Abstract

Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan anak merupakan hal yang kompleks mulai dari perubahan morfologi, biokimia dan fisiologi, dimana hal ini terjadi sejak konsepsi sampai dengan maturitas atau dewasa. Pertumbuhan dan perkembangan itu sendiri merupakan dua hal berbeda akan tetapi antara keduanta saling berkaitan dan sulit untuk dipisahkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui informasi publikasi jurnal internasional melalui analisis dan pemvisualisasi tentang tumbuh kembang anak selama kurun waktu 2017-2022. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan analisis bibliometrik. Adapun urutan dalam prosedur penelitian ini adalah menggunakan pencarian data jurnal melalui Google Scholar dengan menggunakan Harzing’s Publish or Perish sehingga akan terpilih jurnal-jurnal internasional berbahasa Inggris. Kata kunci yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah child growth and development. Ekstraksi hasil penelusuran menggunakan Vosviewer. Total ditemuakan 49 artikel dalam Google Scholar yang diakses pada 30 Mei 2022. Sementara itu kata kunci anak-anak, pertumbuhan, perkembangan dan pertumbuhan anak menjadi area yang paling banyak dibicarakan. Melalui VOSviewer kami menganalisis berapa banyak artikel yang dipublikasikan tentang tumbuh kembang anak dan hubungannya dengan topik ini. Diharapkan nantinya hasil penelitian ini memberikan masukan untuk penelitian selanjutnya mengenai tumbuh kembang anak.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Online games are a type of game that uses internet networks, involves players and generates feedback directly on video devices. Excessive use of online games will have a negative impact on users such as addiction and health problems, one of which is emotional disorders. Emotional disturbance is inappropriate chaos, uncontrolled behavior such as crying without cause, getting angry without cause, and getting angry when what you want is not obtained. Methods: This study used quantitative methods, sampling using random sampling with a total sample of 40 students from grades 3, 4, 5, and 6, the instruments used were SDQ questionnaires and Playing Online Games. Results: The results of the Spearman statistical test with ɑ = 0.05 obtained a p value of 0.049 (Strength Scale), and 0.009 (Difficulty Scale) with a value of r 0.313 (Strength Scale), and 0.407 (Difficulty Scale), which means there is a relationship between the variable Playing Online Games with Emotional Disturbance variables. The use of online games in elementary school-age children should be limited by parents, then give responsibility to children when allowed to play online games. As much as possible, always involve children in any activity so that children are not bored and bored when at home. ABSTRAK Game online adalah jenis permainan yang menggunakan jejaring internet, melibatkan pemain dan menghasilkan umpan balik secara langsung pada perangkat video. Penggunaan game online secara berlebihan akan berdampak buruk bagi penggunanya seperti kecanduan dan gangguan kesehatan salah satunya gangguan emosional. Gangguan emosional merupakan kekalutan yang tidak sesuai, perilaku yang tidak terkendali seperti, menangis tanpa sebab, marah-marah tanpa sebab, dan marah ketika apa yang diinginkan tidak didapatkan. Metode : Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif, pengambilan sampel menggunakan random sampling dengan jumlah sampel 40 siswa dari kelas 3,4,5, dan 6, instrumen yang digunakan yaitu kuesioner SDQ dan Bermain Game Online. Hasil : Hasil uji statistik Spearman dengan ɑ=0,05 didapatkan hasil p value 0.049 (Skala Kekuatan), dan 0.009 (Skala Kesulitan) dengan nilai r 0,313 (Skala Kekuatan), dan 0,407 (Skala Kesulitan), yang artinya ada hubungan antara variabel Bermain Game Online dengan variabel Gangguan Emosional. Pengunaan game online pada anak usia sekolah dasar seharusnya bisa dibatasi oleh orang tua, lalu berikan tanggung jawab kepada anak ketika diperbolehkan bermain game online. Sebisa mungkin selalu libatkan anak dalam aktivitas apapun supaya anak tidak bosan dan jenuh ketika dirumah.

Abstract

Anemia occurs due to the low levels of hemoglobin and carbon dioxide in the tissues. It is essential to provide comprehensive treatment to avoid the negative impacts of anemia. For example, using herbal therapy for anemia treatment, including moringa leaves. The study aimed to evaluate the use of that leaves in anemia. This research design uses a case study using purposive sampling. This research data was taken using participatory observation, interviews, and documentation. This study's results indicate that applying Moringa leaf extract to increase hemoglobin in adolescent girls can increase hemoglobin levels. Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is characterized by abdominal-to-pelvic pain, such as cramps before or at the beginning of menstruation. Overcoming dysmenorrhea can be done with non-pharmacological therapy such as a combination of acupressure and ginger drink. The use of this therapy is limited in the literature. This study aims to apply and determine the effectiveness of acupressure and ginger drink in treating dysmenorrhea. This research uses a case study method using purposive sampling. The samples were two young women aged 14-15 who experienced dysmenorrhea. The intervention was given for several days. The evaluation was conducted after completing the study. The ginger drink contains essential oils, and the content of gingerol in ginger can block prostaglandins so that it can reduce menstrual pain. Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic necessitated a shift to online learning or study from home (SFH), which introduced a range of psychological stressors and associated challenges. This study investigated the correlation between stress levels and SFH among students. Utilizing an observational study design, the research included 241 respondents. Various validated instruments were employed to measure the scores of each variable and ethical clearance was secured before the study commenced. Spearman rank testing was conducted to assess the correlation between stress and SFH. The results demonstrated a significant correlation, indicating that studying from home contributes to heightened stress levels among students. Based on these findings, it is recommended that community healthcare professionals develop and implement interventions that specifically address the psychological well-being of students engaged in home-based learning. Abstract

Malnutrition in children is a pulic health problem that is still a priority by the goverments. From Riskesdas 2018 shows 30,8% children under five are malnutrourised. One of the factors related to nutritional status is exclusive breastfeeding, where breastmik contains the best nutrients for children growth. Research purpose this study aims to determine the relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the nutritional status of infants aged 0-6 months in the working area of Mertoyudan 2 Public Health Center. Methods This study used analytic observational method with crosssectional approach. The sample are mothers who have babies or toddlers as many as 88 respondents with proportional random sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out with the Spearman test.Result The result showed that there was a significat relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the nutritional status og the baby with p value= 0,000 It can be concluded that there is a relationship between exclusive breatfeeding and the nutritional status of infants aged 0-6 months in the working area of Mertoyudan 2 Public Health Center.

