Abstract

The analytical test used in this study is a simple linear regression analysis. The sample used is all employees of PT. BRI Syariah KC. Banjarmasin with a total sample of 85 people. Data were collected through answers from respondents to questions in the form of questionnaires distributed to respondents, namely employees of PT. BRI Syariah KC. Banjarmasin. The research hypotheses were tested by simple linear regression which met the test of classical assumption. The analysis results shows that the style of participatory leadership variable has a positive significant effect on employee loyalty (Y) PT. BRI Syariah KC. Banjarmasin, because the value of tcount (13.203) > ttable (2.006) and Ha is accepted. The simple linear regression equation obtained from the results of hypothesis testing is Y= 13.978 + 1.715X. From the regression equation, it can be seen that the participative leadership style is in line with work motivation. This is because the regression coefficient of each of these variables is positive, meaning that if the participatory leadership style experiences an increase, work motivation will also increase.

Abstract

Based on the survey, it was found that most of the women who manage banana fruit snacks can help  to improve the family's economy and make banana chips a superior product in Murung Raya Village, experiencing problems in the management, product, marketing and productivity management areas. The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge, skills in the field of product management in a safe and healthy manner, online marketing so as to increase family income. . The approach used was community development through training and assistance to economically productive partners, namely the group of women who manage banana processing. The instrument used a check list. The analysis used a descriptive qualitative. The results of the service show that there is an increase in knowledge, skills in product management, packaging, online marketing and an increase in family income. marketing, The community development approach is able to change the knowledge, skills, skills, communication and behavior of partners in managing entrepreneurship effectively and efficiently

Abstract

A preliminary survey showed that most women in Murung Raya Village managed banana processed products to help their husbands improve family income. It makes the products a superior product at Murung Raya Village. However, the targeted community lacked economic development, especially in brand design, marketing management, packing, and entrepreneurship management. This Community Service Activity aims to increase productive economic groups' knowledge, skill, and participation in the targeted community. The method used a community empowerment approach through discussion, training, and mentoring in economic development, especially entrepreneurship and business management. This paper used descriptive qualitative analysis with a checklist instrument. The result showed increased success indicators, especially in knowledge, skills in product management, packaging, online marketing, and familyincome. In conclusion, community empowerment through the economic development of processed bananas products increases knowledge, skills, and productive economic groups' participation in developing products with added value

Abstract

Memasarkan suatu produk (product marketing) dengan efektif dan efisien menjadi salah satu hal terpenting agar tujuan perusahaan yang berkaitan dengan maksimalnya laba dapat dicapai. Product Marketing bisa dilakukan dengan melalui berbagai cara, yaitu mulai dari mouth to mouth hingga menggunakan teknologi canggih. Permasaran dengan cara yang lebih mudah pun bisa dilakukan dengan melalui sosial media, what’s app, instagram, market place dan lain sebagainnya yang sangat banyak digunakan orang saat ini, karena dianggap lebih efektif dan efisisen dalam menjangkau konsumen. Permasalahan dan sering dialami oleh seorang wirausaha UMKM yang paling mendasar adalah mind setmereka tentang konsep dari marketing dan product marketing itu sendiri. Mereka berasumsi bahwa, marketing adalah berjualan, padahal konsepmarketing tidak sebatas dalam berjualan atau bahkan hanya mencari pembeli saja, namun konsep dari marketing bisa luas dengan strategi product, price, pemilihan lokasi, dsb. Tujuan dari kegiatan ini adalah membantu para generasi muda yang tergabung dalam kelompok pencinta alam untuk lebih mengenal bagaimana cara memasarkan lilin aroma terapi agar lebih mengena atau tepat sasaran dalam menjaring konsumen dan menghasilkan produk dengan memanfaatkan bahan alami serta packaging yang menarik. Tahapan dalam pelaksanaan kegiatan: (1). Persiapan yang terdiri dari menyiapkan sumber-sumber informasi mengenai manfaat dari lilin aromatheraphy bagi kesehatan, alat dan bahan yang diperlukan, cara membuat lilin dan membuat akun penjual pada e-commerce.(2). Penjajakan yang dilakukan oleh tim kepada ketua RT setempat untuk meminta izin kegiatan sekaligus berdiskusi singkat dengan para remaja yang menjadi mitra dan sasaran target kegiatan. (3). Pelaksanaan, berupa pemberian informasi dan diskusi yang dilanjutkan dengan pelatihan pembuatan lilin aromatherapy hingga pengemasan, kemudian tutorial membuat akun penjual pada e-commerce. (4). Evaluasi dengan memantau produk yang dihasilkan oleh peserta secara mandiri, pemakaian bahan baku, pembuatan, dan pengemasan.

Abstract

The research was motivated by the growth of motorcycle users who become a great opportunity for automotive business players, especially in the field of motorcycle. The growing potential attracted many well-known brands to enliven the motorcycle market in Indonesia. Specially, this research discuss about selling Honda Scoopy in Puruk Cahu.The purpose of this study to determine the effect of price and product quality on purchase decisions through customer satisfaction. This research type is the explanatory, data collection techniques through the quetionnaires. The sampling technique used accidential sampling technique, with a sample of 95 people. This research used quantitative method with software Smart PLS as the analysis technique. The result indicate that the price (X1) and product quality (X2) significantly can have direct influence to the purchasing decision (Y) as well as indirect influence by passing customer satisfaction (Z) as intervening variable then influence the purchasing decision.Keywords : price, product quality, purchase decision, customer satisfaction

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze how much influence the relocation of the State Capital has on Investment in Tabalong Regency, South Kalimantan. This study uses a quantitative method with the type of explanatory research. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique. The number of samples in this research is 100 people who have assets or investments from 2019 to 2022 in Tabalong Regency. Then the data is processed using the SmartPLS computer program. The relocation of the National Capital (X) has a significant effect on investment in Tabalong Regency (Y). This study concludes that the relocation of the National Capital from Jakarta to East Kalimantan has also affected investment in other provinces in the vicinity, one of which is Tabalong Regency which is 217 km from the Capital City State, one of the investments that are of great interest to the people in the Tabalong Regency area is Real Assets. Tabalong Regency as a buffer for the National Capital also participates in preparing facilities, infrastructure as the gateway for the Kalimantan region to the National Capital.

Abstract

Jemuran sangat bermanfaat untuk aktivitas kehidupan sehari-hari. Jemuran menjadi hal yang sangat berharga bagi wanita sebagai privasi untuk keperluan menjemur pakaian dalam atau underwear mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membuat desain jemuran yang ergonomis untuk kenyamanan dan privasi wanita ketika menjemur underwear mereka. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kansei engineering dimana metode ini melibatkan konsumen didalam mendesain produk. Hasil dari penelitian ini terdapat 9 parameter desain yang telah dilakukan uji homogenitas menunjukkan hasil desain yang sesuai dengan harapan konsumen, dimana kesembilan desain parameter tersebut memiliki nilai Asymp Sig 2 Tailed ≥ 0,05.
