Abstract

Abstrak Pengembangan sistem pada toko kosmetik FRESHSKIN BEAUTYCARE pada bagian konsultasi untuk meningkatkan loyalitas pelanggan. Sistem konsultasi yang awalnya yang berlangsung hanya melalui obrolan di media sosial. Sistem konsultasi saat ini belum dapat di data dengan akurat dan belum menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan. Sistem konsultasi kemudian kemudian dikembangkan dengan sistem web yang dirancang dengan metode Rapid Application Developoment (RAD) dengan format rancangan User Interface (UI). Prototype yang dhasilkan mampu menyediakan kemudahahan pelanggan untuk mendapatkan konsultasi kecantikan secara virtual sebagai strategi customer relationship management. Mekanisme layanan konsultasi virtual ini diberikan kepada pelanggan yang telah berbelanja produk skincare. Pelanggan dapat memilih jadwal konsultasi dan mendapat layanan konsultasi virtual yang diberikan oleh beauty advisor dari brand skincare yang bekerja sama dengan toko FRESHSKIN BEAUTYCARE. Hasil konsultasi dapat direkam dan pelanggan dapat memberikan testimoni dan rating atas pelayanan konsultasi. Pengalaman mendapatkan layanan konsultasi virtual ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan interaksi dengan pelanggan dan lebih jauh akan mendorong pelanggan untuk kembali bertransaksi. Sistem layanan konsultasi virtual ini juga memudahkan pemilik untuk melihat produk apa yang paling laku terjual secara aktual. Kata kunci: desain prototipe, antar muka, konsultasi virtual, manajemen relasi konsumen   Abstract [User Interface Prototype Design Virtual Beauty Care Consultation As A Strategy For Implementing Customer Relationship Management] System Development at the FRESHSKIN BEAUTYCARE cosmetic store in the consultation section to increase customer loyalty. The initial consultation system only took place via chat on social media. The current consultation system cannot provide accurate data and does not yet show the level of customer satisfaction. The consultation system was then developed using a web system designed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method with a User Interface (UI) design format. The resulting prototype can make it easy for customers to get virtual beauty consultations as a customer relationship management strategy. This virtual consultation service is provided to customers who shop for skincare products. Customers can choose a consultation schedule and receive virtual consultation services provided by beauty advisors from skincare brands that collaborate with FRESHSKIN BEAUTYCARE stores. Consultation results can be recorded and customers can provide testimonials and ratings on consultation services. The experience of getting virtual consultation services aims to increase customer interaction and will further encourage customers to return to transactions. This virtual consulting service system also makes it easier for owners to see what products are selling best. Abstract

Penggunaan kecerdasan buatan (AI) dalam industri maritim semakin berkembang sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, keselamatan pelayaran, dan keamanan maritim. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mensosialisasikan pemanfaatan AI dalam tata laksana maritim kepada taruna dan taruni Akademi Maritim "Djadajat". Metode yang digunakan meliputi ceramah interaktif, demonstrasi teknologi, serta diskusi kelompok terarah. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test dan post-test menggunakan skala Likert untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman peserta. Hasil menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan dalam pemahaman konsep AI, penerapan dalam navigasi dan pengelolaan pelabuhan, serta kesiapan peserta dalam menghadapi digitalisasi maritim. Sosialisasi ini berkontribusi dalam mempersiapkan SDM maritim yang lebih kompetitif dan inovatif dalam menghadapi revolusi industri 4.0 di sektor maritim Indonesia.

