Abstract

Family Data Collection in 2015 is the primary data collection activities on the data of Population, Family Planning Data, Data Family Development (KKBPK) in Pekanbaru conducted by the National Population and Family Planning (BKKBN) Representatives of the Province of Riau. For the expected availability of the database, it must be ensured all families recorded. Implementation of this program up and running no less effective because of the level of community participation Pekanbaru City is still low and still many shortcomings of the Agency of National Population and Family Planning (BKKBN) Representatives of Riau Province as program implementers.This study used a qualitative approach, this kind of research is a descriptive study. The focus of research is the effective implementation of the program and community participation. Informant in this study is the Head of Public Affairs and Public Relations of the Agency of National Population and Family Planning (BKKBN) Representatives of the Province of Riau, Chairman Validator of the Family Data Collection Data 2015, and 12 family heads. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews . Data analysis techniques used in this research is descriptive analysis techniques.The results of this study show implementation of the program has not been effective, coupled with the apathy of people in Pekanbaru is still high. recommendation for this research is reassure the public about the active participation in the government program, communication between the government and the public, or otherwise to enable the development of society and the government should more leverage in implementing the program in order to run effectively and optimally.Keywords: Family Data Collection In 2015, Effectiveness, Public Participation

Abstract

Among interpersonal communication skills, managing a conflict is one of the most challenging skillsbecause the conflict often involves emotional elements in the application. Conflicts are everywherethat drain thoughts, emotions and energy. If a conflict is not handled properly, new problems willusually arise and the effects could be worse than expected. If one is a leader, the ability to manageconflict is very important. According to a research conducted by The American ManagementAssociation, 20 percent of a leader's time is used to manage conflict. Meanwhile, research resultsfrom the Queensland Government show that more time, namely 30% of manager's time, is used toresolve conflicts in the office. A conflict is due to the differences that arise both in the views andinterests of people in formal or social interactions. The differences which have become conflicts resultin incompatibility and disagreement. Since the incompatibility and disagreement use up abundantenergy, traditional views mention that (1) conflict should be avoided because it will use not onlyenergy but create cost as well. However, the people with the human relations view consider that (2)conflict is something natural and it normally occurs in any organisation. Moreover, the interactionistgroup views that (3) conflict is a necessary and positive force that is imminent for an organisation toperform more effectively. Abstract

When consumers buy a product, there are many factors that influence these consumers in making decisions, starting from internal factors or external factors to produce satisfaction for the consumers themselves. Service quality is one aspect when consumers use services or buy products from a trademark or company. Service quality is the main activity carried out by a trademark or company to provide satisfactory service to consumers in the long run. The aviation business is one of the industries that is concerned with the quality of their service to provide the best service to consumers so that consumers are satisfied with the services provided. In addition to service quality, brand image is also an important aspect of customer satisfaction because consumers will see whether a trademark or company has a good image or not and consumers will use services or goods from brands or companies that they frequently use or that already exist in their minds. The purpose of this study is to analyze the impact of service quality and brand image on customer satisfaction in the aviation industry. This study uses descriptive and quantitative research with the aim of wanting to know the relationship of three variables namely service quality, brand image and customer satisfaction with each sub-variable. Abstract

Human resource is the key driver in any organization and will determine the success of the organization. Individual performance is one of the indicators to how welldoes an employee performance is towards the company. How well does an employee performs can be determined by their individual performance. The individual performance does have factors which are the Physical Work Environment, and Social Work Environment. The physical work environment and social work environment are the x variables to find which of them the main influence that affects the individual performance is. The purpose of this research is to determine how influential are physicalwork environment and social work environment towards the individual performance ofthe corporate communications division in Sinar Mas Land. This research thesis uses the quantitative research method. The data is collectedusing primary data and secondary data. The primary data is gathered usingquestionnaires through Google forms, and the secondary data is using journal articles, and websites. The questionnaire is distributed to 115 respondents of Sinar Mas Land, and to process the data, this thesis use IBM SPSS Statistics 23 and AMOS 25 Graphics toconduct analysis and to test the hypothesis. Abstract

