Abstract

Meat has high nutritional value which is widely consumed by humans. The content contained in meat includes protein, vitamins, minerals, fats, and other substances that are needed by the body so that it can carry out activities every. However, unfortunately not all people can distinguish these types of meat, because the texture and color are almost similar. This is also often used by irresponsible meat sellers by mixing these types of meat or with other types of meat to get a big profit. Even though not everyone can consume certain types of meat for reasons of illness. This research was conducted to compare the GLCM and LBP methods for image classification of meat types based on texture analysis. The types of meat images that are classified are goat meat, buffalo meat, and horse meat. Image data is taken manually using a digital camera the Nikon D3200. The image was taken at a distance of 20 cm. Data testing and training was carried out using the Support Vector Machine (SVM) method. The texture characteristics used are ASM, IDM, entropy, contrast, and correlation. The results of the image classification accuracy of goat, buffalo, and horse meat using the GLCM method were 75.6%. While the results of the classification accuracy using the LBP method amounted to 85,6%. Thus, the LBP texture feature extraction method is recommended for classification of meat types using texture characteristics.

Abstract

Rapid developments of technology in education, business, office administration, government and information dissemination play an important and large role in human life as a whole. The internet as a supporting tool can be a source of information in finding information related to various activities. Banjarsari village has quite large natural potential such as plantations, agriculture and tourism, but not much is known by people outside the village. The Village Website is expected to be a means of disseminating information, supporting superior village programs and publishing matters related to the potential that exists in Banjarsari village. Until now, the knowledge of the community or sub-district staff in Banjarsari village regarding the use of the website is still very lacking, so that the dissemination of village information through the website has never been implemented. In this PKM activity, the PKM team from the Indonesian Technocrat University helped develop a village website in Banjarsari village. Apart from that, the UTI PKM team also held training for all staff in Banjarsari village in order to be able to manage the website that had been created. With the creation and training of using the website in Banjarsari village, it is hoped that village programs and information about the village can be accessed and socialized properly.

Abstract

Pada suatu perusahaan khususnya Koperasi sangat diperlukan alat pengelolaan data secara cepat dan akurat terutama dalam pengelolaan Sisa Hasil Usaha (SHU). Sisa Hasil Usaha merupakan pendapatan koperasi yang diperoleh dalam satu tahun buku dikurangi dengan biaya, penyusutan, dan kewajiban lainnya termasuk pajak dalam tahun buku yang bersangkutan. Pada Koperasi Manunggal Karya kesulitan dalam perhitungan sisa hasil usaha dan penyimpanan data anggota dapat dikatakan masih kurang efisien dan efektif, karena belum menggunakan database, dan  proses pencatatan masih menggunakan buku khusus untuk melakukan pencatatan sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan berupa kerangkapan dan kehilangan data dalam melakukan pencatatan data pada Koperasi Manunggal Karya. Salah satu bentuk penyelesaian dalam mencari solusi terkait permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh koperasi adalah dibuatkannya suatu aplikasi peminjaman dan perhitungan pada Koperasi Manunggal Karya. Sistem usulan ini mampu menghasilkan laporan sisa hasil usaha pada KSU Manunggal Karya. Pada tahap proses penginputan data dan perhitungan dapat dilakukan dengan lebih cepat, tepat, akurat dan efisien serta dapat disimpan dengan teratur, karena sudah ada sistem basis data (database) untuk menjaga keamanan dari data yang sudah dimasukkan.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the leadership style of school principals in improving teacher performance in MAN 1 Sukabumi City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. Research participants consisted of school principals, teachers and administrative staff. The research results show that the transformational leadership style applied by school principals plays a significant role in increasing teacher motivation, involvement and performance. The principal also uses a participative leadership approach by involving teachers in decision making, which has a positive impact on teachers' sense of ownership and responsibility for their duties. In addition, the emotional and professional support provided by the principal creates a conducive and collaborative work environment. The conclusion of this research confirms that the principal's effective leadership style is a key factor in improving teacher performance, which in turn has a positive impact on the quality of education at MAN 1 Sukabumi City.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate efforts to increase teacher pedagogical competence through academic supervision at SDN Pelita Jaya. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and document analysis. Respondents in this study were school principals, teachers and school supervisors. Data analysis is carried out through the process of data reduction, data display, conclusion and data verification. Research findings show that the implementation of academic supervision at SDN Pelita Jaya has made a significant contribution to improving teacher pedagogical competence. Academic supervision facilitates a process of reflection, constructive feedback, and ongoing professional development. However, research also identifies several barriers to implementing academic supervision, such as limited resources, resistance from some teachers, and challenges in adapting to curriculum changes. As a solution, research recommends strengthening leadership support, increasing access to training, and implementing a collaborative approach in developing teacher pedagogical competence. The implication of this research is the importance of strengthening academic supervision practices as an effective strategy in improving the quality of learning and student learning outcomes at SDN Pelita Jaya.

