Abstract

The purpose of research is to analyze the service quality influence to the customer satisfaction of Simpedes savings product in Bank Rakyat Indonesia ltd Pattimura Branches Semarang. This research is quantitative causal applied research. The population in this research is Simpedes savings product in in Bank Rakyat Indonesia ltd Pattimura Branches Semarang as many as 100 customers. Data collection method used the purposive sampling. The data used in the research are primary and secondary data. The analytical model used in this research is Multiple Linear Regression. Based on the results of research, service quality has significantly influence on the customer satisfaction. Emphaty has the greatest influence customer satisfaction with beta of 31,1 and the lowest influence customer satisfaction is reliability with beta of 11,8.

Abstract

The purpose this research are to know the movement of stock prices and determine the right time to buy, sell or hold shares of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk in Januari – September 2021. This research method is descriptive method. The data used is secondary data in the form of daily time series data during February 2019 to January 2020. The analysis method uses technical analysis with the Moving Average (MA), Relative Strength Index (RSI) and Bollinger Band indicators. The results of the study show stock price movements and the right time to buy, sell and hold stocks which can be read using three indicators, namely Moving Average (MA), Relative Strength Index (RSI), and Bollinger Bands.

Abstract

UMKM are really need financial literacy in order to be able to manage and make wise business financial policy decisions. Central Java's financial literacy index ranges from conventional to sharia 47.58 percent, 11.78 percent. This study aims to find out how to map and model financial literacy in UMKM in Tembalang District. This research includes all UMKM in Tembalang District. By using non-probability purposive random sampling of customers. Respondents are UMKM actors who had KTPsin the Tembalang District. In this study, a sample of 97 UMKM respondents was taken in Tembalang District. Data analysis in this study was carried out descriptively using SPSS software. focuses on mapping financial information to the community and the need for financial literacy, especially UMKM in Tembalang District. The highest level of financial literacy is in Banking with a score of 44, and the lowest in Islamic finance is 10. The five financial literacy needs of the financial industry and banks for UMKM consist of Savings, KUR, UMi Financing, Profit Sharing Financing and Credit. Others Cash Flow and Income Statement

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kemudahan, keamanan, manfaat, dan kepercayaan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam penggunaan BRImo di Kota Semarang. Model analisis data yaitu dengan Model Analisis Linier Berganda, dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan Uji F, Uji Statistik t, dan Uji Koefisien Determinasi (Adjusted R2). Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa keamanan, manfaat dan kepercayaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam penggunaan BRImo, namun kemudahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah dalam penggunaan BRImo.
