Abstract

This research aims to find out the similarities or differences in learning management implemented in Formal Diniyah Education (PDF) Ulya DDI Mangkoso and SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School of Bukit Baruga. This research uses comparative type research with descriptive qualitative approaches. The results of the study concluded that: (1) Learning plan on PDF Ulya DDI Mangkoso does not yet have standard learning tools such as syllabus, lesson plan, semester and annual programs, because the education unit is still new and does not have a standard format set by the ministry of religion, in contrast to SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School. (2) The organization of learning in PDF Ulya DDI Mangkoso has been carried out well through the roles and responsibilities of all parties concerned ranging from the Head of Madrasah, Dormitory Builder, Ustadz / teacher especially to the Islamic students’ organization in it that supports each other. While in SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School, the organization of learning has been carried out by existing SOPs, but still often gets its challenges. (3) The implementation of learning in PDF Ulya DDI Mangkoso has been running by its learning system, namely madrasy, halaqy, and idhafi system, and these three systems have been running by its characteristics as a boarding school, as well as SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School, the implementation of learning has been running well by its characteristics as a formal education unit under the Ministry of Education. (4) The evaluation of learning in PDF Ulya DDI Mangkoso has been going well by the provisions set by the national education office, namely by carrying out cognitive, psychomotor, and effective assessments, similar to the evaluation of learning carried out at SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School, but the method of implementation sometimes has differences. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persamaan atau perbedaan manajemen pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan pada Pendidikan Diniyah Formal (PDF) Ulya DDI Mangkoso dan SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School Bukit Baruga. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian jenis komparatif dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa : (1) Perencanaan pembelajaran pada PDF Ulya DDI Mangkoso belum memiliki perangkat pembelajaran yang baku seperti silabus, RPP, Program semester dan tahunan, karena satuan pendidikannya masih baru dan belum memiliki format standar yang ditetapkan oleh kementrian agama, berbeda dengan SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School. (2) Pengorganisasian pembelajaran pada PDF Ulya DDI Mangkoso sudah terlaksana dengan baik melalui peran dan tanggung jawab seluruh pihak yang terkait mulai dari Kepala Madrasah, Pembina Asrama, Ustadz/guru terlebih lagi kepada organisasi santri yang ada didalamnya yang saling mendukung antara satu dengan lainnya. Sementara di SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School, pengorganisasian pembelajarannya sudah terlaksana sesuai dengan SOP yang ada, namun masih sering mendapatkan tantangan tersendiri. (3) Pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada PDF Ulya DDI Mangkoso telah berjalan sesuai dengan sistem pembelajarannya yaitu sistem madrasy, halaqy, dan idhafi, dan ketiga sistem ini sudah berjalan sesuai dengan karakteristiknya sebagai pondok pesantren, sama halnya dengan SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School pelaksanaan pembelajarannya sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan karakteristiknya sebagai satuan pendidikan formal di bawah Kemendikbud. (4) Evaluasi pembelajaran pada PDF Ulya DDI Mangkoso sudah berjalan dengan baik sesuai dengan ketentuan yang ditetapkan oleh dinas pendidikan nasional yaitu dengan melaksanakan penilaian kognitif, psikomotorik, dan efektif, sama dengan evaluasi pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan pada SMA Islam Athirah Boarding School, namun metode pelaksanaannya terkadang memiliki perbedaan.

