Abstract

Pada 2019, masyarakat global memasuki era masyarakat 5.0. Masa ini memiliki efek positif dan negatif terhadap kehidupan manusia. Ini adalah masa manusia dan teknologi bekerja sama untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia. Mahasiswa perguruan tinggi harus disiapkan untuk menjadi sumber daya manusia berkualitas tinggi yang dapat beradaptasi dengan era masyarakat 5.0. Hal ini dicapai melalui bimbingan dan konselor di perguruan tinggi. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan studi literatur, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari, membahas, dan menganalisis adaptasi pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konsultasi di perguruan tinggi pada era masyarakat 5.0. Sumber data penelitian meliputi buku, artikel ilmiah, laporan hasil penelitian, dan salinan dokumen peraturan.

Abstract

Flow in learning is an optimal state when students are fully engaged with focus, motivation, and high levels of satisfaction. However, not all students in Islamic boarding schools are able to achieve this due to academic pressure, environmental adaptation, and concentration difficulties. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of group counseling using the Solution-Focused Brief Counseling (SFBC) approach in improving student flow in learning. The method used was quantitative research with a quasi-experimental design in the form of a pretest–posttest control group design. The sample consisted of 20 students selected by simple random sampling from a population of 114, then divided into an experimental group (10 students) and a control group (10 students). The experimental group participated in group counseling with the SFBC approach, while the control group received no special treatment. The research instrument used a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks test to measure changes in each group and the Mann–Whitney U test to compare differences between groups, because the data were not normally distributed. The results showed a significant increase in learning flow in the experimental group after participating in SFBC group counseling, while the control group did not experience significant improvement. Furthermore, there was a significant difference in flow levels between the experimental and control groups. Thus, the SFBC group counseling approach is effective in improving learning flow in Islamic boarding school students.

Abstract

This research was conducted starting from the results of BK instrumentation applications, namely General AUM in semester 1 students majoring in curriculum and educational technology in the faculty of education at Padang State University which showed that students experienced problems in the field of social relations. This study uses quantitative methods to determine the social relations of peers to students majoring in curriculum and educational technology at the UNP FIP.

Abstract

Commitment to the task is interpreted as a responsibility, internal motivation that encourages someone to be diligent, tenacious, hard work, and practice that continues to do the task despite experiencing various obstacles or obstacles in doing the task. The purpose of this study was to find out how the students' commitment to the task. The scope of this study were students of Educational Administration in Padang State University in 2019, totaling 134 students. This research is a combination of Mixed Methods which combines two quantitative and qualitative methods. The summary of the results of this study is that students with Task Commitment in the very good category are 1 student with a percentage of 3.3%. students with Task Commitment 13 people in the good category with a percentage of 43.3%, then followed by 16 students whose Task Commitment is good with a percentage of 53.4%.

Abstract

Guidance and counseling programs in junior high schools are arranged based on the needs of students/counselees and school needs. Needs assessment is an activity that aims to find out the real conditions of students that will be used as a basis in planning guidance and counseling programs. A good guidance and counseling program at an educational institution is a well- done plan. The research method used is a literature study. Researchers dig up information through the google scholar search page and DOAJ (Directory Open Access Journal) to find traces of past research related to literacy skills. Through this research, it is expected to know the development of research that has been done about the need assessment in the planning of counseling and counseling programs in junior high schools.

Abstract

Konselor harus mampu mengetahui kejadian-kejadian klien yang memegang ajaran berbeda-beda. Keadaan yang terdapat pada klien itu juga terjadi depan guru, namun karena kualitas guru seperti helper, maka guru harus memegang pengetahuan diri. Tidak mudah bagi guru untuk mengerjakan bagian tersebut, kepada itu guru harus menaruh pendekatan- pendekatan lintas kultur. Dalam aktivitas konseling, seorang guru mesti mengamati kebudayaan yang terdapat depan kliennya demi memperlancar usaha konseling tersebut, latar belakang guru yang tidak bisa membentuk dirinya dengan kultur yang dimiliki oleh klien maka peluang besar mudah menghalangi terjadinya interaksi. tujuan penelitian ini upaya pemahaman  yang dimiliki siswa dalam berbagai perbdaan perbedaan budaya yang milikinya  dengan melihat  dari beberapa aspek 1) Aspek pemhaman mengenai konseling multikulral budaya 2) aspek tentang kesadaran dalam pennerimaan baik tidaknya dengan wujud prasangka subjek terhadap budaya dari masing masing siswa.  3) Aspek bahasa yang digunakan dalam kegiatan kelompok berlangsung. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian studi referensi (Library Reseach). Libarary review ini berisikan ulasan, rangkuman dan pemikiran tentang Permasalahan  konseling multikultural di masyrakat. Studi Literatur (literature review) merupakan penelitian yang dilakukan oleh peneliti dengan mengumpulkan sejumlah buku buku, majalah yang berkaitan dengan masalah dan tujuan penelitian. Teknik ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengungkapkan berbagai teori-teori yang relevan dengan permasalahan yang sedang dihadapi/diteliti sebagai bahan rujukan dalam pembahasan hasil penelitian.

Abstract

Perilaku agresif adalah perilaku yang bertujuan untuk mendominasi atau merusak benda ataupun orang secara fisik ataupun verbal. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perilaku agresif remaja sekolah menengah pertama. Penelitian deskriptif  kuantatif  dengan sampel penelitian 50 responden diperoleh dengan tekhnik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian yang menggunakan angket perilaku agresif menunjukkan setengah dari responden berada pada kategori perilaku agresif rendah. Tipe tertinggi perilaku agresif yaitu perilaku permusuhan dan tipe terendah perilaku agresif yaitu perilaku agresif fisik.
