Abstract

UKM (Usaha Kecil Menengah) merupakan salah satu sektor usaha yang penting di Indonesia karena memiliki peranan yang penting bagi pertumbuhan ekonomi di Indonesia. Meskipun telah banyak UKM yang berkembang di Indonesia dan menerapkan Teknologi Informasi untuk kegiatan bisnisnya, namun masih banyak pula UKM yang belum menerapkan Teknologi Informasi khususnya menggunakan media jejaring sosial dan belum mengerti seberapa besar manfaat dan peranan penggunaan media jejaring sosial tersebut. Padahal jejaring dan hubungan korelatif merupakan fasilitator penting bagi kegiatan bisnis Usaha Kecil Menengah. Untuk itulah, dilakukan suatu analisa melalui sebuah Usaha Kecil Menengah yang ada di Indonesia untuk mengetahui peranan penggunaaan sosial media bagi Usaha Kecil Menengah tersebut serta faktor-faktor pengaruh sosial media terhadap keunggulan bersaing Usaha Kecil Menengah. Hasil dari tugas akhir ini adalah sebuah dokumen hasil analisis tentang peranan fakfor-faktor pengaruh sosial media serta seberapa besar pengaruh media sosial terhadap keunggulan bersaing di Coffee Toffee Coffee Shop

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji penerapan metode Term Frequency-Inverse Document Frequency (TF-IDF) untuk membobotkan sentimen publik terhadap video game offline, dengan dukungan Vector Space Model (VSM). Video game offline tetap populer karena pengalaman imersif, cerita mendalam, serta fleksibilitas modifikasi di berbagai platform seperti PC, mobile, dan konsol, meskipun tren game online terus meningkat. Data penelitian diperoleh dari Kaggle, mencakup 11.001 entri dengan 17 atribut, termasuk judul, rating pengguna, dan genre. Proses penelitian melibatkan pengumpulan, pembersihan, dan pengolahan data. Game "Hades" ditemukan sebagai game dengan rating tertinggi, sedangkan genre "Party" dan "Fighting" paling diminati. PlayStation tercatat sebagai platform terpopuler dengan 67.798 pengguna dan 2.269 game. Analisis lanjutan menggunakan TF-IDF menunjukkan kata-kata seperti "bugs" dan "amazing" memiliki bobot tinggi dalam ulasan tertentu. Dengan VSM, relevansi dokumen terhadap kueri dianalisis melalui kesamaan kosinus dan jarak Euclidean. Evaluasi sistem menunjukkan kinerja yang sangat baik dengan precision 80%, recall 100%, F1-measure 88,9%, dan MAP 95%. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan tentang preferensi pemain game offline dan menawarkan metode yang efektif untuk analisis sentimen publik terhadap video game, memberikan kontribusi berharga bagi industri gaming.

Abstract

PT. XYZ  applies Information Technology in business processes to achieve company goals. achieve company goals. However the use of Technology brings risks that can reduce business effectiveness and efficiency of the business. PT. XYZ faced several problems in its IT department, including network connectivity issues, human error, hardware failure, ERP system integration failure, data security, and human error, hardware failure, ERP system integration failure, data security, data backup failures, system downtime, and power outages. This research applies data collection methods through interviews and risk analysis, evaluating the steps taken by the company in managing IT risks systematically. Research results show that the application of the COBIT 5 Framework is effective in identifying, assessing, and managing IT risks, thus helping the company to minimize losses and ensure smooth operations. This research provides recommendations for improved risk management that is more structured and data-driven risk management, as well as the importance of training for IT staff to improve risk management capabilities in the company. improve risk management capabilities in the company.

Abstract

Zakat Produktif merupakan pemberian modal usaha melalui dana bergulir kepada mustahik, dan dana yang diberikan adalah hak mustahik. Tugas Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Kabupaten Sukabumi yaitu memberikan pendampingan melalui pola Bina Ruhiyah dan Bina Rupiah agar dana tersebut digunakan sebagaimana mestinya karena program ini berjangka panjang yaitu selama 40 pekan.Tujuan dari Zakat Produktif yaitu mengentaskan kemiskinan dan meningkatkan nilai keimanan dan ketaqwaan para peserta untuk berzakat dan berinfaq dengan pola pendampingan yaitu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif dan menggunakan triangulasi sumber, teknik dan waktu, agar penelitian ini dapat hasil yang akurat. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui efektivitas kebijakan produktif yang ada di BAZNAS Kabupaten Sukabumi. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa masih banyak masyarakat yang kurang mampu di Kabupaten Sukabumi yang tidak mengikuti Program ini serta banyaknya para pendamping program yang statusnya sudah nonaktif sehingga menghambat pengimplementasian dari kebijakan zakat produktif ini.