Abstract

This research was conducted to evaluate and analyze inclusive education programs in elementary schools in the city of Mataram. This study is focused on: 1). The aims, objectives and needs of the community for inclusive education, 2). Plans and strategies for inclusive education programs which include; human resources, curriculum, and facilities at the provincial education office, 3). program implementation; capacity building, technical assistance and program monitoring and 4) Inclusive school performance results. This research uses mixed methods; quantitative and qualitative approaches. Quantitative data were collected through simple questionnaires and qualitative through FGDs, in-depth interviews, and observations. Data were analyzed using the CIPP approach to summarize and determine recommendations. The program evaluation criteria are divided into 4 criteria, namely: 1). Context, consisting of community goals and needs for inclusive education programs, 2). Inputs; plans and strategies for human resources, curriculum and school facilities, 3). Process; implementation of capacity building, technical assistance, and monitoring, 4). Outer; school performance. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi dan menganalisis program pendidikan inklusi pada sekolah dasar di Kota Mataram. Kajian ini difokuskan pada: 1). Maksud, tujuan, dan kebutuhan masyarakat terhadap pendidikan inklusif, 2). Rencana dan strategi program pendidikan inklusif yang meliputi; sumber daya manusia, kurikulum, dan fasilitas di dinas pendidikan provinsi, 3). pelaksanaan program; peningkatan kapasitas, pendampingan teknis dan monitoring program dan 4) Hasil kinerja sekolah inklusi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran; pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner sederhana dan kualitatif melalui FGD, wawancara mendalam, dan observasi. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan pendekatan CIPP untuk merangkum dan menentukan rekomendasi. Kriteria evaluasi program dibagi menjadi 4 kriteria yaitu: 1). Konteks, terdiri dari tujuan dan kebutuhan masyarakat akan program pendidikan inklusif, 2). Input; rencana dan strategi sumber daya manusia, kurikulum dan fasilitas sekolah,3). Proses; pelaksanaan peningkatan kapasitas, pendampingan teknis, dan pemantauan, 4). Luaran; kinerja sekolah.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the management of Al-Qur'an memorization learning at Athirah Racing Centre Islamic Elementary School. This study uses a qualitative approach with a case study method, data collection methods through interviews, observation, and documentation. The case study raised in this study, seeks to uncover the phenomenon of several students who have successfully achieved memorization targets by participating in the boarding school (dormitory) program, which is a flagship program of Athirah Racing Centre Islamic Elementary School. The results of the study show that the management of Al-Qur'an memorization learning at Athirah Racing Centre Islamic Elementary School covers planning, implementation, and evaluation. Planning is carried out through group mapping, setting target memorization achievement, and scheduling. Implementation involves the use of effective methods by following the UMMI learning method stages, such as opening, brainstorming or muroja'ah, concept planting, concept understanding, practice or skills, evaluation (teacher listens and assesses student memorization one by one), and closing. Evaluation is carried out to measure the achievement of student targets in memorization, including periodic evaluation, memorization test and Al-Qur'an sema'an test. This case study also reveals that the management of Al-Qur'an memorization learning at Athirah Racing Centre Islamic Elementary School faces its own challenges, namely the diversity of individual student abilities in memorizing the Qur'an. However, Athirah Racing Centre Islamic Elementary School is able to overcome these challenges through solutions such as strengthening the role of teachers in teaching memorization, providing motivation, and applying innovative and varied methods in Al-Qur'an memorization learning. Based on the results of this study, it is recommended to optimize the role of teachers in facilitating Al-Qur'an memorization learning, develop learning methods and strategies that meet the needs of students, and establish cooperation with parents and the community to support the effectiveness of the Al-Qur'an memorization program. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji manajemen pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur'an di SD Islam Athirah Racing Centre. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, metode pengumpulan data  melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Studi kasus yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini, berupaya mengungkap fenomena beberapa siswa yang berhasil  mencapai target hafalan dengan mengikuti program boarding school (asrama), yang merupakan program unggulan dari SD Islam Athirah Racing Centre.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur'an di SD Islam Athirah Racing Centre meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Perencanaan dilakukan melalui pemetaan kelompok, penentuan target pencapaian hafalan, dan penyusunan jadwal. Pelaksanaan melibatkan penggunaan metode yang efektif dengan mengikuti tahapan tahapan pembelajaran metode UMMI, seperti pembukaan, apersepsi atau muroja'ah, penanaman konsep, pemahaman konsep, latihan atau keterampilan, evaluasi (guru menyimak dan menilai hafalan siswa satu persatu), dan penutup. Evaluasi dilakukan untuk mengukur capaian target peserta didik dalam hafalan, meliputi evaluasi periodik, tes hafalan dan ujian sema'an Al Qur'an. Studi kasus ini juga mengungkap bahwa manajemen pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur'an di SD Islam Athirah Racing Centre menghadapi tantangan tersendiri yaitu adanya perbedaan kemampuan setiap individu peserta didik yang beragam di dalam menghafalkan Al-Qur’an. Namun demikian, SD Islam Athirah Racing Centre mampu mengatasi tantangan tersebut melalui solusi seperti penguatan peran guru dalam mengajarkan tahfidz, dan memberikan motivasi serta penerapan metode yang inovatif dan variatif dalam pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur'an. Dari hasil penelitian ini, disarankan untuk mengoptimalkan peran guru dalam memfasilitasi pembelajaran tahfidz Al-Qur'an, mengembangkan metode dan strategi pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan peserta didik, serta menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak orang tua dan masyarakat untuk mendukung efektivitas program tahfidz Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

