Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women 1979, has ratified Indonesia as the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 7 Year 1984 About Ratification of the Convention Concerning the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination Against Women. In relation to the ratification of the Convention on Women, among others, means to promote the widest possible extent of women’s rights, Indonesia guarantees for women, on equal terms with men, to protect their rights. This research focuses on legal studies related to the impact of the ratification in realizing the contribution of women’s role in contribution. The method used is the approach of law and case approach to solve the problem of women’s leadership representation as a professional bureaucracy after Indonesia ratified the women’s convention. The form of implementation of the law which is the ratification of the international women convention is not implemented in every life of the nation and state, there are still many misuse and injustice to the role of women in bureaucracy in Indonesia. The ratification requires the government to prioritize the right of women as leaders to realize a professional bureaucracy.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/idjch.v8i2.1675

Article 33 of the 1945 Indonesian constitution amendment consisting of 5 paragraphs is a basic norm that makes economic policy the cornerstone of the direction of National Economic Policy. Article 33 of the 1945 Indonesian constitution which is then translated into laws and other legislation as a legal policy in terms of a more operational economy. Article 33 of the 1945 Indonesian constitution is a constitutional legal norm that is absolute and must not be violated by economic policy makers. Economic policy should refer to and should not be contrary to the Constitution so that economic policy makers should not make economic policies that are contrary to Article 33 of the 1945 Indonesian constitution

This research focuses on the problem of how the form of Education Management in the frame of decentralization and educational leadership in improving the quality of educational institutions. This study uses qualitative methods that are literature studies, using descriptive analysis, with data collection techniques through books, journals and research-related. The results showed that the globalization process requires the millennial generation of the nation to respond to the development of Education. The enactment of the decentralization policy has an impact on the management of education in Indonesia, especially in areas that have received authority in the management of education, and the enactment of educational autonomy gives flexibility to heads of educational institutions to manage the institutions they lead into a quality institution (quality) which includes school program planning and Evaluation Management, curriculum management, teaching and learning process management, facilities/infrastructure management, financial management, student Service Management, School relationship management with the community, as well as school climate Management in accordance with the mandate in the National Education System Law. Improving the quality of educational institutions required educational leadership that has an orientation on quality. Principal leadership will be effective if supported by strong organizational culture conditions. Leadership can provide orientation to the formation of a strong organizational culture (Strong Cultural) it aims to achieve the goals of the school, namely improving the quality of education in educational institutions

This study examines the relevance of village cooperatives from a human rights perspective, particularly in fulfilling economic, social, and cultural rights (ESCR) in rural communities. Using a normative legal research method, this study analyzes statutory regulations, legal doctrines, and human rights principles at both national and international levels. The findings indicate that village cooperatives, as community-based economic institutions grounded in the principles of mutual cooperation and economic democracy, have strong potential to function as instruments for the realization of human rights. Village cooperatives contribute to the fulfillment of economic rights by providing access to capital, employment opportunities, and market participation, thereby improving community welfare and reducing poverty. In addition, they support social and cultural rights through the provision of basic services, strengthening social solidarity, and preserving local cultural values. However, the effectiveness of village cooperatives remains constrained by challenges such as limited managerial capacity, restricted access to resources, and the lack of integration of human rights principles into cooperative governance. This study emphasizes the importance of strengthening village cooperatives through a human rights-based approach by enhancing institutional capacity, improving policy support, and promoting active community participation. By doing so, village cooperatives can serve as strategic instruments for achieving inclusive, equitable, and sustainable rural development

Globalization presents both opportunities and challenges that require societies to adapt while preserving their core values and principles. Constitutional education plays a pivotal role in preparing individuals to navigate these changes effectively. This study explores the significance of constitutional education in addressing the challenges posed by globalization. It highlights how an understanding of constitutional principles fosters critical thinking, promotes active citizenship, and strengthens democratic values in a globalized world. Through a qualitative approach, this research examines the relationship between constitutional education and the development of a well-informed and socially responsible citizenry capable of addressing global issues without compromising national identity. The findings emphasize the need for integrating constitutional education into curricula to equip individuals with the knowledge and skills necessary to balance global integration with local governance and cultural preservation. By enhancing constitutional literacy, societies can build resilience against the disruptive forces of globalization while contributing to sustainable and inclusive development

In this article, we will discuss the use of Civic Education barcode media in terms of 21st century skills learning. The use of Civic Education barcode media will be reviewed to see whether it can support the implementation of 21st century skills learning. Whether 21st century skills are already present in the use of Civic Education barcode media will be discussed, so it is hoped that their utilization can be achieved. can run optimally in the future if you have found the emphasis on 21st century skills. This writing was carried out using literature study. All skills contained in Skill 21 learning can be possessed by students if teachers are able to create learning that supports the implementation of 21st century skills. Teachers develop learning that contains activities that challenge students to think critically and solve problems. Learning activities must also encourage students to work together and communicate so that learning skills 21 are visible. In this article, we will discuss the use of Civic Education barcode media in terms of 21st century skills learning.
