Abstract

Indonesian is a country that continues to improve so that the creation of mass transportation services in urban areas can be better. to attract the interest of urban communities to use mass transportation rather than private vehicles, the Government must be able to provide mass transportation facilities that can support community mobility in urban areas. Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) is one of the most popular solutions used in big cities in Indonesian. Transiginjai BRT in Jambi Province has 4 corridors, but only one corridor has been realized. in BRT Corridor 1 the Transiginjai loading factor does not reach the applicable standard (70%). Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the route of the Corridor Transiginjai BRT service based on the spatial pattern of self-owned vehicle use which is a representation of the demand pattern for community travel on the Transsiginjai BRT Corridor 1 route. The analytical method in this study is a quantitative descriptive approach with frequency distribution techniques and spatial modeling approaches, namely Spatial Statistics Analysis. The analytical tool used by using GIS (Geographic Information System). The results of this study showed 29% of households use cars and motorbikes, 21% use cars, and 31% use motorcycles. Abstract

Kawasan perkotaan yang tidak terencana menyebabkan adanya jarak antara lokasi hunian dengan lokasi pemenuhan kebutuhan. . Dengan adanya jarak tersebut mempunyai dampak pada pengeluaran biaya transportasi dan hunian yang dikeluarkan oleh masyarakat, seperti Provinsi Jawa Tengah pada Kawasann Aglomerasi Bregasmalang. Berdasarkan data BPS terdapat sebesar 44,2% pengeluaran yang digunakan masyarakat guna memenuhi kebutuhan tempat tinggal sebagai kebutuhan utama. Disampig itu, sebesar 25% masyarakat mengeluarkan biaya transportasi di Jawa Tengah. Hal ini dinilai sebagai salah satu penyebab dari rendahnya tingkat kesejahteraan dan daya beli masyarakat berpenghasilan rendah (MBR) di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan penyediaan koridor potensial untuk angkutan umum massal berbasis jalan di wilayah aglomerasi Bregasmalang. Metode yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan analisis Network analyst dengan berbasis GIS. Melalui metode tersebut hasil yang diharapkan dalam penelitian ini berupa koridor potensial dan prioritas pembangunan yang sesuai dengan lokasi hunian terjangkau sebagai titik permintaan perjalanan yang dapat menekan pengeluaran transportasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa terdapat 4 koridor potensial angkutan umum massal beserta prioritas pembangunannya , yaitu Koridor III Tegal Timur – Bumijawa, Koridor IV Kersana – Slawi. Koridor I Pemalang – Tegal timur , Koridor II Tegal Timur- Losari.

Abstract

Kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi di kawasan perkotaan terus meningkat, seiring dengan terus meningkatnya jumlah kendaraan di jalanan. Kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi di Indonesia, sebagian besar disebabkan oleh faktor manusia. Salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi kecelakaan lalu lintas berdasarkan faktor manusia, dapat dilakukan dengan menganalisis perilaku pengguna jalan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode structural equation modelling (SEM) untuk mengidentifikasi seberapa besar pengaruh faktor eksternal dan internal terhadap perilaku keselamatan berkendara pada pekerja kantoran pengguna sepeda motor di Kota Tangerang Selatan. Faktor Eksternal dilihat dari Theory of Planned Behavior, jarak tempuh, dan waktu tempuh perjalanan. Faktor internal dilihat dari trait kepribadian ekstraversi, kooperatif, neurotisme, dan kesadaran. Analisis dilakukan terhadap masing-masing golongan darah, sehingga dapat melihat faktor yang dominan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis perilaku keselamatan berkendara golongan darah A, B, dan AB lebih dipengaruhi oleh variabel dari faktor eksternal, sedangkan golongan darah O lebih dipengaruhi oleh variabel dari faktor internal.

Abstract

BLU UPTD Trans Semarang as a provider of public transportation services in the city of Semarang tries to create secure, safe and healthy public transportation by providing health facilities at buses and Trans Semarang bus stops. This study aims to analyze the conditions and needs of health facilities on Trans Semarang buses and their stops based on passenger opinions in an effort to provide health services on Trans Semarang buses and their bus stops during the pandemic and post-pandemic. This study uses a quantitative descriptive analysis to describe the characteristics of passengers who still use Trans Semarang during the pandemic, the condition of health facilities, and the need for health facilities. The condition of the health facilities at the Trans Semarang bus and its bus stop is good with a score of 69%-84%, except for the ventilation health facility at the bus stop which gets a score of 88% that inculde to the very good category and the temperature check facility at the Trans Semarang bus stop which gets a score of 57 % that include to the sufficient category. From that condition, passengers prioritize three health facilities on the bus, those are cleaning equipment (score 83.90%), PPE for employees (score 82.30%), and social distancing signs (score 72.86%). While at the bus stop, the priority needs for health facilities are PPE for employees (score 82.96%), cleaning equipment (81.92%), and social distancing signs (score 77.02%). Regarding the sustainability of providing health facilities after the pandemic, 91% of Trans Semarang passengers and the BLU UPTD Trans Semarang agreed to continue implementing it until after the pandemic to prevent the transmission of other diseases at Trans Semarang buses and bus stops.

