Abstract

Entrepreneurship is very important for the development of a country. This study aims to determine how the impact of entrepreneurship education on entrepreneurial intentions and to determine the factors that influence entrepreneurial intentions in Agribusiness students at Syiah Kuala University. Respondents taken in this study amounted to 77 respondents using the Taro Yamane formula and simple random sampling technique. The data that has been obtained is processed using ordinal logistic regression. The results of the analysis showed that the variables of entrepreneurship education and social media had a significant effect on students' intentions to become entrepreneurs. However, for several other variables such as gender and parental occupation, there was no significant effect on students' intentions to become entrepreneurs.

Abstract

Abstrak.Kopi adalah salah satu jenis tanaman perkebunan yang sudah lama dibudidayakan dan memiliki nilai ekonomi yang dapat menghasilkan keuntungan. Kopi tubruk merupakan kopi tradisional yang umumnya lebih keras karena bubuk kopi murni yang langsung diseduh dengan air  mendidih, teksturnya lebih kasar, lebih banyak mengandung ampas, aroma kopi yang lebih menyengat, serta tingkat kekentalan yang bisa disesuaikan dengan lidah penikmatnya. Loyalitas konsumen pada umumnya merupakan suatu sikap konsumen yang loyal terhadap pilihan dan penggunaan produk dalam waktu yang lama dan untuk masa yang akan datang, Sedangkan kepuasan konsumen ialah perasaan senang atau kecewa seseorang yang berasal dari perbandingan antara kesannya terhadap kinerja (hasil) sesuatu produk dengan harapannya. Pada penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen terhadap minuman kopi tubruk di Meulaboh, Mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat kepuasan konsumen dengan loyalitas konsumen terhadap konsumsi kopi tubruk di Meulaboh.Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah Uji Validitas dan Reliabilitas,Regresi Logistik Biner dan Chi Square.Hasil Regresi Biner Logistik menunjukkan bahwa citarasa, harga, kualitas pelayanan dan lokasi merupakan faktor yang mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen terhadap minuman kopi tubruk.Hasil Uji Chi-Square menunjukkan bahwa adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kepuasan konsumen dengan loyalitas konsumen terhadap minuman kopi tubruk di Meulaboh.Consumer Loyality To The Consumption Of Coffee Brewed In MeulabohAbstract.Coffee is one of the plantation species has long been cultivated and have a mutually beneficial economic value.The brewed coffee is a traditional coffee are generally harder for pure coffee powder that instantly brewed with boiling water, rough texture, contains more dregs, pungent coffee aroma, as well as the level of consistency that can be adapted to the tongue of the audience.Consumer loyalty is generally a loyal consumer attitudes towards choice and use of the product for a long time and for the future.While customer satisfaction is feeling happy or disappointed someone who comes from a comparison between her impression of the performance (yield) of a product with expectations.In this study aims to determine the factors that influence consumer loyalty to the coffee beverage brewed in Meulaboh.Determine the relationship between the level of customer satisfaction and customer loyalty towards the consumption of instant coffee in Meulaboh.The methods used are validity and reliability, Binary Logistic Regression and Chi Square.Binary logistic regression results show that the simultaneous testing of the factors that influence loyalty is taste, price, service quality, and location. While testing only partially furnished variables that influence loyalty.Chi-Square test results indicate that there is a significant relationship between customer satisfaction and customer loyalty so that customer satisfaction is influenced flavors that suit the tastes of consumers.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat tingkat ketahanan pangan rumah tangga petani semasa Pandemi Covid-19 di Kecamatan Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada Bulan Agustus tahun 2022. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh dari pengamatan, wawancara langsung dengan petani padi di Kecamatan Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Data sekunder dikumpulkan dan diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik dan instansi lainnya. Metode pengambilan sampel dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan metode simple random sampling. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 44 Rumah Tangga Petani Padi di Kecamatan Indrapuri Kabupaten Aceh Besar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil analisis probit menunjukkan pendapatan, harga, jumlah anggota keluarga, dan pengeluaran berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan pangan, sedangkan jumlah produksi tidak berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan pangan. Secara keseluruhan, pendapatan, harga, jumlah produksi, jumlah anggota keluarga, dan pengeluaran berpengaruh terhadap ketahanan pangan. Factors Affecting Rice Farmer Household Food Security During the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indrapuri sub-District, Aceh Besar District Abstract. This study aims to determine the level of food security of farmer households during the Covid-19 Pandemic in Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar District. This research was conducted in August 2022. The data used in this research are primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from observations, direct interviews with rice farmers in Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar District. Secondary data was collected and obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics and other agencies. The sampling method was carried out using simple random sampling method. The number of samples used in this study were 44 rice farming households in Indrapuri District, Aceh Besar District. The results showed that the results of the probit analysis showed that income, price, number of family members, and expenses had an effect on food security, while the amount of production had no effect on food security. Overall, income, price, amount of production, number of family members, and expenses affect food security.

Abstract

Planting Aceh is one of the provinces that contributes to coffee production in Indonesia. Aceh Province is one of the plantation commodities that has the potential to increase the pace of the regional economy. However, Aceh is one of the provinces that are classified as poor in Indonesia, in 2018 the number of poor people was 809.76 thousand. This study aims to analyze the characteristics of coffee farmers and non-coffee farmers who are different and analyze the impact of coffee farmers' production in reducing poverty and how the impact of coffee production on reducing poverty in Aceh Province. The type of data used is secondary data from SUSENAS BPS in 2018 and 2019. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and probit regression. The results of the study are that in 2019 the characteristics that were significantly different between coffee farmers and non-coffee farmers Then the impact of the coffee farmer profession in reducing poverty levels in Aceh Province was seen that the results obtained by non-coffee farmers had more differences in total assets and expenses compared to coffee farmer.
