Abstract

In research has been conducted to measure individual daily in January 2022 which is included in the Top 10 best stocks version of kontan.co.id risk and profit level using the Value at Risk (VaR) approach. The research method used to analyze the data refers to the Historical Simulation Model approach. The data used is the daily asset return data obtained from the daily closing price of shares during the January 2021 period. The results of the VaR method approach are Historical Simulation. The model shows CMPP stock with a risk of 91 million. The measurement results show that if the funds invested are Rp. 500,000,000.00 with a 95% confidence level, the period is 21 days.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of technology, features, and data security on the decision to use the AJAIB application as an application for investment. The data collection method used in this study uses a descriptive method with a regression approach and Nagelkerke R Square is a method that aims to describe the magnitude of the influence and relationship of something that is ongoing at the time the research is conducted. The population in this study are people who use AJAIB applications who are domiciled in the DKI Jakarta area. The data analysis technique used by the author in this study is to use validity testing tools, reliability tests, Likert scales, binary logistic regression tests, and Nagelkerke R Square tests. The results in this study are, technology variables, features and data security have a positive and significant effect

Abstract

Covid 19 has become a very serious problem for many people wherever they are, both at home and abroad. This has been shown by the occurrence of various events that have shaken the governments of world countries where they have to overcome problems that arise both from within and from abroad. Covid 19 has become an important topic in the last 3 years since it was first detected in 2019 in the city of Wuhan, China. The death of humans in very large numbers and also in other countries due to contagion spread through people traveling from one country to another has made the problems caused by Covid 19 a formidable challenge for every country, where every The state must be able to regulate the travel process of its citizens entering and leaving the country, on the other hand the government must also regulate the process of accepting foreign nationals who will enter or leave a country. Taking into account these things, it can be observed that there is a significant influence and impact on the economy of a region or country that is affected by human movements, both between countries and those occurring within the country. The existence of movement restrictions to reduce the spread of the virus that occurs from human or person-to-person meetings has resulted in a decrease in the level or number of transactions that occurred during this period or since Covid 19 was detected in 2019 and even now the impact is still being felt until now.

Abstract

It is undeniable that every company can be sure that in carrying out its business always aims to get maximum profit or high return, indeed there are types of companies or business entities that are formed to achieve certain targets that are not related to profit achievement, for example non-profit companies. Non-profit companies whose activities focus on, among others, for purposes related to humanity, nature conservation, and others. Specifically related to companies that are generally engaged in selling services and or goods, it can be said that their orientation is to achieve the maximum profit in running their business. When the number of transactions or buying and selling activities is not too much, it is certainly not a big problem for the company to record transactions manually where the data can also be accessed manually to find out the company's performance and profits for a certain period, but if the company has become large, where the number of goods and or services traded has reached a high enough number and at the same time the company's activities are increasingly complex and complicated, so at that time of course the way of recording transactions or company activities manually would no longer be reliable for serve the needs of the company in monitoring the development of the company's performance including recording company profits for a certain period. Holding a better recording process by using a computer-based information system management approach to record, manage, monitor and move the company so that from time to time it can improve company performance and at the same time increase company profits, this is an option that is not an option. undeniable and need to be taken by the company.

Abstract

Research has been conducted to measure individual risk with profit level using the Value at Risk (VaR) approach. The research method used to analyze the data with refers to the Historical Simulation Model approach. The data used is the daily asset return data obtained from the daily closing price of shares during the January 2022 period. The results of the VaR method approach are Historical Simulation. The model shows NICL (PT Pam Mineral Tbk)stock with a risk of 30 million to 40 million. The measurement results show that if the funds invested are Rp. 500,000,000.00 with a 95% confidence level, the period is 1 year 248 days from published stock data of each company.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and predict turnover intention, leadership style role, job satisfaction and employee compensation of manufacturing companies in Bekasi, West Java. This study uses primary data obtained through questionnaires that have been distributed directly through google forms to manufacturing employees. The population in this study is 344 manufacturing employees. Where the sample was taken using the slovin formula using the probability sampling method as many as 185 people. The data that has been obtained are processed with PLS-SEM to test the outer model, inner model and hypothesis test. The first stage is to compile a questionnaire with the basis of the dimensions and indicators of each variable studied. The second stage conducts testing for all research variables. The findings of this study show that leadership style has no influence on turnover intention, while job satisfaction and compensation have a negative influence on turnover intention