This study investigates cases of language 'policing' as educational language policies and how these are represented across different policy levels. Focusing on Indonesian schools and using discursive approaches to language policy as a theoretical framework, I critically examine institutions' motivations and justifications for designing and implementing policies whereby non-standardized forms are 'banned' and how these are reported in metalinguistic discourse. Drawing on a range of data, including media discourse, policy documents, teacher interviews, and linguistic landscapes, I textually trace how educational language policies (re)produce prescriptive and linguist ideologies, often using metaphors of crime and often using language as a proxy for social factors such as academic achievement, employability, and standards. Overall, micro- and meso-level language policies are a partial product of linguistic conservatism in current macro-level educational policy. (Language policy, language policing, schools, language ideologies).

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui secara komprehensif pengaruh kinerja dalam desain pekerjaan dan kepuasan kerja terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMP Negeri di Kecamatan Jonggat Kabupaten Lombok Timur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi partisipan, dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan analisis jalur. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) Kerja sama tim berpengaruh positif langsung terhadap prestasi kerja, (2) kerja sama tim berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap efikasi diri, (3) efikasi diri berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap prestasi kerja. Berdasarkan temuan di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa kinerja guru dapat ditingkatkan dengan meningkatkan kerja tim dan meningkatkan efikasi diri.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the program for Improving the Academic Qualifications of Teachers in Positions. The research method is a qualitative descriptive program evaluation of the CIPPO model (Context, Input, Process, Product, Outcome). Collecting data through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation review. The results of the study: 1) The results of the evaluation of the context showed that the goals and objectives of the program were appropriate in accordance with Law Number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, 2) The results of the evaluation of the inputs showed that human resources and other resources were quite good, 3) the results Process evaluation shows that the Implementation of the Learning Process has gone well in accordance with the guidelines and signs that have been set, 4) Product Evaluation Results show that the GPA in general is good with very satisfactory predicate, 5) Outcome evaluation results, namely teacher competence in generally Good.

Abstract

This qualitative study investigated the strategies implemented by Islamic Religious Education teachers in overcoming learning difficulties of class VIII Sipakabaji students at SMP Negeri 18 Lau Maros, Maros Regency. The results of the study showed several factors causing students' learning difficulties, including lack of interest and motivation to learn, low concentration in class, lack of discipline in learning, and lack of parental support for children's learning achievements. This condition is not experienced by all students equally, but it is a challenge for teachers in creating effective learning. Cultivating students' interest in reading is also an obstacle, considering the strong influence of social media among teenagers. The strategies implemented by teachers to overcome students' learning difficulties include individual approaches, providing motivation, and tutoring. Teachers try to give special attention to each student according to their individual needs and learning difficulties. Motivation is given consistently to increase students' enthusiasm for learning and self-confidence. Tutoring is carried out both inside and outside class hours to help students understand difficult subject matter. In addition, teachers also emphasize mastery of learning materials in accordance with the syllabus and Learning Implementation Plan (RPP). The delivery of material is carried out systematically and interestingly so that students can more easily understand and remember the material. Teachers also try to create a conducive and enjoyable learning atmosphere to increase student participation and enthusiasm in participating in learning.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the need for Islamic educational institutions to adapt to digital transformation while maintaining their religious identity. MTsN 1 Makassar, as a pilot digital madrasah, represents both a challenge and an opportunity for teachers and students to integrate technology with Islamic values in the learning process. The research focuses on describing technology-based learning strategies implemented in the Digital Madrasah program and analyzing how Islamic values are embedded in these practices. Using a qualitative case study approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, classroom observations, and document analysis, including digital lesson plans, Learning Management System (LMS) activities, and institutional reports. Data were analyzed through reduction, display, and conclusion drawing, supported by source and methodological triangulation. The findings reveal that teachers at MTsN 1 Makassar successfully implemented interactive technology-based learning through the use of Google Classroom, Quizizz, instructional videos, and other digital media. These strategies significantly enhanced students’ motivation, participation, and collaboration while simultaneously fostering Islamic digital ethics, honesty, and responsibility. Teachers demonstrated integrative competencies aligned with the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) framework and reached the Modification–Redefinition levels of the SAMR model, where technology not only supports but transforms the learning experience. The main challenges, such as limited internet access and unequal device availability, were mitigated through offline materials and institutional support. The study concludes that the Digital Madrasah model effectively promotes adaptive, innovative, and value-oriented learning, positioning Islamic education as both spiritually grounded and technologically responsive in the digital era. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh kebutuhan madrasah untuk beradaptasi dengan transformasi digital tanpa menghilangkan identitas keislamannya. MTsN 1 Makassar sebagai madrasah percontohan digital menghadirkan tantangan dan peluang baru bagi guru dan siswa dalam mengintegrasikan teknologi dengan nilai-nilai islam. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan strategi pembelajaran berbasis teknologi dalam program Madrasah Digital serta bagaimana nilai-nilai Islami diimplementasikan dalam proses pembelajaran tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis studi kasus, dengan pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi kelas, dan analisis dokumen seperti RPP digital, aktivitas Learning Management System (LMS), serta laporan program madrasah. Analisis data dilakukan melalui reduksi, display, dan penarikan kesimpulan dengan triangulasi sumber dan metode. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru di MTsN 1 Makassar telah berhasil menerapkan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi secara interaktif melalui penggunaan Google Classroom, Quizizz, video pembelajaran, dan media digital lainnya. Strategi ini meningkatkan motivasi, partisipasi, dan kolaborasi siswa dalam belajar, serta menginternalisasikan nilai-nilai Islami seperti etika digital, kejujuran, dan tanggung jawab. Penerapan teknologi oleh guru menunjukkan kemampuan integratif berdasarkan model TPACK (Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge) dan mencapai level Modification–Redefinition pada model SAMR. Tantangan utama berupa keterbatasan jaringan internet dan perangkat belajar diatasi dengan penyediaan materi offline dan dukungan kebijakan madrasah. Simpulan penelitian menegaskan bahwa madrasah digital mampu mewujudkan pembelajaran yang adaptif, inovatif, dan berkarakter Islami, sekaligus menjadi model transformasi pendidikan islam di era digital