Abstract

ASI eksklusif adalah pemberian ASI yang hanya diproduksi oleh ibu tanpa tambahan makanan zat lain sampai bayi berusia enam bulan. ASI adalah nutrisi terbaik untuk bayi, termasuk di masa mewabahnya penyakit Covid-19 karena ASI mengandung perlindungan imunologis. Namun, informasi yang salah dan pengetahuan yang kurang tentang keamanan menyusui di masa pandemi Covid-19 mempengaruhi sikap ibu postpartum dalam pemberian ASI eksklusif. Untuk mengetahui pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang ASI eksklusif terhadap sikap ibu postpartum di masa pandemi Covid- 19 di ruang Mawar RSUD Temanggung. Menggunakan desain penelitian quasi eksperiment dengan two group pretest and posttest nonequivalen control group design. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik nonprobability sampling dengan metode accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel 46 ibu postpartum yangterbagi menjadi 2 kelompok. Data diolah menggunakan uji Wilcoxon. Penelitian ini dilakukan di ruang Mawar RSUD Temanggung. Penelitian menunjukkan adanya pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang ASI eksklusif terhadap sikap ibu postpartum di masa pandemi Covid-19 di ruang Mawar RSUD Temanggung dengan nilai p-value: 0,000. Terdapat pengaruh pendidikan kesehatan tentang ASI eksklusif terhadap sikap ibu postpartum di masa pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

Upaya kesehatan dari kesehatan manusia dapat dilihat dari keberhasilan indikator Angka Kematian Ibu (AKI) dan Angka Kematian Bayi (AKB). Bayi Berat Lahir Rendah adalah faktor resiko yang berkontribusi terhadap Angka Kematian Bayi terutama di masa perinatal. Upaya untuk meminimalkan dampak negatif yang ditimbulkan selama perawatan bayi berat lahir rendah adalah menggunakan Perawatan Metode Kanguru (PMK). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran motivasi ibu pada penerapan PMK pada bayi berat lahir rendah di masa pandemi Covid-19 di ruang Perinatologi RSUD Tidar Kota Magelang. Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode analisa deskriptif. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik accidental sampling pada ibu bayi yang sudah memperoleh edukasi terkait metode kanguru sebanyak 34 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi ibu terhadap PMK menunjukkan sejumlah 33 responden mempunyai motivasi kuat (97,1 %), satu responden mempunyai motivasi sedang (2,9 %) dan tidak satu pun responden memiliki motivasi yang lemah (0,0 %). Motivasi ibu bayi dalam penerapan PMK di RSUD Tidar termasuk dalam kategori kuat.

Abstract

Background: Menarche is the beginning of reproductive development in children to adolescents. Lack of knowledge about menstruation can affect children's readiness to face menarche and cause anxiety. The attitude of parents can affect the child's readiness to face menarche. Knowledge about menstruation can help children prepare themselves better so as to reduce anxiety when facing menarche. Objective: This study aims to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about menstruation and the level of anxiety in facing menarche in school-age children in Central Magelang District. Method: The research methodology used is quantitative with a cross-sectional design. The research sample consisted of 67 female students in grades IV, V, and VI who were selected through proportional random sampling. Data were obtained through questionnaires about the level of anxiety facing menarche and the level of knowledge about menstruation which were filled in directly. Results: The results showed that most female students (59.7%) had a good level of knowledge about menstruation. Meanwhile, most female students experienced anxiety in facing menarche, with a moderate level of anxiety (47.8%). Spearman Rank correlation test results obtained p value (0.002) ? (0.05), meaning that there is a relationship between knowledge about menstruation and anxiety facing menarche. Conclusion: It can be concluded that good knowledge about menstruation can also affect the level of anxiety in children. Thus it is suggested to increase knowledge about menstruation through appropriate sexual education in schools and involve the role of parents in providing accurate information about menstruation to their children.

Abstract

Background: Hospitalization can cause anxiety in some children. The level of anxiety due to hospitalization in most preschool-age children is moderate to severe anxiety. Puzzle play therapy is a therapy that can reduce anxiety in preschool-aged children. Purpose: Identify anxiety due to hospitalization in preschool-aged children before and after playing puzzle therapy, identify the effect of playing puzzle therapy on hospitalization anxiety in preschool-aged children. Method: The method used in this study was a literature review design by collecting secondary data from Google Scholar and ScientDirect using the keywords "Preschool-aged children AND puzzle play therapy AND anxiety of hospitalization", as many as 9 articles that met the inclusion criteria with the publication year range 2019-2023. Results: The anxiety experienced by preschool-aged children at the time of hospitalization before being given puzzle play therapy experienced mild-severe anxiety, and after being given puzzle play therapy the child's anxiety level decreased to mild-moderate anxiety. Conclusion: this proves that there is an effect of playing puzzle therapy to reduce anxiety levels in preschool-aged children due to hospitalization.
