Abstract

Abstract— Optimizing Tourism Awareness Groups (Pokdarwis) Towards Tourism Village in Karanggupito Village, Kendal District, Ngawi Regency. not to be aware of tourism in its natural potential, do not know the mapping of the area and business of guava and durian products, do not have a way of developing the quality of guava and durian fruit, and the diversification of healthy, hygienic and quality processed products in the context of economic empowerment of villagers. Limitations faced by the community build awareness and mindset of the community on natural tourism owned by the village and the large variety of plants, especially guava and durian trees which are one of the local wisdom possessed by the Karanggupito. Village community. Yodha Tama Youth Organization through integrated approaches, involving various scientific disciplines, every stage of the activity plan always involves citizens as partners and program implementers in an effort to encourage the progress of the village through the superiority of guava and durian as tourist icon icons with the aim of developing a group of people independently both economically and socially in terms of mapping the development and change area of Bukit Argo Munung tourism to become a tourist destination icon in Ngawi Regency. Keywords—: tourism awareness group (pokdarwis); tourism village; bukit tourism argo munung.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship has a strategic role in reducing poverty by creating employment opportunities that people are interested in based on the skills / abilities of each person. Through entrepreneurship, the government can realize more equitable and equitable development for the community to maximize the potential advantages of natural resources. The growth of the village business cannot be separated from the participation of the community and the village government contributing to helping develop the village's potential and business. The main thing done by the village government is to provide easy permits for submitting capital from banks, promoting village potential through events held through village competitions, providing business training, capital assistance and services with related agencies. Then community participation by participating in buying products and promoting the results of the business of developing entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Development Strategy for the Bukit Argo Munung Tourism Village in Kendal District, Ngawi District. The tourism potential in each region, including in Ngawi Regency, is an opportunity for increasing tourism both in terms of quantity and quality. Thus, it can maintain the nature of reliability in its contribution to the issue of improvement and the role of tourism in relation to regional development. The research objective was to describe the Development Strategy of the Bukit Argo Munung Tourism Village in Kendal District, Ngawi District. The research findings show that the Tourism Office and Management of the Bukit Argo Munung Region tourist attraction have worked reasonably well in implementing the Tourism Development Strategy in Increasing the Number of Tourists visiting the Bukit Argo Munung Region tourist attraction.

Abstract

Adanya pengembangan usaha mikro oleh Pemerintah Kota Madiun dalam program Lapak UMKM yang dimulai sejak tahun 2020 dan terus berlanjut sampai sekarang disetiap kelurahan yang ada di Kota Madiun utamanya di Kelurahan Kejuron Kecamatan Taman. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif. Informan yang diwawancara adalah Lurah Kejuron selaku Pemerintah Kota Madiun, Pengelola Lapak dan Pedagang Lapak. Untuk mengumpulkan data dilakukanpengamatan atau observasi, wawancara serta dokumentasi. Untuk mengukur keabsahan data peneliti menggunakan triangulasi dari berbagai sumber-sumber. Untuk menganalisis data, teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah mereduksi data, menyajikan data dan menarik kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan usaha yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Madiun sudah berjalan dengan baik terbukti dengan meningkatnya omset dan prospek positif hasil penjualan yang ditunjukkan para pedagang lapak. Namun demikian beberapa kendala harus menjadi fokus kedepan guna berhasilnya pengembangan umkm dalam program lapak dengan maksimal utammanya di Kelurahan Kejuron dan lebih luas di Kota Madiun

Abstract

The expected output targets are as follows: (1) Fostering national insight to the younger generation; (2) Conducting outreach the importance of the spirit of nationalism in counteracting the negative impacts of globalization; and (3) Organizing training to increase spirit of nationalism among the younger generation. Planned activities will be implemented using methods that include (1) Conseling regarding increasing the spirit of nationalism, broadening national insight and the impact of globalization on national and state life; (2) Training to enforce discipline and foster a spirit of nationalism, (3) Participation of partners in implementing this program activities includes: planning schedules and places for counseling and training activities, providing materials and props for training, providing time and energy during implementing programs and helping to seek sustainable collaboration in the context of coaching and training the younger generation. After carrying out this community service, the results of the activities can be concluded as follows: (1) The spirit of nationalism young generation who are members of the Baderan Village Youth Organization, Geneng District, Ngawi Regency has increased; (2) Increasing national insight in the younger generation; and (3) The younger generation can avoid the negative impacts of globalization of technology and information in the life.