Abstract

The background of this study is the poor implementation of the independent curriculum in public high schools in the Ranah Pesisir subdistrict. One of the factors influencing this is teacher pedagogical competence. Therefore, the main objective of this study is to determine the effect of teacher pedagogical competence on the implementation of the independent curriculum in public high schools in the Ranah Pesisir subdistrict. A quantitative approach with a correlational method was used. The research sample consists of a number of teachers selected using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique, calculated based on the Stratified Random Sampling formula. Data collection was conducted using a questionnaire with a Likert scale. The validity and reliability of the instrument were tested using statistical software, which indicated that the instrument was suitable for use in the study. The results of the data analysis indicated that the influence of teachers' pedagogical competence on the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at the State Senior High School in Ranah Pesisir District was in the “very good” category. Based on these findings, it is recommended that continuous training be conducted, more comprehensive observation instruments be developed, a qualitative approach be used in further research, more specific training needs be mapped, and support for facilities and infrastructure be improved to support optimal administrative performance.

Abstract

Abstract Maritime occupational safety remains a critical issue for Indonesia as an archipelagic nation heavily dependent on sea transportation. This study investigates the causal patterns of maritime occupational accidents in Indonesian waters from 2003 to 2019 by integrating official accident reports from the National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT) and scholarly literature. A systematic analysis was conducted using the Human Factors Analysis and Classification System (HFACS-Maritime) and the International Safety Management (ISM) Code frameworks to identify human, technical, environmental, and organizational factors contributing to shipboard accidents. A total of 120 documented maritime accidents were analyzed, comprising incidents of fires, sinkings, groundings, collisions, and mechanical failures, which collectively resulted in 513 fatalities, 726 injuries, and 701 missing persons. The findings reveal that human error accounted for approximately 72% of all cases, followed by technical malfunctions (14%), adverse weather (8%), organizational deficiencies (4%), and cargo overloading (2%). The thematic analysis based on HFACS highlighted four dominant error dimensions: unsafe acts, preconditions for unsafe acts, unsafe supervision, and organizational influences. These results demonstrate that systemic issues—such as fatigue, inadequate training, poor supervision, and weak safety culture—remain major underlying causes of accidents, despite Indonesia’s adoption of the SOLAS Convention and ISM Code. The study concludes that improving maritime occupational safety requires a paradigm shift from regulatory compliance toward proactive risk management and cultural transformation. Policy recommendations include enhancing institutional oversight, implementing competency-based crew training, adopting fatigue management systems, and strengthening enforcement of ISM Code compliance. The integration of HFACS and ISM Code frameworks provides a holistic understanding of maritime safety, offering a foundation for evidence-based policymaking to build a more resilient and safety-oriented Indonesian maritime sector.

Abstract

Sales data in large quantities are difficult to process and report using Microsoft Excel, which takes a long time. The proposed solution is to use Online Analytical Processing, a method that allows for faster decision-making through multidimensional data manipulation. In developing Online Analytical Processing for sales data, an agile approach is applied. With Online Analytical Processing, access to and display of transactional data becomes more efficient, improving analysis quality and supporting management decisions. Research results show that the prototype accelerates sales reports with a response time of 0.0039 seconds. Online Analytical Processing also facilitates decision-making in seconds. User Acceptance Testing results show high software quality and performance (100%), with an overall evaluation of 86,67% categorized as “Very Good”. Abstract

Shazam is a popular music recognition app on the Google Play Store. Shazam allows users to discover new songs and identify songs that are playing around them. In addition, it provides song lyrics, music videos, and song recommendations. User reviews give an idea of how users perceive the application, be it positive or negative. In this study, sentiment analysis was conducted on Shazam user reviews on the Google Play Store. The researchers used a Support Vector Machine (SVM) model to classify user reviews into two sentiments, namely positive and negative. Results show that SVM has 84% accuracy in predicting the sentiment of Shazam reviews. Furthermore, it can be shown that Shazam gets five times more positive responses than negative responses. Therefore, SVM is better at predicting positive reviews than negative reviews. This research can help interested parties to understand how users perceive the app as a whole.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of financial literacy, use of investment platforms, and herding behaviour on investment decisions among Generation Z in Jabodetabek. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach through instrument testing, classical assumption testing, hypothesis testing, and multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 26. The accessible population in this study consists of 255 students, with a research sample of 156 students selected using proportionate stratified random sampling. The data used in this research is primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The results of the study conclude that: (1) the financial literacy variable has a positive effect on investment decisions; (2) the use of investment platform variable has a positive effect on investment decisions; (3) the herding behaviour variable has a positive effect on investment decisions; (4) the variables financial literacy, use of investment platform, and herding behaviour have a simultaneous influence on investment decisions.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to empower Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Sukahening Village through digitalization and business legality assistance. The methods used include digital marketing outreach and training, rebranding in the form of logo, banner, and product catalog creation, and business profile creation on Google Maps. The results of the community service demonstrate an increase in the capacity of MSMEs in managing their businesses digitally and meeting legal requirements, which contributes to increased competitiveness and business development opportunities. In conclusion, this community service supports MSMEs in upgrading and sustainable business development through innovation and strengthening legal aspects. This program emphasizes the strategic role of mentoring and collaboration in strengthening the local economy.