Abstract

Fenomena perkembangan aplikasi mobilitas digital dinilai mendikte pola pergerakan khususnya pengiriman barang ke tujuan akhir lokasi konsumen atau biasa disebut last mile delivery/LMD secara fisik. Penelitian ini berfokus pada area kawasan pendidikan tinggi yang menjadi growth pole pertumbuhan aktivitas dan pergerakan serta fungsi permintaan barang untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan. Keselamatan kurir dalam LMD dengan menggunakan sepeda motor berpotensi tinggi mengalami risiko kecelakaan lalu lintas, dengan 61% kecelakaan disebabkan oleh faktor manusia terutama kelelahan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perilaku keselamatan kurir pengiriman barang di kawasan pendidikan tinggi Tembalang Kota Semarang. Metode SEM-PLS digunakan sebagai alat bantu dalam mengeksplorasi hubungan karakteristik aspasial dan spasial terhadap perilaku keselamatan berkendara kurir sepeda motor. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dengan melakukan penyebaran kuesioner kepada kurir sepeda motor yang memiliki wilayah kerja di kawasan pendidikan tinggi Tembalang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa komponen kepribadian dan karakteristik spasial memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap perilaku keselamatan berkendara kurir sepeda motor, dengan masing-masing kontribusi sebesar 36,1% dan 26,8%. Selain itu, komponen kepribadian berperan sebagai variabel mediasi yang memperkuat pengaruh pola perjalanan dan aktivitas harian terhadap keselamatan berkendara sebesar 16,4%. Secara keseluruhan, kolaborasi antara faktor spasial dan aspasial terbukti berpengaruh terhadap perilaku keselamatan kurir sepeda motor di kawasan pendidikan tinggi Tembalang, menunjukkan pentingnya memperhatikan kedua aspek ini dalam upaya meningkatkan keselamatan kerja kurir.

Abstract

Air pollution in urban areas will increase along with increasing population activity. This study, with the location of Magelang Regency, examines the carrying capacity and capacity of air pollution. The study began with the identification of emission inventories for transportation, household, waste burning and industrial activities. The results of the inventory were used to examine the distribution of air pollutants. The results of the emission inventory in Magelang Regency showed that the transportation sector was the dominant contributor of emissions compared to the waste, household and industrial sectors with an emission load of 2-3.5 times higher. The transportation sector contributes dominantly to the NO2 parameter (94%) and PM parameter (72%), with a relatively similar contribution to the industrial sector in the SO2 parameter (40%). Dispersion modeling showed that the distribution of emissions was even throughout Magelang Regency and showed an accumulation of emissions, especially for the NO2 parameter which was centered on the arterial and collector road networks. When compared to the Ambient Air Quality Standard in Indonesia, the maximum concentration values for SO2, NO2 and PM parameters are still below the quality standard. However, the NO2 parameter needs to be considered because its concentration value has reached 75% of AAQS. Based on environmental carrying capacity, Tegalrejo, Mungkid and Mertoyudan sub-districts are still in good condition, while Secang and Tempuran sub-districts need to carry out mitigation and emission reduction efforts so that air quality is maintained because the air quality index shows moderate and unhealthy quality respectively

Abstract

Several activities in urban areas emit CO2 gas and the amount of the emission is closely related to land use. This will, in turn, increase global warming phenomena in urban areas. So far, the estimation of pollutant concentrations in the ambient air has been carried out at the height of human breath, and very rarely the concentration values at low-level altitudes have been studied in Indonesia. This study tries to analyze the CO2 concentration based on different altitudes and different locations. Measurements of this study were carried out in industrial, residential, commercial, and highway areas using drones at two altitudes of 1.5 m and 15 m. The use of altitude variations to know the homogeneity of CO2 spatial distribution at different heights. The results of the study showed CO2 concentrations on weekday mornings and afternoons, and weekend mornings in the sampling areas at 1.5 m and 15 m in the range of 393 – 462 ppm and 391 – 460 ppm, respectively. The statistical test showed that there is no significant CO2 concentration difference between altitudes of 1.5 m and 15 m, with only a 0.17% difference value on average. The Tugu Industrial Estate area has the highest concentration of CO2, while the area on Jalan Perintis Kemerdekaan has the lowest concentration.
