Abstract

Penelitian ini dianalisis dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif yang bertujuan memberikan gambaran tentang bagaimana impelementasi kompetensi sosial guru terhadap motivasi belajar siswa Smp Negeri 3 Bungin Kec. Bungin Kab. Enrekang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, wawancara dan Angket. Tekhnik Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif Dalam penelitian ini terdapat dua variabel yang akan diteliti yaitu: Variabel bebas yaitu kompetensi sosial guru dan Variabel terikat yaitu motivasi belajar siswa. Jumlah sampel ialah 22 orang dari 220 populasi. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah Observasi, wawancara dan Angket. kompetensi sosial guru merupakan seperangkat penguasaan, pengetahuan dan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki guru agar dapat melaksanakan tugas-tugas pokok sebagai seorang guru dan  bertanggungjawab dalam mendidik. Cara meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa antara lain Pemberian Nilai pemberian ulangan dan kerja kelompok. Melihat implementasi kompetensi sosial guru untuk meningkatkan  motivasi belajar siswa sudah berhasilan dalam bidang pendidikan, guru diharapkan mampu  menjadi pigur dalam memajukan  lembaga pendidikan agar siswa termotivasi untuk melakukan perubaha-perubahan dalam memajukan lembaganya pendidikan kedepannya.Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Sosial, Guru,  Motivasi Belajar SiswaABSTRACTThis study was analyzed with descriptive qualitative is purpose which to give an overview of how the implementation the social competence of teachers to students' motivation Smp Negeri 3 Bungin Kec. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the implementation of take over financing at BSI KCP Sigli Madjid Ibrahim and its relevance to the DSN-MUI fatwa No.31/DSN-MUI/VI/2002 regarding hiwalah and DSN-MUI fatwa No.31/DSN-MUI/ VI/2002 regarding debt transfer. The research method used in this research is field research. This research is also included in the category of qualitative descriptive research. The results of the research show that in applying for take over financing at BSI KCP Sigli Madjid Ibrahim, the customer submits a debt transfer request, fills out a form, then analyzes and surveys. After it was approved, then the BSI KCP Sigli Madjid Ibrahim used the al-qardh wa al-murabahah contract and also the al-qardh wa al-ijarah al-muntahiyah bi al-tamlik contract. Then the disbursement of financing funds was made by the BSI KCP Sigli Madjid Ibrahim to pay off the remaining customer debt at the previous bank. The implementation of take over financing at BSI KCP Sigli Madjid Ibrahim in the settlement of debt transfers is in accordance with the DSN-MUI fatwa.

Abstract

Pada saat ini, pemerintah sedang gencar-gencarnya memerangi penyalahgunaan narkoba. Penyalahgunaan narkoba sudah sampai pada tingkat yang mengkhawatirkan. Pengguna narkoba sangat beragam dan menjangkau semua lapisan masyarakat, mulai dari anak-anak hingga orang dewasa, orang awam hingga artis bahkan hingga pejabat publik. Efek negatif yang ditimbulkan akibat penggunaan narkotika secara berlebihan dalam jangka waktu lama serta tidak diawasi oleh ahlinya, dapat menimbilkan berbagai dampak negatif pada penggunanya, baik secar fisik maupun psikis. Tidak jarang penggunaan narkotika dapat memicu terjadinya berbagai tindak pidana. Perlindungan terhadap anak korban penyalahgunaan narkotika oleh hakim adalah dengan menempatkan pengguna/ pecandu narkotika sebagai korban dan memasukkannya ke dalam proses rehabilitasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas penggunaan ekstrak daun M. tanarius yang dicampur dengan pakan ikan komersil yang menginaktifkan VNN yang diukur berdasarkan kadar hemoglobin dan nilai hematokrit ikan kerapu tikus (Cromileptes altivelis). Dalam penelitian ini digunakan Desain Rancangan Acak Kelompok. Dua puluh lima ekor ikan kerapu tikus yang terinfeksi VNN dengan berat badan rata-rata 824,4 ¬+ 156,23 g dibagi dalam 5 kelompok keramba jaring apung, masing-masing kelompok berisi 5 ekor ikan. Perlakuan 1, 2, 3 dan 4 masing-masing diberikan ekstrak daun M. tanarius dicampur dengan pakan ikan komersil berturut-turut 2 g, 3 g, 4 g, 5 g dan ikan kontrol hanya diberikan pakan ikan komersil. Masing-masing ikan dari semua kelompok diambil darahnya melalui vena caudalis. Hasil penelitian antara ikan perlakuan dan kontrol menunjukkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun M. tanarius efektif secara signifikan menaikkan kadar hemoglobin dan nilai hematokrit serta memberikan perbedaan yang signifikan dengan kelompok kontrol. Jumlah kadar hemoglobin tertinggi diperoleh pada perlakuan ke-3 (11,96 gr%), sedangkan nilai hematokrit tertinggi pada perlakuan ke-3 (38,12%). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ekstrak etanol daun M. tanarius melalui pemberian pakan dapat menginaktivasi VNN pada ikan kerapu tikus ditandai dengan meningkatkan kadar hemoglobin dan nilai hematokrit ikan kerapu tikus.Kata kunci : Ikan kerapu tikus, kadar hemoglobin, nilai hematokrit, M. tanarius dan VNN

