Abstract

Model petri net dari sistem antrian di loket pendaftaran pasian pada suatu rumah sakit di Kota Kupang telah dikonstruksi. Analisis coverability tree dari petri net tersebut perlu dilakukan untuk melihat apakah sistem yang telah dibangun sesuai dengan kenyataan dan dapat terus berlangsung (liveness) atau dapat terjadi deadlocks. Adapun langkah-langkah penelitian ini dimulai dengan melakukan studi literatur terkait analisis petri net dan pengamatan alur layanan pada loket pendaftaran pasien. Selanjutnya, membentuk petri net dari alur layanan menggunakan bantuan software PIPE.V.4.3.2.0. Kemudian matriks incidence diperoleh dengan mengurangkan entri pada matriks representasi forward incidence ( ) dengan entri matriks backward incidence ( ) dari petri net. Matriks digunakan untuk analisis coverability tree dengan menggunakan vektor keadaan awal ( ) sebagai simpul pertama dari tree. Simpul berikutnya dihasilkan jika terdapat transisi enable yang di-fire. Keadaan awal merupakan vektor keadaan saat belum ada transisi yang di-fire. Dinamika petri net yang terjadi dimodelkan dalam coverability tree. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah tidak terjadi deadlocks pada sistem karena selalu ada transisi yang enable atau dapat di-fire yaitu transisi kedatangan pasien. Pada coverabilty tree yang dihasilkan, keadaan setelah pendaftaran selesai dilakukan sama dengan vektor keadaan awal.

Abstract

The human papillomavirus (HPV) is one of the viruses that can cause cervical cancer. However, vaccination can prevent such a virus. The spread of the virus in cervical cancer can be modelled in the SI model, however, such a model has not produced accurate results. The development and extension of the model into S1S2IRC, with S1 denoting the population aged 0–10 years and S2 representing the population over 10 years, which is susceptible to HPV infection. The results produce disease-free and endemic equilibrium points. The analysis of the equilibrium points yields that the disease-free equilibrium point will be asymptotically stable for R0 1 and R0 1 for the endemic equilibrium point. The results indicate that the higher the probability of humans being prone to the HPV virus, the greater the chance of these individuals being infected by the virus. Therefore, vaccination is required to protect against the virus infection.

Abstract

Abstract Women in Penfui Timur Village as household financial managers mostly only depend on their husband's income which has been used or deducted by the Bank or cooperative because it is used to build a house or other business. However, some of them lack creativity in increasing other income or investing their husband's money in the form of small businesses or investments. Therefore, mathematics lecturers in collaboration with economics lecturers will provide enlightenment in the form of delivering materials and exercises and sharing experiences in terms of managing household finances fairly, wisely, and creatively innovatively. Our hope is that after receiving learning and sharing experiences from competent lecturers in mathematics and economics, women in Penfui Timur Village will be strengthened and have ideas in managing household finances efficiently and fairly and be creative in building alternative household businesses that of course see the market share to improve the economy in the home. With the aim that no family is lacking in material so that the next generation of the nation can go to school and have creativity with good nutritional value in order to achieve intelligence for all Indonesian people because they have parents who are diligent, creative, fair and wise in managing finances as a whole.
