed. The results showed that Gastropods found consisted of 9 orders, 14 families, 16 genera, and 16 species, namely Patelloida striata, Cellana erosa, Trochus henleyanus, Trochus maculatus, Umbonium costatum, Nerita picea, Tectarius coronatus, Cypraea annulus, Conus quercinus, Natica, Natica stellate, Bursa bufonia, Murex trapa, Nassarius arcularius, Hastula hectica, Achatina fulica, and Architectonica maxima. Station 1, the presence of gastropods is threatened while station 2, the presence of gastropods is quite good, and station 3, the presence of gastropods, there are still many species found in that location. Keywords: Gastropoda, Purposive Sampling Method, Observation and Padang Serai

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian  Morfologi Serangga Pada Tanaman Kelapa (Cocos nucifera L.) Di Desa Tabala Jaya Kecamatan Karang Agung Ilir Kabupaten Banyuasin”  dilaksanakan pada Maret sampai April 2020. Tujuan penelitian mengkaji morfologi serangga pada tanaman  kelapa. Penelitian menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan tiga metode penangkapan insecting net, fitfall trap, light trap. Parameter pengamatan meliputi tipe kepala, alat mulut, tungkai, antena serta sayap. Hasil penelitian di peroleh 135 serangga dari 5 ordo, 9 familia, 9 spesies. Jenis serangga yang ditemukan yaitu Oryctes rhinoceros, Orthetrum sp., Neurothemis sp., Gryllus mitratus, Pheropsophus occipitalis, Oecophylla smaragdina, Xylocopa sp., Valanga sp.,  Junonia sp., serangga yang di kumpulkan memiliki tipe morfologi yang yang berbeda.                                                                                                                    Kata kunci : Tanaman Kelapa (Cocos nucifera L.), Serangga, Tipe MorfologiABSTRACTInsect Morphology Research on Coconut Plants (Cocos nucifera L.) in Tabala Jaya Village, Karang Agung Ilir Subdistrict, Banyuasin Regency "was conducted in March to April 2020. Abstract

The Sungkai plant has become a trending topic lately because of its benefits, which are believed by some people to be used in preventing the transmission of the COVID-19 virus by boiling some of its leaves using water. The purpose of this research was to examine the active ingredients contained in sungkai leaves (Peronema canescens Jacks) which were extracted by infundation (water solvent) and extracted by maceration (methanol solvent). The method used in this study is a qualitative chemical analysis. Phytochemical screening in this study, namely the alkaloid test (using Mayer, Wagner, and Dragendroff reagents), flavonoid test, tannin test, saponin test, steroid test, terpenoid test. Based on the results of the study, the results of the phytochemical screening of the methanol extract of sungkai leaves by maceration showed that all of the active compounds contained were positive, while the positive infundament extract contained flavonoids, steroids, terpenoids, tannins, saponins, but negative alkaloids.