Abstract

Abstrak Perpustakaan Atma Luhur yang saat ini berfungsi sebagai sarana pendukung dan penyedia literatur ilmiah untuk pembelajaran, penelitian, dan pengabdian masyarakat, juga menjadi repository untuk tulisan ilmiah seperti skripsi dan tugas akhir mahasiswa. Layanan repository disediakan dalam format digital agar memudahkan mahasiswa untuk mengaksesnya secara terbuka. Sistem layanan repository digital berbasis web ini sudah beroperasi sejak 2018 dan belum pernah diaudit. Audit sistem informasi diperlukan untuk memantau apakah layanan telah berjalan sesuai dengan visi dan misi perpustakaan dan perguruan tinggi. Pada penelitian kali ini, fokus audit sistem informasi menggunakan kerangka COBIT 4.1. khususnya domain Monitor dan Evaluate (ME). Domain ME ini menunjukkan penilaian perguruan tinggi atau Monitoring Process (ME1), lalu pengawasan internal agar sesuai peraturan kampus atau Internal Control Adequacy (ME2). Berikutnya adalah pengawasan terhadap peraturan eksternal yang terkait atau Regulatory Compliance (ME3), dan pengawasan terhadap keselarasan peraturan, pemanfaatan IT dan tujuan bisnis secara umum atau External Requirement Alignment (ME4). Audit ini melibatkan tiga responden yaitu Kepala Perpustakaan dan dua staf perpustakaan. Hasil olah data menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kematangan sistem saat ini berada di level 3, artinya prosedur telah berjalan baik, namun ada potensi kesalahan yang tak terdeteksi. Rekomendasi peningkatan di masa depan, adalah memperkuat pengawasan internal dan eksternal, serta melibatkan beberapa mekanisme tambahan seperti peningkatan keamanan layanan. Kata kunci: Monitor and Evaluate (ME), Institusional Repository, Audit Sistem Informasi, COBIT 4.1.   Abstract [Analysis of Maturity Level in the Monitor and Evaluate (ME) Domain of the Institutional Repository (IR) System at University Libraries] Atma Luhur Library, which currently functions as a means of supporting and providing scientific literature for learning, research, and community service, has also become a repository for scientific writings such as theses and student final assignments. The repository service is provided in digital format to make it easier for students to access it openly. This web-based digital repository service system has been operating since 2018 and has never been audited. Information system audits are needed to monitor whether services are running in accordance with the vision and mission of libraries and universities. In this research, the focus of the information system audit uses the COBIT 4.1 framework. especially the Monitor and Evaluate (ME) domain. This ME domain shows the college assessment or Monitoring Process (ME1), then internal supervision to comply with campus regulations or Internal Control Adequacy (ME2). Next is supervision of related external regulations or Regulatory Compliance (ME3), and supervision of regulatory alignment, IT utilization and general business objectives or External Requirement Alignment (ME4). This audit involved three respondents, namely the Head of the Library and two library staff. The results of data processing show that the current system maturity level is at level 3, meaning that procedures have been running well, but there is the potential for undetected errors. Recommendations for future improvement are to strengthen internal supervision and improve the quality of the system. Abstract

Abstrak Dalam dunia penyiaran, pelanggaran siaran tidak asing lagi didengar telinga yang menampilkan hal-hal yang dilarang ditayang kepada publik. Komisi Penyiaran Indonesia Daerah (KPID) sebagai lembaga negara yang mengawasi pelanggaran siaran, dimana terdapat laporan aduan siaran namun belum tertera melalui sistem berbentuk website. Melakukan pelaporan dengan melalui aplikasi whatsapp dan mendatangi langsung menjadi halangan bagi masyarakat membuat pengaduan. Demikian dianjurkan suatu inovasi berbentuk digital bagi instansi untuk layanan masyarakat membuat pengaduan dengan tidak perlu mendatangi instansi. Desain pengaduan website ini akan didampingi dan mengikuti tahapan metode prototyping dimana agar terbentuk suatu rancangan pengaduan pelanggaran siaran yang mumpuni bagi suatu instansi. Selain itu, rancangan yang akan dibuat ini tentunya dapat memberikan harapan bagi instansi untuk memiliki pengaduan yang berbasis web. Ini akan menguntungkan instansi karena bentuk pengaduan yang tersistem memungkinkan instansi maju dalam teknologi sehingga orang tidak perlu mengunjungi instansi secara langsung. Dalam penelitian mendatang, diharapkan suatu instansi dapat memiliki website pengaduan yang tertata dan teratur dalam sistem. Kata kunci: KPID, desain web, pengaduan pelanggaran siaran, metode prototyping   Abstract [Web Design Of Digital Innovation Complaints On Broadcasting Violations At The Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission Using The Prototyping Method] In the world of broadcasting, broadcast violations are no stranger to the ears that display things that are prohibited from being broadcast to the public. The Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) as a state institution that oversees broadcast violations, where there are reports of broadcast complaints but have not been listed through a website system. Reporting via the WhatsApp application and visiting in person is an obstacle for the public to make complaints. Thus, a digital innovation is recommended for agencies for public services to make complaints without having to visit the agency. The design of this website complaint will be accompanied and follow the stages of the prototyping method so that a draft of a qualified broadcast violation complaint is formed for an agency. In addition, the design that will be made can certainly provide hope for agencies to have web-based complaints. This will benefit agencies because the systematic form of complaints allows agencies to advance in technology so that people do not need to visit the agency directly. In future research, it is hoped that an agency can have a complaint website that is organized and organized in the system. Abstract

In Pangkalpinang City and its surroundings, people who need sacrificial animals only look for them in their area. However, currently marketing sacrificial animals can also use a web-based system. CV. Ternak Sejahtera developed its marketing system with a web system to reach customers outside Pangkalpinang. The development of this marketing system was carried out using the Rapid Application Development method which is able to accommodate user needs well and repeat the system analysis and design process if there are changes to system requirements. This web-based system is designed so that customers can view sacrificial animals and make transactions online. The system also provides installment payment facilities for customers who purchased long ago. Customers also receive a service to deliver sacrificial animals with the guarantee that the animals are in good health and meet the requirements for sacrificial animals.

