Abstract

Water is the most important requirement for all organisms, either to humans, plants, animals, and microorganisms. It was caused water function in the growth and survival organisms. Aquaculture is an activity to maintain, raise, and/or breeding fish and harvest their products in a controlled environment. Cultivation was done in a sustainable manner for the benefit.Pollution in water can be caused death of fish is heavy metal cadmium (Cd) pollution. Processing of heavy metal contaminated water is the most simple and low cost is a biological treatment with kariba weed (Salvinia molesta). But the effect of kariba weed to the decline of heavy metal cadmium is not significantly reduced, so that needs to be combined with the zeolite so that the heavy metal cadmium decline more significantly. This reseacrh to determine the effect of the combination kariba weed (Salvinia molesta) and zeolite to the decline of the heavy metal cadmium (Cd). This reseacrh uses a completely randomized design (CRD) with four treatments performed five repetitions, treatment A using 0 g kariba weed and 150 g of zeolite, Treatment B using 50 g kariba weed and 100 g of zeolite, Treatment C using 100 g kariba weed and 50 g of zeolite and treatment D using 150 g kariba weed and 0 g zeolite. The result on this research analize by  ANOVA statistical test (Analisis  of  Variance) to know there was the different between treatments, afterwards, continued by space doubled test Duncan. The result showed combination kariba weed (Salvinia molesta) and zeolite significant effect on decreasing the concentration of heavy metal cadmium (Cd) (F count > F Tabel 0.05). It is evident in this research, and only had one week treated water cadmium (Cd) of 1 ppm concentrations is fall. The averages treatment on decreasing concentration heavy metal cadmium (Cd) was treatment A 98,7%, tretment B 97,1%, treatment C 97,2 % and treatment D 95,8%.

Abstract

Educational planning is an important aspect in developing an effective and efficient education system. In this era of globalization, an innovative approach is needed to meet the need for a qualified workforce. One method that can be used in educational planning is the Man Power Approach method. The Man Power Approach method is an approach that involves analyzing future workforce needs, competencies, and developing a curriculum that is relevant to the job market. By using the Man Power Approach method in educational planning, it is hoped that we can create an education system that is responsive to workforce needs and capable of producing quality graduates who are ready to face the challenges of the world of work.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate efforts to increase teacher pedagogical competence through academic supervision at SDN Pelita Jaya. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and document analysis. Respondents in this study were school principals, teachers and school supervisors. Data analysis is carried out through the process of data reduction, data display, conclusion and data verification. Research findings show that the implementation of academic supervision at SDN Pelita Jaya has made a significant contribution to improving teacher pedagogical competence. Academic supervision facilitates a process of reflection, constructive feedback, and ongoing professional development. However, research also identifies several barriers to implementing academic supervision, such as limited resources, resistance from some teachers, and challenges in adapting to curriculum changes. As a solution, research recommends strengthening leadership support, increasing access to training, and implementing a collaborative approach in developing teacher pedagogical competence. The implication of this research is the importance of strengthening academic supervision practices as an effective strategy in improving the quality of learning and student learning outcomes at SDN Pelita Jaya.

Abstract

This research explores the relationship between leadership, communication, and managerial skills in an educational context. The main focus is how effective leadership and good communication can improve managerial skills in an educational environment. The research results show that participative leadership and open communication contribute significantly to improving managerial skills, including strategic planning, decision making, and resource management. These findings emphasize the importance of leadership and communication training in managerial development in the education sector, which can ultimately improve the performance and effectiveness of educational institutions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the implementation of academic supervision in improving teacher performance at MTs Al-Ma'arij, Cicantayan District, Sukabumi Regency. Academic supervision is an essential effort to enhance the quality of education through the guidance and supervision of teacher performance. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the academic supervision implemented at MTs Al-Ma'arij includes supervision planning, supervision execution, and supervision evaluation. The implementation of academic supervision has proven effective in improving teacher performance, marked by increased pedagogical competence, professionalism, and work motivation among teachers. The obstacles encountered in the implementation of academic supervision include limited time, facilities, and infrastructure. To overcome these obstacles, it is recommended to enhance supporting facilities and provide continuous training for supervisors and teachers.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve teacher performance through the implementation of academic supervision. The research method used is School Action Research (PTS) with a quantitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques with observation, interviews, and documentation. Research results shows that academic supervision shows an increase in scores in aspects of learning planning and implementation. Although it is still in the sufficient category, it is because it continues to eventually increase. This result can be achieved because of good cooperation between the Principal and supervised teachers. The Principal discusses with the teacher the problems faced by the teacher in the process of planning and implementing lessons. Academic supervision carried out by the Principal is an effort to improve teaching, including stimulating, selecting the growth of positions and the development of teachers and revising learning objectives, teaching materials, methods, evaluation or assessment of teaching. Academic supervision can help teachers to learn and understand their duties and roles as educators.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMK Amaliah 2 Ciawi Bogor. The Independent Curriculum, initiated by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology, focuses on flexible and student-centered learning. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMK Amaliah 2 faces several challenges, especially in terms of teacher adaptation to new approaches, infrastructure readiness, and student understanding of the learning system. However, this curriculum provides students with more freedom in choosing subjects and projects that suit their interests and talents, and encourages independence in the learning process.

