Abstract

Abstract-This research was made with the aim of examining the law relating to the implementation of recall for members of the DPRD in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. Recall is regulated in Act Number 17 year 2014 about People's Consultative Assembly, the People's Representative Council, the Regional People's Representative Council. This research studied about suitability of recall implementation with the regulations and the impact on democratic system in Indonesia as a result of recall by members of the DPRD in Special Region of Yogyakarta. The author uses empirical legal research by collecting results from observations and data which supported by interviews with informants. In addition, the author is guided by the rules / regulation in Indonesia. The results of this research are the recall members of the DPRD Yogyakarta have a suitability with Act Number 17 year 2014 about People's Consultative Assembly, the People's Representative Council, the Regional Representative Council and the Regional People's Representative Council. However, the implementation of recall in accordance with these regulations cannot prevent political parties from taking their right to do recall for personal interests of the political parties.

Abstract

Abstract— Optimizing Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis) Towards Tourism Village in Karanggupito Village, Kendal District, Ngawi Regency. not to be aware of tourism in its natural potential, do not know the mapping of the area and business of guava and durian products, do not have a way of developing the quality of guava and durian fruit, and the diversification of healthy, hygienic and quality processed products in the context of economic empowerment of villagers. Limitations faced by the community build awareness and mindset of the community on natural tourism owned by the village and the large variety of plants, especially guava and durian trees which are one of the local wisdom possessed by the Karanggupito. Village community. Yodha Tama Youth Organization through integrated approaches, involving various scientific disciplines, every stage of the activity plan always involves citizens as partners and program implementers in an effort to encourage the progress of the village through the superiority of guava and durian as tourist icon icons with the aim of developing a group of people independently both economically and socially in terms of mapping the development and change area of Bukit Argo Munung tourism to become a tourist destination icon in Ngawi Regency. Keywords—: tourism awareness group (pokdarwis); tourism village; bukit tourism argo munung.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has a strategic role in reducing poverty by creating employment opportunities that people are interested in based on the skills / abilities of each person. Through entrepreneurship, the government can realize more equitable and equitable development for the community to maximize the potential advantages of natural resources. The growth of the village business cannot be separated from the participation of the community and the village government contributing to helping develop the village's potential and business. The main thing done by the village government is to provide easy permits for submitting capital from banks, promoting village potential through events held through village competitions, providing business training, capital assistance and services with related agencies. Then community participation by participating in buying products and promoting the results of the business of developing entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Development Strategy for the Bukit Argo Munung Tourism Village in Kendal District, Ngawi District. The tourism potential in each region, including in Ngawi Regency, is an opportunity for increasing tourism both in terms of quantity and quality. Thus, it can maintain the nature of reliability in its contribution to the issue of improvement and the role of tourism in relation to regional development. The research objective was to describe the Development Strategy of the Bukit Argo Munung Tourism Village in Kendal District, Ngawi District. The research findings show that the Tourism Office and Management of the Bukit Argo Munung Region tourist attraction have worked reasonably well in implementing the Tourism Development Strategy in Increasing the Number of Tourists visiting the Bukit Argo Munung Region tourist attraction.

Abstract

Abstrac--Humans are individual beings and social beings. As individual beings, humans have physical and spiritual elements, physical and psychological elements, and soul and body. The purpose of this study aims to determine the application of criminal sanctions to the crime of theft in criminal cases No: 75/Pid.B/2021/PN.Mad. This research was carried out at the Madiun District Court by making copies of decisions related to solving the problem of the crime of theft. Besides that, the researcher also conducts a literature study by examining books, literature and laws and regulations relating to the problems that will be discussed in the author's thesis. The findings obtained from this study are first, the application of criminal sanctions against the crime of theft in Criminal Case No: 75/Pid.B/2021/PN.Mad, namely violating Article 363 paragraph 1 (one) 3rd and 4th of the Criminal Code. In addition, the application of criminal sanctions imposed in the crime of theft committed by the defendant does not see the value at stake and the reasons for committing the crime, but whether or not the defendant committed the crime of theft. Second, the judge's consideration in imposing the sanction for the crime of theft in Criminal Case No: 75/Pid.B/2021/PN.Mad is based on evidence, namely witness testimony and the defendant's statement accompanied by evidence submitted by the Public Prosecutor and the facts presented by the Public Prosecutor. revealed in court. In addition, the criminal sanctions given are not aimed at destroying the future of someone who has committed a crime of theft, but to provide a deterrent effect, so as not to repeat the act and make that person better and beneficial to the country and nation.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is so that the people of Banget Village, Ngawi Regency really understand what is meant by criminal acts of corruption and corrupt behavior and the regulations for eradicating criminal acts of corruption. The history of criminal acts of corruption that have existed since the days of the kingdom, and colonization until now has not changed or not in the least. Year after year there has been no decrease in criminal acts of corruption, in fact, it has become more commonplace in society. Corruption is an extraordinary crime that results in state losses. Unethical behavior is an act that has no indication of crime but is the seed of someone who commits an act of corruption. For this reason, we conducted research on how far the public knows the types of corruption and corrupt behavior. Criminal sanctions for perpetrators of corruption are not low, but even though there have been severe sanctions, there are still many perpetrators of corruption. Corrupt behavior not all people know about the form of this corrupt behavior, the act that triggers the criminal act of corruption. So it is very necessary for the village of Banget, Ngawi Regency, to carry out prevention through anti-corruption education.