Mahasiswa secara umum rentan mengalami stres dan depresi, terlebih menjadi mahasiswa sekaligus santri tahfidz. Mereka dihadapkan pada tugas akademik sekaligus tugas sebagai santri tahfidz yang dalam pelaksanaannya dilakukan secara bersamaan. Dalam hal ini, mahasiswa santri tahfidz harus memiliki kemampuan untuk menghadapi tekanan agar mampu mengoptimalkan berbagai tugas yang telah menjadi pilihannya. Tujuan penelitian ini yakni untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan spiritual dan religiusitas terhadap resiliensi dalam menyelesaikan hafalan Al-Qur’an pada mahasiswa santri tahfidz. Peneliti menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan jenis kausal-komparatif. Teknik sampling menggunakan non-probability sampling, dengan jenis snowball sampling dan penentuan sampel dilakukan penghitungan dengan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow (1997), kemudian didapatkan sejumlah 100 sampel. Pengambilan data penelitian menggunakan skala kecerdasan spiritual, skala resiliensi, dan skala religiusitas yang telah diuji dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, kemudian dilakukan uji hipotesis dengan uji regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kecerdasan spiritual dan religiusitas secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap resiliensi dalam menyelesaikan hafalan Alquran pada mahasiswa santri tahfidz (0,000 < 0,05). Sehingga semakin tinggi tingkat kecerdasan spiritual dan religiusitas mahasiswa santri tahfidz maka semakin tinggi tingkat resiliensinya. Secara parsial, kecerdasan spiritual dan religiusitas berpengaruh terhadap resiliensi dalam menyelesaikan hafalan Al-Qur'an pada mahasiswa santri tahfidz.

Abstract

Proses heat treatment pada pembuatan pegas yang selama ini dilakukan oleh industri adalah prosesquenching – tempering, namun pada proses ini memiliki kekurangan yaitu menghabiskan waktu,biaya dan lain – lain. Dalam proses ini struktur mikro yang dihasilkan berupa martensit. Sehinggamaterial cenderung lebih getas. Sedangkan proses quenching – partitioning cenderung memakanwaktu dan biaya yang lebih sedikit. Struktur mikro yang dihasilkanpun berupa austenit sisa danmartensit.Melalui penelitian ini dilakukan perlakuan dengan metode quenching – partitioning kemudiandilakukan pengujian mekanik. Parameter yang digunakan adalah pada temperatur 225oC denganwaktu penahanan (holding time) 25, 50, 100 detik.Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan nilai kekuatan tarik rata – rata tertinggi pada variasi holdingtime 100 detik dengan nilai 1647,72 N/mm2 dan elongasi 1,99 %. Nilai kekerasan rata – ratatertinggi ada pada variasi holding time 100 detik dengan nilai sebesar 521,28 HV. Hasil pengujianimpact didapatkan nilai tertinggi pada variasi holding time 100 detik dengan nilai 0,078 J/mm2serta struktur mikro yang dihasilkan adalah austenite sisa dan martensite sedangkan pada variasi100 detik terdapat fasa baru yaitu fasa bainit. Metode ini menghasilkan kekuatan tarik dankekerasan yang lebih tinggi, namun nilai elongasinya kurang dari 9%, maka tidak memenuhistandar minimum nilai elongasi.

Abstract

In disclosing allegations of wrongdoings or corruption, an effective whistleblowing reporting and handling system is required as a form of implementing good corporate governance in public services carried out by the government. By conducting a study on the implementation of the complaint system and whistleblowing system at the Anti-Corruption & Civil Rights Commission of Korea (ACRC), this research aims to determine and analyze the implementation of the whistleblowing system and the factors that influence the effectiveness of complaint management. Through a systematic literature review using PRISMA 2020 and organizational capacity analysis by using Douglas Horton’s theory, it is concluded that a complaints system must be supported by policies and strategies from top management, human resources, technological infrastructure support, monitoring and evaluation processes, and networks as an effort to increase capacity in order to create a complaint handling system and effective policy. In addition, a policy of reward and protection for whistleblowers is needed which supported both internally and through collaboration with other agencies so that whistleblowers feel safe in reporting suspected wrongdoings.