Abstract

The transformation of education in the digital era requires Islamic higher education institutions to integrate technology to overcome the limitations of conventional methods, which tend to be passive and less engaging. This study aims to analyze the implementation of multimedia learning and its contribution to improving student achievement at the Faculty of Islamic Studies at the Muslim University of Indonesia (UMI) Makassar, reviewed through theological, managerial, and sociological approaches. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study design, data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies with lecturers and students, then validated using triangulation techniques. The results revealed that the implementation of multimedia, which includes the use of video, animation, interactive presentations, and digital quizzes, has been effective. From a theological perspective, multimedia helps visualize abstract Islamic concepts; from a managerial perspective, its implementation requires structured planning and facility support; while from a sociological perspective, this method builds a collaborative digital learning culture. Key findings indicate that multimedia integration significantly improves student attention, motivation, and understanding, which leads to improved academic achievement. It is concluded that multimedia learning is a vital strategy in the modernization of Islamic education which is able to change class dynamics to be more active and competitive without eliminating the essence of Islamic values. ABSTRAKTransformasi pendidikan di era digital menuntut perguruan tinggi Islam untuk mengintegrasikan teknologi guna mengatasi keterbatasan metode konvensional yang cenderung pasif dan kurang memikat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi pembelajaran multimedia dan kontribusinya terhadap peningkatan prestasi belajar mahasiswa Fakultas Agama Islam Universitas Muslim Indonesia (UMI) Makassar, ditinjau melalui pendekatan teologis, manajerial, dan sosiologis. Menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus, data dihimpun melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi partisipatif, dan studi dokumentasi terhadap dosen serta mahasiswa, kemudian divalidasi menggunakan teknik triangulasi. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa implementasi multimedia, yang meliputi penggunaan video, animasi, presentasi interaktif, dan kuis digital, telah berjalan efektif. Dari perspektif teologis, multimedia membantu visualisasi konsep keislaman yang abstrak; secara manajerial, penerapannya menuntut perencanaan terstruktur dan dukungan fasilitas; sedangkan secara sosiologis, metode ini membangun budaya belajar digital yang kolaboratif. Temuan utama menunjukkan bahwa integrasi multimedia secara signifikan meningkatkan atensi, motivasi, dan pemahaman mahasiswa, yang bermuara pada peningkatan prestasi akademik. Disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran multimedia merupakan strategi vital dalam modernisasi pendidikan Islam yang mampu mengubah dinamika kelas menjadi lebih aktif dan berdaya saing tanpa menghilangkan esensi nilai-nilai keislaman.
