Abstract

Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women 1979, has ratified Indonesia as the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 Year 1984 About Ratification of the Convention Concerning the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women. In relation to the ratification of the Convention on Women, among others, means to promote the widest possible extent of women’s rights, Indonesia guarantees for women, on equal terms with men, to protect their rights. This research focuses on legal studies related to the impact of the ratification in realizing the contribution of women’s role in contribution. The method used is the approach of law and case approach to solve the problem of women’s leadership representation as a professional bureaucracy after Indonesia ratified the women’s convention. The form of implementation of the law which is the ratification of the international women convention is not implemented in every life of the nation and state, there are still many misuse and injustice to the role of women in bureaucracy in Indonesia. The ratification requires the government to prioritize the right of women as leaders to realize a professional bureaucracy.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/idjch.v8i2.1675

Abstract

Article 33 of the 1945 Indonesian constitution amendment consisting of 5 paragraphs is a basic norm that makes economic policy the cornerstone of the direction of National Economic Policy. Article 33 of the 1945 Indonesian constitution which is then translated into laws and other legislation as a legal policy in terms of a more operational economy. Article 33 of the 1945 Indonesian constitution is a constitutional legal norm that is absolute and must not be violated by economic policy makers. Economic policy should refer to and should not be contrary to the Constitution so that economic policy makers should not make economic policies that are contrary to Article 33 of the 1945 Indonesian constitution

Abstract

This research focuses on the problem of how the form of Education Management in the frame of decentralization and educational leadership in improving the quality of educational institutions. This study uses qualitative methods that are literature studies, using descriptive analysis, with data collection techniques through books, journals and research-related. The results showed that the globalization process requires the millennial generation of the nation to respond to the development of Education. The enactment of the decentralization policy has an impact on the management of education in Indonesia, especially in areas that have received authority in the management of education, and the enactment of educational autonomy gives flexibility to heads of educational institutions to manage the institutions they lead into a quality institution (quality) which includes school program planning and Evaluation Management, curriculum management, teaching and learning process management, facilities/infrastructure management, financial management, student Service Management, School relationship management with the community, as well as school climate Management in accordance with the mandate in the National Education System Law. Improving the quality of educational institutions required educational leadership that has an orientation on quality. Principal leadership will be effective if supported by strong organizational culture conditions. Leadership can provide orientation to the formation of a strong organizational culture (Strong Cultural) it aims to achieve the goals of the school, namely improving the quality of education in educational institutions
