Artikel ini membahas tentang hubungan hukum Islam dengan hukum positif, keharmonisan hukum positif dengan hukum Islam. Hukum Islam ini merupakan hukum yang bersumber dari wahyu Tuhan, sekaligus melibatkan penalaran dan analisis manusia memahami wahyu tersebut. Ijtihad yang dilakukan para jurist muslim merupakan bukti kongkrit keterlibatan manusia dalam menggali hukum yang hidup dalam masyarakat. Hukum positif bertujuan untuk kepentingan duniawi yang berkenaan dengan lahiriah bagi kepentingan kebendaan dengan berbagai seluk beluknya. Sedangkan hukum agama, merupakan ketetapan Allah untuk mewujudkan kemaslahatan dan kepentingan manusia lahir batin, dunia dan akhirat.

Mitrajasa Perdana Anugrah Is the company which are engaged in cargo transport services of the company komanditer located on jl .Raya kober gg .Manggis no 3 ( front of market kober sub-district regency banyumas provincial central java. In running their business cv .Mitrajasa prime gift not using a computer to records the transactions but still use books manually , so as to make data to inefficient , as often happens mistake in writing , the book used could have been exposed to water and make data be unable to read , and often books forget put it even the book missing and causing loss for CV. Mitrajasa Perdana Anugrah, by building information system report cargo transport services web-based in CV. Mitrajasa Perdana Anugrah. Is expected to overcome the problems faced by CV. Mitrajasa Perdana Anugrah. The .Application information system delivery service report is built with a use of language programming php and database management system used is mysql. This application can inform the sender, regarding the data recipients, data delivery, data courier, the sender, report the reports on the recipients, delivery, report courier, report so easier to accessed by the user. Could also see in the report quick application report information system was built cargo transport services web-based that can be accessed easily, fast, and accurate anytime, so to speed up decision-making.

Abstract Background: Uterine myoma is a benign neoplasm derived from uterine muscles and connective tissue, found in women aged 35-45 years and nulipara or less fertile. One of the risk factors causing uterine myoma is diabetes mellitus. Global Health Data (2019), patients with uterine myoma in the world reached 226 million cases while in Indonesia 3.7 million cases. Based on data from dr. Chasbullah Abdulmadjid hospital, there were 26 uterine myoma patients in 2020 while in 2021 there were 66 patients. Objective: this study aims to determine nursing care in patients with uterine myoma accompanied by diabetes mellitus. Method: this study used a descriptive method with an approach through the management of nursing care in Mrs. I patients with uterine myoma accompanied by diabetes mellitus. Results: this study was conducted in the Jasmine room of dr. Chasbullah Abdulmadjid Hospital, Bekasi City in March 2022 for two days. Data collection was carried out through observation techniques and interviews. Based on the study, several nursing problems were found, namely the risk of bleeding, acute pain, instability of blood glucose levels and the risk of infection. Conclusion: of the four diagnoses established, only one of them was resolved. Keywords : nursing care, diabetes mellitus, uterine myoma

A systems approach can improve the quality of education by identifying needs, selecting problems, identifying requirements for solutions to problems, creating several alternative solutions, producing results, and revising requirements in part or all of the system related to limitations in meeting needs. This research explores how the application of a systems approach can be an effective basis for building quality education. Through analysis of factors such as synchronization, resource management, and stakeholder engagement, this research aims to identify ways in which system approaches can be optimized to achieve better educational outcomes. By strengthening the linkages between various elements in the education system, it is hoped that an educational ecosystem that is more responsive, adaptive and results-oriented can be formed. The findings of this research can contribute to the development of more effective education policies and provide a more comprehensive view of efforts to improve the overall quality of education.

Education policy functions as a framework that sets educational standards and goals, so as to ensure that all students have equal access to resources and learning opportunities. Through the development of relevant curricula and quality teacher training, education policies can improve teacher competency, which in turn has a positive impact on student learning outcomes. In addition, educational policies also include systematic monitoring and evaluation to identify areas of improvement, thereby enabling the necessary adjustment strategies to meet students' needs more effectively. This research aims to determine the role of change management in order to determine the role of educational policy in improving the quality of education for students. In this research, qualitative methods were used through literature. Well-designed education policies can improve access to education for all students. Education policy also plays an important role in improving the quality of teaching through continuous training for teachers. Participation of parents and communities in supporting educational policies.

Bayi Berat Badan Lahir Rendah rentan mengalami gangguan pemecahan bilirubin sehingga menjadi mudah terjadi hiperbilirubinemia (kuning). Penelituan ini bertujuan untuk Mempelajari hubungan BBLR dengan kejadian ikterus neonatorum di Ruang Perinatologi RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. Dengan case control design.. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh bayi yang dirawat di Ruang Perinatologi RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu. sampel diambil dengan cara systematic random sampling sebanyak 220 (110 sampel kasus, 110 sampel kontrol) dengan uji statistik skala kategorik. Hasil penelitian : Ada hubungan signifikan antara BBLR dengan kejadian Ikterus Neonatorum di Ruang Perinatalogi RSUD Dr. M. Yunus Bengkulu Tahun 2022 dengan nilai Pvalue=0.000, serta responden yang BBLR beresiko 2,359 kali terhadap Ikterus Neonatorum. Diharapkan bahwa ditingkatnya tindakan promotif pencegahan dan pengurangan kejadian ikterus lebih di tekankan sedini mungkin.

This study aims to identify the impact of two learning methods (sorogan and bandongan) used in the H Mahasantri Complex of Krapyak Islamic Boarding School, Ali Maksum Foundation Yogyakarta. Aiming to find out which learning method is very significant to the ability of Mahasantri to read the yellow book. This research is qualitative in nature with the type of interview study research, the data is analyzed descriptively assisted by written references. This study concludes that the sorogan method and the bandongan method have their own characteristics and uses. in terms of the ability to read the yellow book of Mahasantri, the sorogan method is favored because this method can provide more effective learning. There are many profound positive impacts on the student's scientific development, independence, discipline, and spirituality. The sorogan and bandongan methods can be combined with the aim of improving the quality of education by providing a balance between individual deepening and collective understanding. By combining the two methods, students can learn in more diverse ways, gain a deeper understanding, and overcome the shortcomings that exist in each method.
