Abstract

The transition period from childhood to adulthood often causes adolescents to experience problems. This period occurs between the ages of 10 and 19 and is not yet married. The Perdoski report states that the number of sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) in adolescents in Indonesia continues to increase from 2017. Adolescent exposure to STDs can be triggered by juvenile delinquency such as premarital sexual intercourse, drugs, free sex which of course has an impact on extramarital pregnancy, school dropouts, early marriage, abortion, risky childbirth, sexually transmitted diseases. The effort to anticipate juvenile delinquency is through the establishment of Posyandu Remaja. Posyandu Remaja is part of the ARU (Children, Adolescents and Elderly) Programme, as a flagship programme of the Ministry of Health and is implemented in the Madiun District Health Office. This programme promotes a preventive approach because it is centred on primary health care activities in a holistic manner. The implementation of this program is the result of collaboration between lecturers and students of Universitas Merdeka Madiun Real Work Lecture with UPTD Puskesmas Geger District, Madiun Regency in a community service program which aims to provide socialisation of adolescent posyandu through health education on how to address problems during puberty. This activity was attended by young people in Banaran Village, Geger District, Madiun Regency, health education activities were provided through the lecture method and at the end of the activity an evaluation of adolescent knowledge was carried out. The results of community service activities show that adolescents have increased knowledge about how to respond to problems at puberty. Similar coaching activities can be used as a preventive measure carried out on an ongoing basis and can be developed towards regular health screening, especially STDs in adolescents.

Abstract

Abstract— This study aims to determine the credit management carried out at Perumda BPR Madiun Regency in an effort to minimize non-performing loans, to find out what factors cause non-performing loans to Perumda BPR Madiun Regency. On the other hand, it is to find out the handling of non-performing loans at Perumda BPR Madiun Regency. This type of research is a descriptive research. Data obtained from primary data, namely data obtained from informants directly and secondary data in the form of documents or previous research. Data collection techniques namely interviews, observation and review of written documents. The results of the study show that credit management carried out at Perumda BPR Madiun Regency in an effort to minimize non-performing loans has been able to run effectively. This is because the implementation of credit management carried out at Perumda BPR Madiun Regency in an effort to minimize non-performing loans is in accordance with POJK No. 13/POJK.03/2015. As well as the factors that cause problem loans, namely internal factors originating from the Perumda BPR Madiun Regency and external factors originating from the debtor. In addition, the handling of non-performing loans at Perumda BPR Madiun Regency takes the form of rescheduling, reconditioning and restructuring.

Abstract

Abstract. Bullying and violence are two problems that children often face in school environments. The impact of this behavior can threaten children's psyche and make them reluctant to go to school. This community service aims to provide education to elementary school students in Madiun City through an anti-violence and anti-bullying counseling process. The implementation method is carried out by means of lectures, interactive video screenings, singing activities, and Q&A. The results of the activity showed that all students actively participated in this activity and the findings showed that there were still students who were perpetrators or victims of bullying and minor violence. The bullying that occurred was identical to mocking parents' names while minor violence occurred between male students. After the counseling was carried out, in the question and answer session, students had the desire to change and avoid this behavior. This is indicated by the average accuracy of the number of students who have understood anti-violence and bullying after the counseling was carried out, namely with an average value of 235.75 or 93.5%. The counseling activities carried out are a form of cooperation between universities and schools to prevent violence and bullying in children. Through this process, a new, creative, and innovative learning process occurs in preventing violence and bullying.   Abstrak. Perundungan (bullying) dan kekerasan adalah dua hal masalah anak yang saat ini masih sering terjadi di lingkungan sekolah. Dampak perilaku tersebut dapat mengancam psikis anak dan enggan memiliki minat bersekolah. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kepada siswa sekolah dasar di Kota Madiun melalui proses penyuluhan anti kekerasan dan anti bullying. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan cara ceramah, penayangan video interaktif, kegiatan bernyanyi, dan tanya jawab. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa seluruh siswa berpartisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan ini dan hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa masih terdapat siswa yang menjadi pelaku maupun korban bullying dan kekerasan ringan. Bullying yang terjadi identik dengan mengejek nama orang tua sedangkan kekerasan ringan terjadi antar siswa laki-laki. Selepas penyuluhan dilakukan, pada sesi tanya jawab siswa memiliki keinginan untuk berubah dan menghindari perilaku tersebut. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan akurasi rata-rata angka siswa yang telah memahami anti kekerasan dan bullying setelah dilakukan penyuluhan yaitu dengan nilai rata-rata 235,75 atau 93,5%. Kegiatan penyuluhan yang lakukan merupakan bentuk kerjasama Perguruan Tinggi dan sekolah untuk mencegah kekerasan dan bullying pada anak. Melalui proses ini terjadi proses pembelajaran baru, kreatif, dan inovatif dalam pencegahan kekerasan dan bullying.