Abstract

Kawasan Hutan Mangrove sebagai habitat merupakan sumber alam yang kaya sebagai ekosistem tempat bermukimnya berbagai flora dan fauna. Kondisi Substrat atau tanah daerah mangrove yang terdiri atas kondisi tanah subtrat lumpur, berpasir serta liat ini sangat dimanfaatkan sebagai habitat berbagai moluska salah satunya gastropoda. Gastropoda juga memanfaatkan batang mangrove bagian bawah sebagai habitatnya. Mengigat pentingnya gastropoda memiliki peran ekonomis dan ekologis bagi manusia, maka kawasan hutan mangrove perlu di jaga dan dilestarikan. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi jenis dan komposisi gastropoda pada kawasan hutan mangrove Induha Kabupaten Kolaka. Metodelogi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode survey dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif. Penentuan lokasi pengambilan sampel terdiri atas 3 line transek yang mencakup seluruh wilayah hutan mangrove dan masing-masing tarnasek terdiri atas 5 plot dengan ukuran 1x1 meter. Hasil identifikasi gastropoda terdiri dari 5 famili dan 9 spesies. Indeks keanegaragaman sebesar 2,057 (kategori sedang). Analisis indeks keseragaman secara keseluruhan sebesar 0,9366 (kategori tinggi) , indeks dominansi 0,143 (rendah). Hasil pengukuran parameter lingkungan seluruh transek pengamatan mendukung kehidupan gastropoda.

Abstract

This research is to determine the Readiness for Implementing Financial Reports Based on the Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) 35 at the El Hakim Islamic Scholar High School Middle School Education Foundation Banda Aceh. This research uses qualitative research methods and data collection techniques using interview and documentation techniques. This research uses data collection techniques by means of interviews by interviewing several workers at the El Hakim Islamic Scholar Middle School Banda Aceh. The results of this research. The El Hakim Islamic Scholar Middle School Education Foundation has prepared financial reports every month but the financial reports presented are only limited to information on income and cash expenditures of the El Hakim Islamic Scholar Middle School Middle School Education Foundation. The financial reports presented by the El Hakim Islamic High School Middle School Education Foundation are not in accordance with financial reporting standards in accordance with the Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) 35. This is proven by the form of financial reports prepared by the El Hakim Islamic High School Middle School Education Foundation only limited to information on cash income and expenditure without any information on comprehensive income reports, financial position reports, cash flow reports, reports on changes in net assets, and notes to financial reports. Meanwhile, the Islamic Scholar El Hakim Middle School Middle School Education Foundation was initially not fully ready to implement financial reports in accordance with the Interpretation of Financial Accounting Standards (ISAK) 35.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic that has occurred throughout the world, including Indonesia, has greatly impacted teaching and learning activities in schools. The learning process that is usually done face-to-face has now turned into online learning, this underlies the emergence of learning difficulties in students. This problem is the background of this research which will see how the difficulties of students in online learning. This study aims to determine student learning difficulties in the online learning process during the covid-19 pandemic in class VIII at MTs Negeri 1 Kolaka. The type of research used in this research is descriptive qualitative research. The number of samples used were 50 students of class VIII MTs 1 Kolaka taken by random sampling technique. The instrument used in this study is a questionnaire with a total of 20 statement items. Students' learning difficulties can be seen from 3 indicators, namely technical difficulties, implementation of learning and difficulties of external factors. The results of this study indicate that the technical difficulty indicator is 36% in the "very high" category. Indicators of learning implementation 38% in the "medium" category. The external factor difficulty indicator is 40% in the “high” category. Overall the average. of the questionnaire data obtained was 58.22% with the highest percentage of 40% being in the "medium" category. Based on the results of the analysis, it can be concluded that learning difficulties in online learning are moderate.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the strategic role of the food processing industry in forming a national food security policy framework in Indonesia. In the context of increasingly complex global dynamics and domestic challenges, the food processing sector is one of the key elements in supporting the availability, affordability, and sustainability of food. This study uses a literature review method by examining various scientific sources, government policies, and secondary data related to industry performance and national food policies. The results of the study show that the food processing industry not only plays a role in increasing the added value of agricultural products, but also in creating an efficient distribution system, expanding market access, and strengthening strategic food reserves. Furthermore, this industry has a significant contribution to the formation of policies that are responsive to the food crisis, increasing nutritional security, and achieving sustainable development goals. Thus, close integration between the industrial sector and public policy is an important prerequisite for strengthening national food security in the future.

Abstract

Teacher competency development is an important aspect in improving the quality of learning. The program of Kemahiran Mengajar Aplikasi Lapangan (KEMAL) is designed to provide hands-on teaching experience for students of Universitas Muslim Maros at MAS Darussalam Maros, South Sulawesi. The aim of this activity is to improve pedagogical competence, creativity in learning methods, and classroom management of students through participatory interactions with supervising teachers, principals, and students. The methods used include field observation, preparation of action plans, teaching practice, intensive mentoring, evaluation, and reflection. The results of this community service show an increase in students’ competence in compiling teaching materials, managing classes, and implementing creative learning strategies that are adaptive to students’ character. The active involvement of the school community encourages the creation of a participatory and conducive learning atmosphere. The implications of this activity show that the integration of field practice with a collaborative and reflective approach is effective in shaping the professionalism of prospective teachers and improving the quality of learning in partner schools. The novelty of this program lies in its sustainable and contextual participatory mentoring model.