Abstract

Education serves as a crucial foundation for fostering collaborative skills among students, particularly in subjects requiring in-depth understanding such as mathematics. This research aims to investigate the impact of implementing the Jigsaw Learning Model in enhancing the level of collaboration among students in the context of mathematics learning. The Jigsaw Learning Model, introduced by Aronson and Patnoe (2011), emphasizes collaboration and active involvement of students. This method involves collaborative learning where each student is responsible for a portion of the learning material and must collaborate with their peers to comprehend the entire concept. This study explores the effectiveness of this model in improving collaboration among students in mathematics learning. Through an experimental research design, data is collected through classroom observations, interviews, and document. Data analysis is conducted to measure changes in the level of student participation, understanding of mathematical concepts, and their perceptions of collaborative learning. The results of this research are expected to provide valuable insights for educational practitioners and researchers regarding the potential of the Jigsaw Learning Model in enhancing student collaboration in the context of mathematics learning.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the implications of collaborating group discussion methods with Problem Solving Learning in improving students' problem solving skills at SDN Pelita Jaya. This research uses qualitative research methods with a mini research approach to gain in-depth insight into interactions between students in structured learning. For three weeks, research was conducted at SDN Pelita Jaya involving sixth grade students. The group discussion method is used to facilitate student interaction in discussing Islamic ethical and moral values. Students are also given ethical situations or problems that require them to find solutions based on Islamic moral principles through the Problem Solving Learning approach. Qualitative data was collected through participant observation, interviews with students, and document analysis. The results of the analysis show a significant increase in students' ability to identify, analyze and overcome problems with a structured and directed approach. Apart from that, this collaborative learning method also strengthens student involvement in the learning process. This research provides in-depth insight into the positive potential of collaborative group discussion methods with Problem Solving Learning in improving students' problem solving skills. The results of these findings can provide a valuable contribution to the development of more effective learning strategies, especially in Islamic Religious Education subjects.

Abstract

Nutritional Problems In Adolescents Can Affect Cognitive Ability, Productivity, And Performance. The Impact Of Nutritional Problems Depends On Nutritional Status, I.E. Poor Nutritional Status Is At Risk Of Infectious Diseases While Nutritional Status Is Over And Obesity Is At Risk Of Experiencing Various Degenerative Diseases). Adolescent Behavior And Poor Food Quality Are The Main Causes Of Nutritional Problems. Disease Infection May Also Be The Cause Of Low Nutritional Status In Adolescents. The Purpose Of This Study Is To Determine The Relationship Between Consumption Behavior And The Nutritional Status Of Adolescent Girls At Al-Falah Sofwaniyah Jatirokeh Islamic Boarding School, Brebes Regency In 2023. This Research Method Uses Analytical Methods With A Cross-Sectional Approach Design, Then The Data Is Processed Using Tabulation. The Population In This Study Was Adolescent Girls In The Al-Falah Sofwaniyah Islamic Boarding School, Jatirokeh, Brebes Regency As Many As 40 Respondents Aged 10-15 Years. The Sample In This Study Was 40 Respondents With Total Sampling Technique. This Research Place Was Carried Out At The Al-Falah Sofwaniyah Islamic Boarding School, Brebes Regency In 2023. This Research Has Been Conducted On November 23 – December 15, 2023. The Tool Used In This Study Was A Questionnaire. Analyze Data Using Chi-Square. The Results Of This Study Show That There Is No Relationship Between Consumption Behavior And The Nutritional Status Of Adolescent Girls At The Al-Falah Sofwaniyah Jatirokeh Islamic Boarding School, Brebes Regency 2023 With A Value Of P = 0.108. There Is No Relationship Between Consumption Behavior And The Nutritional Status Of Adolescent Girls At The Al-Falah Sofwaniyah Islamic Boarding School, Jatirokeh, Brebes Regency 2023. Efforts To Improve The Nutritional Status Of Adolescents Can Be Made By Providing Education About Nutrition Efforts To Improve The Nutritional Status Of Adolescents Can Be Made By Providing Education About Nutrition So That They Can Change Eating Behavior And Physical Activity To Improve Their Health Status.
