Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of bondholder-shareholder conflict,bonus plan and firm size on accounting conservatism in the consumer goodsindustry companies on the IDX for the period of 2013-2017. This researchuses quantitative. The population in this study were 38 consumer goodsindustry companies. The sampling technique in this study used purposivesampling, so that a total sample are 35 observations were obtained consistingof 7 companies for 5 years (2013-2017). The method of data analysis used ismultiple linear regression which is processed in the SPSS application. Theresults of the study show that the conflict of bondholder-shareholders effect onaccounting conservatism, while the bonus plan and firm size have no effect onconservatism of accounting. The results of the research simultaneously showthat the bondholder-shareholder conflict, bonus plan and firm size effect onaccounting conservatism.

Abstract

Self –efficacy matematis merupakan keyakinan seseorang dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan matematika dan berpikir kritis merupakan kemampuan berpikir yang konstruktif dalam mencari solusi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pentingnya kemampuan berpikir kritis serta self efficacy matematis pada pembelajaran daring matematika. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kajian pustaka yang dilakukan dengan cara mengkaji informasi dari buku, artikel atau penelitian sebelumnya yang relevan. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pembelajaran di masa pandemi yang menuntut siwa untuk belajar dirumah masing-masing, sehingga menyebabkan tantangan baru dan menurunya beberapa aspek. Aspek tersebut dapat dilihat dari self efficacy matematis dan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Kesimpulannya, siswa yang memiliki self efficacy matematis mampu menciptakan motivasi dan kemandirian belajarnya sendiri. Hal ini dapat meningkatkan aspek afektif dan psikologi siswa. Lalu, siswa yang memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis akan mudah menganalisis masalah, meracang solusi, mengevaluasi serta menyimpulkan hasilnya sehingga dapat menigkatkan kemampuaan kognitif. Penelitian ini penting guna memaksimalkan siswa dalam belajar matematika secara daring.

Abstract

AbstrakPerkembangan pada anak usia dini salah satunya dapat dilihat dari status motorik halus. Perkembangan motorik halus merupakan salah satu aspek penting yang dilalui anak pada masa pertumbuhan dan perkembangannya. Salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi status motorik halus adalah pengetahuan ibu dan status gizi. Penelitian ini bertujuan Untuk mengetahui hubungan status gizi dengan status motorik halus pada anak usia dini di TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal XIII Desa Wates Kecamatan Undaan Kabupaten Kudus. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik korelasional metode survey analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Peneliti menggunakan simple random sampling dengan mengambil jumlah populasi di TK sebanyak 105 Anak. Analisa bivariat menggunakan uji Chi Square dan instrument yang digunakan adalah kuesioner,observasi dan formulir Denver II. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ada hubungan status gizi dengan status motorik halus pada anak usia dini di TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal XIII Desa Wates Kecamatan Undaan Kabupaten Kudus 2022 dengan P Value = 0,000 (<0.05), nilai OR sebesar 0,156.Ada hubungan status gizi dengan status motorik halus pada anak usia dini di TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal XIII Desa Wates Kecamatan Undaan Kabupaten Kudus Tahun 2022.

Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan ibu dengan status motorik halus pada anak usia dini di TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal XIII Desa Wates Kecamatan Undaan Kabupaten Kudus 2022 dengan P Value = 0,000 (<0.05), nilai OR sebesar 7,227. Pengetahuan ibu berhubungan dengan status motorik halus pada anak usia dini di TK ‘Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal XIII Desa Wates Kecamatan Undaan Kabupaten Kudus Tahun 2022.

Abstract

The problem of education in Indonesia, one of which is still dwelling on the issue of quality and quality of education. Indonesia is still far behind in the quality of education compared to other countries in the world. The low quality of education results in the low quality of human resources. If the quality of human resources is low, it will be difficult to live in the current era of globalization. Group-based learning model seems to be an alternative to the problem of low learning outcomes. One of them is by applying the think pair and share learning model to a variety of styles. Therefore, the formulation of the problem in this study is how effective is the think pair and share learning model in the various styles of class IV MIN I Gresik?. The data collection techniques are interviews, observation, questionnaires (questionnaires), documentation and learning outcomes assessment tests. The instruments of this research are learning instrument validation, learning outcome assessment test validation, teacher ability observation sheet to process learning, student activity sheet, student response questionnaire and learning outcome assessment test. The data analysis method used is the average, percentage formula, test item validity using the product moment formula (rxy), item sensitivity and item reliability. The results of the study show that the first is the ability of teachers to process learning in the experimental class an average of 93% which is in the Good criteria and in the control class an average of 82% which is in the Good criteria, the second is the analysis of student activity data in the experimental class obtained an average of 82%. an average of 91% which is in the Good criteria and in the control class an average of 37% is in the Enough criteria, the third analysis of student response data is said to be positive with the Agree category, the fourth analysis of learning outcomes assessment data (PHB) obtained completeness classical learning of the experimental class by 87% and the control class by 30% and the assessment of learning outcomes (PHB) fulfilled the validity, reliability, and sensitivity tests.

