Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek dari konsumsi atau urinotherapy urin sapi bali terhadap tingkat kadar ALT dan AST serta gambaran histopatologi hati tikus. Senyawa yang terkandung dalam urin sapi bali di analisis dengan menggunakan Kromatografi Gas Spektometri Massa (GCMS). Hasil kromatografi gas menunjukkan bahwa sapi bali analisis urin yang mengandung fenol, asam asetat, asam isosianat, asam propenoat, octacosane, dan senyawa nitrogen oksida. Hasil analisis kadar ALT dan AST plasma pada tikus yang diberi urin sapi bali, dimana kadar ALT dalam semua kelompok perlakuan tikus juga berbeda nyata (P>0,05) masing-masing dengan nilai 134,40 ± 5,32 IU/l, 132,40 ± 8,08 IU/l, 121,40 ± 6,43 IU/l, dan 139,60 ± 7,63 IU/l, sedangkan nilai kadar AST 155,60 ±8,44 IU/l, 132,80 ± 7,85 IU/l, 135,80 ± 9,73 IU/l, dan 223,80 ± 25,25 IU/l.Hasil pemeriksaan histopatologi sel hati menunjukkan bahwa kelompok kontrol (K1), K2 dan K3 tampak sel hati tidak mengalami perubahan. Sedangkan pada kelompok K4 tampak sel hati telah mengalami degenerasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian urin sapi bali berpengaruh nyata (P<0,05) terhadap kadar ALT dan AST plasma pada tikus. Pemberian urin sapi bali dosis 2 cc/ekor/hari menyebabkan kadar ALT dan AST lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kelompok lainnya dan secara histopatologi terlihat sel hati mengalami nekrosis.

Abstract

This community service activity was carried out by the Islamic Religious Education Study Program team of UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi at IAI Al-Mujaddid Sabak, Jambi City with the aim of introducing and training the use of artificial intelligence (AI) technology in the learning process. This training was attended by 20 students and 15 lecturers from various educational backgrounds. In this activity, participants were given a basic understanding of the concept and benefits of AI, as well as its application in education, especially in the context of Islamic Religious Education. Although some participants were already familiar with AI technology, they were still not used to using it practically in learning. Therefore, this training aims to increase participants' awareness, knowledge, and skills in utilizing AI as a tool to optimize the learning process. The results of this training showed that participants were very enthusiastic and actively participated, despite challenges related to access to adequate devices. This activity is expected to have a positive impact on improving the quality of education, by encouraging the integration of AI technology in the Islamic Religious Education curriculum in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze changes in the religiosity patterns of students of the Islamic Religious Education (PAI) Study Program during the study period using a longitudinal quantitative approach. The research sample consisted of 180 6th semester students from a total of 210 students at the Sultan Thaha Saifudin Jambi State Islamic University. Data were collected through a religiosity questionnaire based on the five dimensions of religiosity according to Glock and Stark, analyzed descriptively and inferentially. The results showed a significant decrease in the dimensions of worship practices and ideology, and an increase in the dimension of religious knowledge. Social and academic environmental factors also influence the dynamics of student religiosity. These findings provide important input for the development of religiosity development in Islamic higher education environments
