Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the relationship between students mastery of concepts and problem solving on the rigid body lesson. This research was a correlational study. The research sample consisted of 64 students of 12th class of the state senior high schools were selected using purposive random sampling. The research instrument consisted of multiple choice questions to measure students ‘mastery of concepts and problem descriptions to measure students’ problem-solving. The average value of students’ mastery of concepts and problem solving students respectively were 52.81 (11.98) and 31.95 (10.06). Data results of both tests were analyzed with Pearson product moment correlation. The results showed a positive correlation between mastery of concepts to problem-solving student.Key Words: mastery of concepts, problem solving, rigid bodyAbstrak: Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara penguasaan konsep dan pemecahan masalah siswa pada materi benda tegar. Jenis penelitian adalah penelitian korelasional. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 64 siswa kelas XII dari dua sekolah SMA Negeri yang dipilih menggunakan purposive random sampling. Instrument terdiri dari soal pilihan ganda untuk mengukur penguasaan konsep dan uraian untuk mengukur pemecahan masalah. Rata-rata nilai penguasaan konsep dan pemecahan masalah berturut-turut adalah 52,81(11,98) dan 31,95(10,06). Data hasil kedua tes dianalisis dengan korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif antara penguasaan konsep dengan pemecahan masalah siswa.Kata kunci: penguasaan konsep, pemecahan masalah, benda tegar

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara keterampilan proses sains dan self efficacy mahasiswa Teknik Sipil pada mata kuliah Mekanika Tanah . Jenis penelitian adalah korelasi dengan melakukan observasi dan pemberian angket. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 53 mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil. Instrument terdiri dari angket untuk mengukur self efficacy dan lembar observasi untuk mengukur keterampilan proses sains. Data hasil kedua tes dianalisis dengan korelasi pearson product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya korelasi positif antara keterampilan proses sains dan self efficacy mahasiswa.

Abstract

Learning in higher education is focused on practical learning. Every practicum that is carried out requires basic knowledge, cooperation, and belief that comes from each individual. This belief is called self-efficacy. This study aims to determine the increase in student self-efficacy after carrying out learning with an inquiry-based module in the Soil Mechanics course. The self-efficacy measurement tool uses a questionnaire sheet containing 15 questions. The results showed an increase in self-efficacy in the experimental class and control class with a g value of 0.67 and 0.34 in the medium category.

Abstract

In addition to producing food products that are safe for consumption, food producers are also required to produce high quality products to meet consumer satisfaction. However, in reality, there are still many economic actors who do not understand how to improve and maintain the quality of their products. The second problem found by researchers in the pineapple stick business group is the lack of attractiveness of the product packaging offered. The purpose of this service activity in the form of training and mentoring is to help partners, in this case the pineapple stick production business group, to determine good packaging to extend shelf life, determine product packaging designs that can attract consumers' attention, and help business groups obtain NIB. Problem solutions are carried out in two stages of activity, namely preparation and implementation. The preparation stage is carried out with pre-survey activities, socialization and coordination of activities, preparation of work programs, preparation of training modules, and preparation of facilities and infrastructure during training and mentoring. The implementation phase is carried out in the order of socialization activities and assistance in the use of packaging materials, packaging design training and assistance, business group legality assistance, and ends with monitoring and evaluation.

Abstract

Bailey Bridge is a steel frame bridge that is generally used as a temporary emergency bridge. Although this type of bridge has been widely used, one of them is at the location of the Pesaguan-Kendawangan Road, but there are still some obstacles in the steel frame assembly process. Therefore, the researcher wants to make a comparison between the standard method of implementing the Bailey Bridge in the Temporary Bridge Technology book and the method implemented in the location. The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation method of bridge assembly at the location of Jalan PesaguanKendawangan and compare it with the standard method. The research was carried out using observation and interview methods with informants to obtain information about the assembly of the Bailey bridge at the location. The results of observations and interviews were analyzed by comparison with the standard Bailey Bridge. The data obtained shows that there are nine steps of implementing the assembly of Bailey Bridge components at the location of the PesaguanKendawangan Road Section, starting from the assembly of base plate components, panel components, panel post I components, transom components, pin components, bracing components, raker components, panel post II components, and finally the deck plate component. The comparison results show that 6 out of 10 bridge assembly parameters have met existing standards.

Abstract

The study at the Kauman roundabout is essentially motivated by the performance of the intersection, the flow of traffic that occurs causes congestion, especially during rush hours, so it needs further attention. The purpose of this study are determine the effect of unsignalized intersections with roundabouts on capacity, degree of saturation, delays and queuing opportunities that may occured, and the Level of Service (LOS). The research method in data collection is direct observation in the location. The types of data used are both primary and secondary. Primary data, is obtained from direct observation in the location, while secondary data is obtained from related agencies. The basis for solving or analyzing data is using the equations contained in the 1997 Manual Kapasitas Jalan Indonesia (MKJI) to determine the performance value, feasibility and the level of service. The results show that the performance values (DS) on the AB, BC, CD, and DA links are 0.30; 0.39; 0.26; and 0.38. The level of feasibility of the Kauman Roundabout is good in serving traffic flow because the degree of saturation in each link is less than 0.75. Meanwhile, the level of service in all relationships has a B value