Abstract

This research aims to identify and analyze the leadership style of school principals in improving teacher performance in MAN 1 Sukabumi City. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. Research participants consisted of school principals, teachers and administrative staff. The research results show that the transformational leadership style applied by school principals plays a significant role in increasing teacher motivation, involvement and performance. The principal also uses a participative leadership approach by involving teachers in decision making, which has a positive impact on teachers' sense of ownership and responsibility for their duties. In addition, the emotional and professional support provided by the principal creates a conducive and collaborative work environment. The conclusion of this research confirms that the principal's effective leadership style is a key factor in improving teacher performance, which in turn has a positive impact on the quality of education at MAN 1 Sukabumi City.

Abstract

Situational leadership is a leadership approach that emphasizes the leader's flexibility and adaptability in adapting the leadership style to the situation and needs of subordinates. This research aims to explore the application of situational leadership in managing human resources in the field of education through a literature review method. Through a comprehensive literature analysis, it was found that situational leadership is effective in improving the performance and motivation of teaching staff and educational staff. Situational leadership allows educational leaders to adopt the most appropriate style, ranging from directive to supportive, according to the level of preparedness and competence of subordinates. In addition, this research also highlights that situational leadership can help in overcoming various challenges in a dynamic educational environment, including curriculum changes, professional development needs, and improving the quality of learning. The analyzed literature shows that the application of situational leadership contributes significantly to achieving broader educational goals and improving the quality of human resources in educational institutions. These findings emphasize the importance of situational leadership training and development for educational leaders to achieve optimal results.

Abstract

Pendahuluan : ketidaknyamanan yang sering terjadi pada ibu hamil salah satunya yaitu edema kaki fisiologis. Dampak yang timbul dari edema kaki pada ibu hamil bisa menunjukkan adanya tanda-tanda bahaya dalam kehamilan salah atunya preeklamsi. Upaya penatalaksanaan pada kaki dengan edema fisiologis yaitu dapat dilakukan dengan cara farmakologis dan non-farmakologi.Tujuan : untuk memberikan asuhan kebidanan dan mengetahui pengaruh rendah air hangat dna garam terhadap edema pada ibu hamil trimester III.Metode : metode penelitian ini adalah kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan study kasus.Hasil : hasil penelitian didaptkan edema kaki dengan intervensi rendam air hangat dan garam terdapat perbedaan bermakna yaitu mengalami penurunan lebih cepat dibandingkan dengan yang hanya dilakukan rendam air hangat.Kesimpulan : Terdapat perbandingan yang signifikan antara dedema kaki yang direndam air hangat dengan edema kaki yang direndam air hangat campur garam

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade XI MIPA-3 students at SMA Negeri 1 Purwoasri in Islamic Education and Ethics through the use of the Google Classroom application. The method used was Classroom Action Research (CAR) conducted in two cycles. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, documentation, and tests. The results of the study showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes in each cycle, marked by increased student activity, participation in discussions, and test scores that exceeded the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM). The conclusion of this study confirms that the application of Google Classroom as an online learning medium is effective in improving the quality of learning and student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Madrasah Aliyah Darul Ulum Jombang has implemented curriculum evaluation innovations to measure success and continuously improve the quality of education as a leading madrasah. This research focuses on curriculum evaluation innovations, supporting and inhibiting factors, and their impact on realizing a leading madrasah. This study uses a qualitative phenomenological approach with interview, observation, and documentation methods. Data analysis was conducted through case studies, data collection, and drawing conclusions. The purpose of this research is to contribute to the study and development of curriculum management theory in Islamic educational institutions. The results show that curriculum evaluation innovations are not only limited to context, process, and product, but also encompass the results. This is done by the head of the madrasah by many means, including consultation .2) The supporting factors are the full support from the Leadership of the Darul Ulum Islamic Boarding School by reviewing and providing direction regarding curriculum evaluation, competent human resources in the curriculum field, adequate facilities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factor is that there are no limits in evaluation, evaluation is carried out according to the development of the times and the conditions of the applied curriculum. 3) The impact of curriculum evaluation innovation is to create a positive learning space, change the education system for the better, and produce competent students.