Abstract

In Islamic education, educators are people who are responsible for the development of students by trying to develop all the potential of students, both affective (taste), cognitive (creative) and psychomotor (intentional) potential. Aspects of education in PAUD include parenting, habituation, and the introduction of learning. Parenting aims to protect children from the negative effects of children's actions, such as dangerous actions, or harassment from adults; whether physical, moral or psychological. Habituation is a device of children's adaptation to their social environment, more broadly to life and life. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) methods in the perspective of Islamic education vary widely, including exemplary methods, educational methods with training and practice, educating through games, songs and stories, educating with (targhib) and (tarhib), praise and flattery, and instill good habits. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) according to an Islamic perspective includes the principle of prioritizing the cultivation of aqidah, guiding and demanding the actualization of worship, fostering noble character and training for independence as well as the principle of balance between the world and the hereafter and the principle of balance between knowledge and charity. Early age is a golden age for children, because at this age children have extraordinary physical and mental growth and development. This period is also a period of character formation, personality and character. Early age is also the most important period for children, because it is the main personality formation period. The importance of instilling religious values ​​from an early age in order to create human beings with noble character. Islamic religious education is given to children from an early age through introductions and habituation in advance regarding the introduction of God's creation about nature and everything in it. Then introduced worship, especially prayer, ablution, daily prayers. Also about habituation with Islamic nuances in order to form good morals.

Abstract

The This research aims to analyze the implementation of managerial supervision in improving the quality of education in Early Childhood Education (PAUD). The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The research subjects included school principals, teachers and administrative staff at Almanshuriyah Paud. The research results show that effective managerial supervision can improve the quality of education in PAUD through several aspects, including: increasing teacher competency, better curriculum implementation, management of facilities and infrastructure optimal, as well as the development of a conducive learning environment. Managerial supervision carried out routinely and in a structured manner is able to identify educational deficiencies and needs accurately, as well as provide concrete and applicable solutions. In addition, this research found that active participation from all stakeholders, including students' parents, is very important in supporting the success of managerial supervision. Thus, managerial supervision not only functions as a monitoring tool, but also as a mechanism for developing and improving the quality of education on an ongoing basis. The implications of this research indicate that improving the quality of education in PAUD requires a strong commitment from management to implement effective and sustainable supervision. Research recommendations include the need for training and professional development for school principals and teachers, as well as strengthening collaboration between schools and communities, managerial supervision not only functions as a monitoring tool, but also as a mechanism for developing and improving the quality of education on an ongoing basis.output.

Abstract

Education is an important part in efforts to save the generation of the Indonesian nation to be better and brighter in the future. Therefore, the government continues to strive to continue to improve the quality of our education, one of which is by conducting school accreditation. Which accreditation aims to maintain the quality or standard of education in every institution, foundation or educational institution. This study aims to determine the role of school accreditation in improving the quality of education at SDIT Adzkia 1 Sukabumi. Accreditation is an evaluation process that aims to ensure that schools meet the established educational standards. Using a qualitative approach, this study examines the impact of accreditation on various aspects of education at the school, including teaching quality, school management, and community involvement. The results of the study indicate that accreditation plays a significant role in driving continuous improvement at SDIT Adzkia 1 Sukabumi. The accreditation process helps schools identify strengths and weaknesses, improve teacher professionalism, and strengthen management and governance. In addition, accreditation also increases the trust and participation of parents and the community, which contributes to improving the overall quality of education. This study concludes that accreditation not only functions as an evaluation tool, but also as a major driver for achieving higher quality education. Suggestions provided include improving teacher training, strengthening facilities and infrastructure, and increasing parental and community involvement in the education process.

Abstract

Education serves as a crucial foundation for fostering collaborative skills among students, particularly in subjects requiring in-depth understanding such as mathematics. This research aims to investigate the impact of implementing the Jigsaw Learning Model in enhancing the level of collaboration among students in the context of mathematics learning. The Jigsaw Learning Model, introduced by Aronson and Patnoe (2011), emphasizes collaboration and active involvement of students. This method involves collaborative learning where each student is responsible for a portion of the learning material and must collaborate with their peers to comprehend the entire concept. This study explores the effectiveness of this model in improving collaboration among students in mathematics learning. Through an experimental research design, data is collected through classroom observations, interviews, and document. Data analysis is conducted to measure changes in the level of student participation, understanding of mathematical concepts, and their perceptions of collaborative learning. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for educational practitioners and researchers regarding the potential of the Jigsaw Learning Model in enhancing student collaboration in the context of mathematics learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implications of collaborating group discussion methods with Problem Solving Learning in improving students' problem solving skills at SDN Pelita Jaya. This research uses qualitative research methods with a mini research approach to gain in-depth insight into interactions between students in structured learning. For three weeks, research was conducted at SDN Pelita Jaya involving sixth grade students. The group discussion method is used to facilitate student interaction in discussing Islamic ethical and moral values. Students are also given ethical situations or problems that require them to find solutions based on Islamic moral principles through the Problem Solving Learning approach. Qualitative data was collected through participant observation, interviews with students, and document analysis. The results of the analysis show a significant increase in students' ability to identify, analyze and overcome problems with a structured and directed approach. Apart from that, this collaborative learning method also strengthens student involvement in the learning process. This research provides in-depth insight into the positive potential of collaborative group discussion methods with Problem Solving Learning in improving students' problem solving skills. The results of these findings can provide a valuable contribution to the development of more effective learning strategies, especially in Islamic Religious Education subjects.