Abstract

The focus of this research is the quality services of Population and Civil Registry regarding the preparation of residence documents in Bogor City. The purpose of this research is to measure the Quality of the Service at the Population and Civil Registry in Bogor City on 2022. The theory used in this study is the Five Dimensional SERVQUAL theory according to Zeithaml, Parasuraman, and Berry in Ratminto and Winarsih which adjusted the standard operating procedures for services and policies written by the Bogor City Population and Civil Registry Service. The method used is descriptive quantitative. The population of this research is the people who make population and civil registration documents at Disdukcapil Bogor City with a sample size of 100 people. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires, observation and documentation. The sampling technique uses accidental sampling. The suggestion for this research is that the Bogor City Disdukcapil is expected to be able to improve the quality of its services to the community as service users, especially in terms of speed and accuracy, the Bogor City Disdukcapil needs to provide good physical appearance and provide more adequate supporting facilities, the Bogor City Disdukcapil is expected to increase its socialization regarding the application "Si Kancil Berlari" so that people can find out and use the application so that it can facilitate and assist the community in making population documents and civil registration

Abstract

The expected output targets are as follows: (1) Fostering national insight to the younger generation; (2) Conducting outreach the importance of the spirit of nationalism in counteracting the negative impacts of globalization; and (3) Organizing training to increase spirit of nationalism among the younger generation. Planned activities will be implemented using methods that include (1) Conseling regarding increasing the spirit of nationalism, broadening national insight and the impact of globalization on national and state life; (2) Training to enforce discipline and foster a spirit of nationalism, (3) Participation of partners in implementing this program activities includes: planning schedules and places for counseling and training activities, providing materials and props for training, providing time and energy during implementing programs and helping to seek sustainable collaboration in the context of coaching and training the younger generation. After carrying out this community service, the results of the activities can be concluded as follows: (1) The spirit of nationalism young generation who are members of the Baderan Village Youth Organization, Geneng District, Ngawi Regency has increased; (2) Increasing national insight in the younger generation; and (3) The younger generation can avoid the negative impacts of globalization of technology and information in the life.

Abstract

Abstract -- The aim of this research is to find out how the verstek decision is imposed on the defendant in a divorce case and to find out how the execution of the verstek decision affects the fulfillment of the rights of his wife and children in a divorce case. The method applied in this research is normative juridical through statutory and conceptual approaches. With primary and secondary sources of legal materials used. The results of this research are regarding the responsibility of the husband (defendant) for meeting the needs of his wife and children due to the verstek decision. The judge will give a verstek decision if a defendant does not come to court at all. The judge will give a penalty to the defendant regarding the claim for payment of maintenance, by adding "...which was paid before the defendant took the divorce certificate" to the posita and petitum of the lawsuit, if the husband in a divorce lawsuit is given the burden of maintenance and does not come, this is the same as SEMA Number 2 of 2019. With this, if the defendant wants to take the divorce certificate, he must pay for the execution first.

Abstract

The purpose of this community service is to carry out legal socialization to students at SMK PSM 2 Takeran in order to prevent and handle online gambling cases among teenagers. Methods used This research uses counseling or workshop methods as a form of educational intervention in socializing the dangers of online gambling among students. In this activity, the definition, dangers, legal basis, things that can prevent the practice of online gambling are conveyed. The results showed that SMK PSM 2 Takeran has implemented various legal socialization activities to increase students' understanding of the legal consequences of online gambling practices. Nevertheless, some challenges were found in the implementation of legal socialization, such as limited resources and lack of support from related parties. The legal repercussions that teenagers may face include criminal penalties, fines, and long-term consequences related to criminal records. Therefore, this study highlights the important role of schools in conveying information about online gambling-related laws to adolescents, as well as emphasizing the need for greater support from schools, government and other relevant institutions to increase the effectiveness of prevention efforts. The implications of this study include the development of more effective legal socialization strategies, as well as the need for collaborative efforts between various parties to address the problem of online gambling among adolescents.
