Abstract

Palembang is undergoing development in all fields, along with the increasing population, resulting in an increase in the need for public facilities and infrastructure, such as the Palembang Provincial General Hospital Development Project, control and supervision of costs for the project are needed, because project cost control is important One of them is in the process of managing project costs by using the Value Engineering method, with the aim of the government budget being controlled and this research focused on controlling costs in column and beam structure work. The Value Engineering stage starts from making BreakDown Jobs that are associated with the application of Pareto law and making analysis functions and fast diagraming. Cost savings of the South Sumatra Provincial General Hospital Project Construction obtained from the application of Value Engineering to the Column and Beams work costs of Rp. 3,737,843,286 or 7.02%.

Abstract

Thisresearch was motivated by a lot of demands of contract change order addendum in the relatedagency. From this research, researcher was expected to be able to describe the elements of main cause ofcontract change order and impact on the contract cost. The method used in this research wasStatisticsDescriptive for describing the questionnaire results, whereas the calculation of the new value of contractwasusing the unit price calculation analysis. Sources of data in this research were 8 people consisting of projectowners and contractor. Basedon the results of the main causes of contract change order, it was found that themain cause of contract change order was the location change of the project resulting from transmission linesthrough the region of coal mining, the main party that influenced the contract change order was the owner ofthe project, The implementation phase of contract change order was mid-contract work, the stages leading tocontract change order was land acquisition and the impact of contract change order in the cost was thedecrease of contract value from the initial contract.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Salah satu bahan tambah beton ialah serat (fiber). Serat dalam beton berfungsi untuk mencegah retak–retak sehingga menjadikan beton lebih daktail dari pada beton biasa dan untuk meningkatkan kekuatan tarik beton. Pemakaian beton pada lingkungan agresif sangat berpengaruh pada keawatan dan nilai kuat tekan dan tarik beton. Struktur beton dapat dikatakan berada pada lingkungan agresif manakala beton terus-menerus berada dalam lingkungan air laut, air rawa, tanah, dan kawasan industri dimana banya terkandung sulfat, beton akan menjadi rentan terhadap serangan sulfat yang dapat mengurangi durabilitas beton dan dapat membuat beton menjadi korosi. Oleh karena itu dalam penelitian ini akan meneliti mengenai seberapa besar pengaruh variasi perendaman air PDAM Tirta Musi (pH=7) dan air rawa (pH<7) dan terhadap kuat tekan dan kuat lentur dengan tambahan serat purun tikus (eleocharis dulcis) sebesar 0.75% selama 28 hari. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Perendaman beton mutu fc’ = 20Mpa umur 28 hari menggunakan air rawa (pH=4.5), dapat menurunkan kuat tekan beton normal sebesar 11.63%, sedangkan pada beton purun tikus 0.75% sebesar 4.12%, dibanding beton perendaman air PDAM Tirta Musi (pH=6.5). Perendaman beton mutu fc’ = 20Mpa umur 28 hari menggunakan air rawa (pH=4.5), dapat menurunkan kuat lentur beton normal sebesar 14.8%, sedangkan pada beton purun tikus 0.75% sebesar 5.8%, dibanding beton perendaman air PDAM Tirta Musi (pH=6.5). Abstract

The purpose of this study is to be able to find out how the implementation of the BSPS Program affects the handling of RTLH and Extreme Poverty in Kemas Rindo Village, Kertapati District, Palembang City. The data used is secondary data from BKKBN. The data is RTLH data in Palembang City precisely during 2022. Furthermore, the data is analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis which will later show the distribution of RTLH in the city of Palembang. Other supporting data was obtained based on the Documentation of Kemas Rindo Village Based on the Type and Number of Livelihoods of residents in the Kemas Rindo Village environment, Kertapati District, Palembang City. The results of the discussion that have been presented are related to how the implementation stages of the BSPS Program in Kemas Rindo Village have run well, as evidenced by the development of 53 Habitable Self-Help Housing Units. Then, related to infrastructure, a 917-meter environmental road has also been made for community travel access in Kemas Rindo Village. The completion of RTLH and Extreme Poverty is a manifestation of the Government's concern in alleviating poverty for MBR and it is hoped that this assistance can be felt by all people in need