Abstract

Transportation problems in big cities in Indonesia, especially on Jalan R. Suprapto, Ketapang Regency are increasing from time to time in line with population growth, rapid growth in the number of vehicles and vehicle ownership, urbanization and an inefficient public transportation system. This has an impact on the decrease in the performance level of the road segment, including the U-Turn motion behavior at the road median opening. This study aims to determine traffic characteristics, road capacity, road service level (LOS), the average time for vehicles to perform U-turns, queue lengths and alternatives that will be applied in this study based on the 1997 MKJI guidelines. From the results of research and discussion on Jalan R. Suprapto the characteristic value of traffic flow which consists of traffic volume at rush hour from the direction of Jl. R. Suprapto – Jl. Gatot Subroto at 513.8 smp/hour and for the direction of Jl. Gatot Subroto – Jl. R. Suprapto at 651.35 smp/hour. The vehicle speed is 49.86 km/hour. Traffic density for the direction of Jl. R. Suprapto – Jl. Gatot Subroto of 10.24 smp/km and for the direction of Jl. Gatot Subroto – Jl. R. Suprapto 13.1 pcu/km. The road segment capacity is 5,422.3 pcu/hour. The value of the road service level obtained an A value.

Abstract

Kondisi lalu lintas di ruas jalan Merdeka semakin padat karena banyaknya parkir kendaraan pada bahu jalan. Kemacetan akibat parkir di badan jalan akan menimbulkan dampak negatif bagi pengemudi atau pengguna jalan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kinerja Ruas Jalan Merdeka Kabupaten Ketapang akibat adanya parkir di badan jalan, mengetahui upaya pengendalian parkir di badan jalan Merdeka STA 0+000 – 0+500, untuk mengetahui kebutuhan parkir pada jalan Merdeka Kabupaten Ketapang 5 tahun yang akan datang. Volume lalu lintas yang terjadi pada Ruas Jalan Merdeka Jalur Merdeka–Imam Bonjol 269 smp/jam, pada Jalur sebaliknya sebesar 250,15 smp/jam. Kecepatan kendaraan rata-rata Jalur Merdeka – Imam Bonjol 30,6 km/jam, Jalur Imam Bonjol-Merdeka 31,3 km/jam. Kapasitas lalu lintas dengan ruas 4/2 D yaitu 4.595,2896 smp/jam. Volume parkir terbanyak di Jalur Merdeka–Imam Bonjol dan Jalur Jl. Imam Bonjol – Merdeka terjadi pada hari Sabtu adalah 792 unit kendaraan/jam dan 647 unit kendaraan/jam. Upaya pengendalian parkir di badan jalan adalah alat pengukur parkir, sistem kartu, dan sistem karcis. jumlah kendaraan yang di dapat pada 5 tahun yang akan datang adalah 1550 kendaraan, menimbulkan dampak kemacetan untuk ini di perlukan tersedianya lahan parkir tersendiri

Abstract

Jembatan Siduk 3 berada di Desa Kuala Satong Kecamatan Matan Hilir Utara  Kabupaten Ketapang dan berfungsi sebagai penghubung ruas jalan Kabupaten Ketapang menuju Kabupaten Kayong Utara. Penggantian jembatan dilakukan karena bagian bawah jembatan masih menggunakan kayu, terdapat kerusakan pada struktur bawah dan perlu di rekontruksi ke struktur beton agar bagunan jembatan lebih kokoh. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui alat berat apa saja yang digunakan, pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan produktivitas dump truck pada pekerjaan penyediaan tiang pancang (spun pile) dan crawler crane pada pelaksanaan pemancangan tiang pancang (spun pile). Metode pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Setelah melakukan penelitian, diketahui bahwa alat berat yang digunakan pada penggantian Jembatan Siduk 3 pada pekerjaan penyediaan tiang pancang (spun pile) yaitu crawler crane, dump truck dan  excavator. Pekerjaan penyediaan tiang pancang (spun pile) dengan menggunakan alat berat 2 unit dump truck produktif karena realisasi pekerjaan lebih cepat dibanding waktu rencana pada time schedule. Untuk alat berat yang digunakan pada pekerjaan pemancangan tiang pancang (spun pile) trailer truck, excavator, diesel hammer, dan crawler crane. Pekerjaan pemancangan tiang pancang (spun pile) dinyatakan produktif karena realisasi pekerjaan lebih cepat dibanding rencana time schedule.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai hasil pengujian awal dari setiap material yang akan digunakan dalam campuran beton. Pengujian awal pada komponen-komponen beton ini mencakup berbagai parameter kunci yakni pengujian kadar air, berat jenis, berat isi, analisa saringan, kadar lumpur, pengujian waktu ikat, dan TDS. Metode yang dilakukan adalah observasi. Hasil penelitian tentang pengujian awal yang dilakukan pada agregat kasar didapatkan nilai kadar air  1,14%, berat isi padat 1,56 kg/cm3, berat isi gembur 1,43 kg/cm3, berat jenis 2,815, penyerapan air 4,05 %, modulus kehalusan 8,24, dan kadar lumpur 0,42 %. Sedangkan hasil pengujian pada agregat halus didapatkan nilai kadar air  8,05%, berat isi padat 1,55 kg/cm3, berat isi gembur 1,44 kg/cm3, berat jenis 2,09, penyerapan air 3,55 %, modulus kehalusan 5,61, dan kadar lumpur 0,97 %. Pengujian waktu ikat dilakukan hingga 105 menit dengan penurunan 2,5 mm. Nilai TDS air rata-rata adalah 179 mg/L. Keyword: Pengujian Awal, Agregat, Semen.
