Abstract

Kalanchoe marmorata salah satu spesies dari cocor bebek mengandung alkaloid, flavonoid, tannin, dan steroid, yang berpotensi sebagai antioksidan dan antikanker. Daun K.marmorata diekstraksi secara berturut-turut dengan etanol, n-heksana, etil asetat, dan etanol air. Pada 4 ekstrak tersebut dilakukan uji antioksidan dan antikanker. Pengujian antioksidan melalui metode 1,1-difenil-2-pikrihidazil (DPPH), pada ekstrak etanol dengan nilai IC50 122,1 ppm, ekstrak n-heksana IC50 180 ppm, ekstrak etil asetat IC50 121 ppm, dan ekstrak etanol air IC50 191,9 ppm dari ke 4 uji aktivitas antioksidan tersebut ekstrak etanol dan etil asetat yang paling aktif. Sedangkan pengujian antikanker melalui metode reduksi resazurin, pada ekstrak etanol dengan nilai IC50 159,90 µg/mL, ekstrak n-heksana IC50 563,40 µg/mL, ekstrak etil asetat IC50 480,50 µg/mL, dan ekstrak etanol air IC50 >1000 µg/mL dari ke 4 uji aktivitas antikanker tersebut ekstrak etanol dan etil asetat yang paling aktif.

Abstract

This study examines the leisure class phenomenon in the consumption patterns of UIN Alauddin Makassar students, focusing on the tendency of excessive consumption that prioritizes desires over needs. This phenomenon shows the existence of consumptive behavior that is inseparable from the influence of the social environment, lifestyle, and increasingly rapid technological developments. The purpose of this study is to analyze in more depth how the leisure class is formed and influences students' consumption patterns in their daily lives. The research method used is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological research type. The results of the study indicate that (1) the excessive consumption pattern in the leisure class is supported by factors of social class, lifestyle, personality and self-concept, as well as the difference between desires and needs; (2) factors that influence the formation of the leisure class include parental income, taste in technology, and product quality; (3) the impacts of the leisure class consumption pattern include wasteful behavior and the emergence of social jealousy among students; (4) when viewed from the concept of consumption according to Imam Al-Ghazali, the student consumption pattern is classified as excessive and exceeds the limits of needs. Therefore, this study recommends that students be wiser in regulating consumption patterns by prioritizing needs over desires alone in order to avoid the negative impacts that arise.

Abstract

Various skincare products that do not have a distribution permit from the Food and Drug Supervisory Agency (BPOM), this study aims to analyze the role and effectiveness of the POM Agency in supervising and taking action against the circulation of skincare products and describing the legal protection situation for consumers. This study uses an approach that is an empirical juridical method, with primary data collection carried out through interviews with consumers and business actors. This study concludes that even though regulations related to Law No. 8 of 1999 have been enacted, there are still many obstacles and challenges in the field.

Abstract

Terdapat beberapa stasiun kereta api yang tergolong besar dan tertua di Indonesia, salah satunya adalah Stasiun Kereta Api Solo Balapan yang terletak di Kota Surakarta. Stasiun ini merupakan pusat dan jantung aktivitas masyarakat pada masanya karena memiliki peran yang cukup besarterhadap Kota Surakarta dan kota di sekelilingnya. Namun, seiring dengan berjalannya waktu, peran dan juga pengembangan Stasiun Solo Balapan hanya terfokus sebagai sektor transportasi dan bisnis. Saat ini, Stasiun Solo Balapan juga mengalami perkembangan dengan penambahan bangunan baru khusus untuk layanan KA bandara. Evaluasi ini menitikberatkan pada aspek fungsional dengan wawancara dan pengamatan sebagai alat penelitian dan juga menggunakanan jenis metode penelitian berupa deskriptif kualitataif. Variabel kefungsian yang digunakan yaitu berupa akses, sirkulasi, parkir, ruang terbuka hijau, dan juga urutan ruang-ruang publik. Variabel-variabel tersebut memiliki sebuah kriteria performa yang telah ditetapkan dalam standar desain, yang jumlahnya tergantung persyaratan optimal yang harus dipenuhi untuk mengetahui sejauh mana kondisi variabel kefungsian tersebut dapat dikatakan sempurna, baik, cukup, kurang, ataupun tidak memenuhi persyaratan.

Abstract

The purpose of this service activity is to find out strategies for empowering MSMEs in increasing income, as well as the benefits for the community, namely receiving guidance and training from the Service Team in developing MSME businesses. The location of this service was carried out in Mandailing Village, Tebing Tinggi Kota District, targeting people who want to open Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises is an effort by the central and regional governments. By coaching and empowering MSMEs in the midst of current free trade competition, it can provide encouragement to increase community income. This activity can encourage the economy of a region, not only increasing income but also equalizing income in a region. By providing community development and empowerment in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises, job opportunities can be created for the Indonesian people, especially in Mandailing Subdistrict.