Abstract

SMK Negeri 1 Simpang Katis is a vocational school focused on industrial mechanics education with various majors such as industrial vehicle engineering, motorcycle business and engineering, multimedia, software engineering, and electrical power installation engineering. Currently, the practical equipment loan system is still manual, often resulting in unorganized records, data loss, and difficulties in monitoring equipment usage. An audit using the COBIT 5 framework could help identify weaknesses in the current system and provide recommendations for improvement. By implementing a more structured approach to equipment management, the school can enhance accountability, streamline operations, and ultimately better support its students' hands-on learning experiences. f Furthermore, investing in a digital management system could facilitate real-time tracking of equipment loans, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and easily accessible. This transition simplifies the auditing process and fosters a culture of responsibility among students and staff, leading to more effective utilization of resources. The framework indicates that all analyzed subdomains are still at Level 1 (Performed Process), while the expected target is Level 3 (Established Process). This means the system is operational but not yet well-documented or standardized. This study employs a gap analysis method by comparing the current condition with the desired target. The results reveal a significant gap in several subdomains, with an average score ranging from 1.5 to 2.5. Subdomains with the lowest scores, such as BAI02 (1.8) and BAI05 (1.9), highlight the need for better planning and system implementation. Therefore, this study recommends digitalizing the loan system, standardizing procedures through SOP development, enhancing control mechanisms, and providing user training to make the system more efficient, transparent, and well-documented.

Abstract

Keripik Afacherry is a Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) specializing in various flavors of light snack chips, officially established in 2017. Digital transformation plays a crucial role in enhancing the efficiency and competitiveness of MSMEs in the Industry 4.0 era. This study focuses on developing a web-based platform for ordering and logistics using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to address the challenges of the still predominantly manual system. Currently, the business relies on three sales methods: conventional (offline retail), social media, and e-commerce, all of which require manual interactions for stock checking, order confirmation, and payment validation. Using the RAD approach, the system is developed iteratively with key features such as digital payment integration, real-time order tracking, and automated inventory management. The findings indicate that implementing a web-based system can reduce order recording errors, accelerate distribution, and improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Furthermore, digitalized logistics provide benefits in more accurate stock management and optimized delivery processes. Therefore, further development is necessary to enhance data security, optimize the user interface (UI/UX), and conduct sales data analysis to support more strategic business decision-making. The system simplifies previously manual ordering and logistics workflows, reduces the risk of data entry errors through a more structured digital system, and provides a foundational design ready for implementation in MSMEs.. This research is expected to serve as an innovative solution for MSMEs in overcoming digitalization challenges and increasing competitiveness in an increasingly dynamic market

Abstract

PAUD (Early Childhood Education) Mutiara Bunda is one of the educational institutions that has a very large role in the success of education. At PAUD Mutiara Bunda, currently it has not implemented a computerized sistem (manual), especially in making teaching modules so that it often takes a long time and costs a lot of money in printing and often loses the teaching module printout. Therefore, the researcher designed a prototype for developing a web-based teaching module using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation model in designing a web sistem prototype so as to produce a sistem that suits user needs. At the design stage, the researcher used the UML and Figma prototypes. The results of this study are a prototype of a web sistem for developing teaching modules that can make it easier for teachers to process teaching modules and can help parents see their children's learning activities.

Abstract

Abstract The quality of rice varieties is a crucial aspect in supporting food security and productivity of the agricultural sector. This study aims to identify the main factors that determine the quality of various rice varieties using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method was chosen because of its ability to process decisions systematically and structured. The factors analyzed include productivity, resistance to pests and diseases, planting period, quality of grain and rice, adaptation to the environment, and efficiency of production costs. Data were obtained through questionnaires and field surveys. The results of the analysis showed that resistance to pests and diseases was the most dominant criterion (24.8%), while superior varieties were the best choice with the highest weight (33.8%). This study is expected to be a reference for farmers and stakeholders in determining rice varieties that are appropriate to land conditions and local needs.

Abstract

The performance of teachers in educational institutions needs to have an appreciation and assessment that has a basis. Teacher performance assessment is one of the bases for decision making related to the career of the teacher. To improve the quality and accuracy of performance appraisal, this study designs a web-based teacher performance assessment decision support system. The Decision Support System method used is Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP), and information system design uses the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) method. Respondents in this study were deputy principals, teacher representatives, and committee representatives. The results of the calculation of the respondent questionnaire were carried out with a paired comparison matrix. The results of the combined calculation showed that the first level criteria which were the highest weighted were Social with a weight of 33.4% and the alternative teacher with the best performance was Vera Asmara with a value of 22.9%.