Abstract

The transition period from childhood to adulthood often causes adolescents to experience problems. This period occurs between the ages of 10 and 19 and is not yet married. The Perdoski report states that the number of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) in adolescents in Indonesia continues to increase from 2017. Adolescent exposure to STDs can be triggered by juvenile delinquency such as premarital sexual intercourse, drugs, free sex which of course has an impact on extramarital pregnancy, school dropouts, early marriage, abortion, risky childbirth, sexually transmitted diseases. The effort to anticipate juvenile delinquency is through the establishment of Posyandu Remaja. Posyandu Remaja is part of the ARU (Children, Adolescents and Elderly) Programme, as a flagship programme of the Ministry of Health and is implemented in the Madiun District Health Office. This programme promotes a preventive approach because it is centred on primary health care activities in a holistic manner. The implementation of this program is the result of collaboration between lecturers and students of Universitas Merdeka Madiun Real Work Lecture with UPTD Puskesmas Geger District, Madiun Regency in a community service program which aims to provide socialisation of adolescent posyandu through health education on how to address problems during puberty. This activity was attended by young people in Banaran Village, Geger District, Madiun Regency, health education activities were provided through the lecture method and at the end of the activity an evaluation of adolescent knowledge was carried out. The results of community service activities show that adolescents have increased knowledge about how to respond to problems at puberty. Similar coaching activities can be used as a preventive measure carried out on an ongoing basis and can be developed towards regular health screening, especially STDs in adolescents.

Abstract

This research explores student perceptions of the legitimacy of the People’s Representative Council (DPR) in Indonesia following national demonstration actions. It investigates how political demonstrations have influenced public trust and the perceived legitimacy of the DPR, particularly among the younger generation—students—who play an essential role in shaping democratic processes. Using a qualitative research design, the study examines cognitive, affective, and conative aspects of student perceptions through interviews, observations, and documentary analysis. The results indicate that students are generally critical of the DPR, citing concerns over transparency, accountability, and responsiveness. Although students acknowledge the importance of the DPR, they perceive a gap between its ideal role and its actual performance, particularly in legislative processes. Students expressed disappointment and disillusionment with the DPR, although some still hold hope for reform. The findings highlight a growing trend of youth-driven political participation, with students actively engaging in political discourse and demonstrations. The study suggests that improving communication, transparency, and responsiveness to public aspirations can enhance the legitimacy of the DPR.

Abstract

Public Service Malls (Mal Pelayanan Publik/MPP) were developed in Indonesia to improve the accessibility, efficiency, and integration of public services through a one-stop service system. This study aims to analyze the quality of public services at the Public Service Mall of Madiun Regency using the SERVQUAL dimensions: tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy. A qualitative case study approach was employed to obtain an in-depth understanding of service implementation from the perspectives of both service providers and service users. Data were collected through observations, semi-structured interviews, and documentation involving six informants consisting of service officers from Dukcapil, DPMPTSP, BPJS, and Bapenda, as well as two community members. Data were analyzed using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings show that the overall quality of public services at the MPP of Madiun Regency is relatively good. Adequate facilities, consistent procedures, responsive officers, professional service attitudes, and empathetic interactions contribute positively to public service experiences. However, several challenges remain, including queue congestion, unstable digital systems, limited infrastructure, and the use of administrative language that is difficult for some users to understand. The study concludes that strengthening digital infrastructure, communication clarity, queue management, and human-centered service practices is important for improving integrated public service quality.

Abstract

Indonesia saat ini sedang menghadapi bonus demografi yang ditandai dengan dominasi penduduk usia produktif, khususnya Generasi Z. Meskipun demikian, tingginya angka pengangguran usia muda dan terbatasnya kesempatan kerja masih menjadi tantangan utama, terutama bagi lulusan baru. Sebagai upaya mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, pemerintah mencanangkan agenda kebijakan penciptaan 19 juta lapangan pekerjaan untuk meningkatkan penyerapan tenaga kerja dan partisipasi ekonomi generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses agenda setting rencana kebijakan 19 juta lapangan pekerjaan bagi Generasi Z fresh graduate di Kota Madiun serta mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi efektivitasnya. Penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan DPRD Kota Madiun, Dinas Tenaga Kerja, serta Generasi Z fresh graduate sebagai informan penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa agenda kebijakan tersebut telah memperoleh perhatian publik melalui media sosial dan saluran informasi resmi. Namun, kedalaman informasi, konsistensi pemberitaan, dan kredibilitas sumber informasi masih belum optimal sehingga menimbulkan keraguan di kalangan Generasi Z terhadap implementasi kebijakan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan agenda setting sangat bergantung pada komunikasi publik yang efektif, sumber informasi yang kredibel, literasi media yang baik, serta realisasi program yang dapat dirasakan secara langsung oleh masyarakat sasaran.
