Abstract

Violence that occurs in adolescents is a form of behavior that is often encountered and the trend continues to increase. One of the violence that occurs in the school environment is bullying. Bullying is violent behavior that is perpetrated by someone against a group of weak people repeatedly by taking advantage of an imbalance of power, which is done physically, verbally or psychologically. Guidance and counseling teachers have a role in providing assistance to students so they can know and accept themselves and can know and accept their environment positively and dynamically. And being able to make decisions. Directing and realizing oneself effectively and productively for the future. In cases of violence that occur, especially bullying, of course this is an urgency for the counseling teacher to be able to reduce this behavior, one of which is with the psychoeducation group. This paper will provide stages in the implementation of psychoeducation because this paper is a literature review that comes from several references.

Abstract

Advances in technology, information and communication are increasingly felt in the millennial era. Technology in the field of communication that is the result of the times is the smartphone. Indonesian people have the potential to be addicted to smartphones, especially among teenagers. Addiction to smartphones certainly has many negative impacts, one of which is that people become apathetic, people become less concerned about their surroundings because they are more focused on smartphones. The purpose of this study is to obtain an analysis of the conditions in reducing smartphone addiction in educational activities. Guidance and counseling teachers or counselors (BK/Counselors) have a role to provide guidance and counseling services. One of the services that can be provided to reduce smartphones is content mastery services with a behavioral contract approach model. The research findings reveal that in reducing smartphone addiction behavior through the behavior contract model, individuals can control themselves more and be wise in using their smartphones. Abstract

This study aims to describe the stimulus response analysis of students through the application of behavioristic theory to improve learning achievement. This can be a reference for teachers, both counseling teachers and subject teachers in stimulating student response stimuli through behavioristic theory. In this study, researchers used a literature study by utilizing several sources of journals and modules that the authors found. In the technique of data analysis, the researcher uses annotated bibliography analysis. This research leads to recommendations for teachers to be able to understand and know the application of behavioristic theory to stimulate student response stimuli because it is important to understand that every human being has different characteristics and learning styles. Therefore, through this writing the teacher can see the diversity of students' learning styles and then choose the right stimulus so that the responses given by students are also as expected. Abstract

Pada 2019, masyarakat global memasuki era masyarakat 5.0. Masa ini memiliki efek positif dan negatif terhadap kehidupan manusia. Ini adalah masa manusia dan teknologi bekerja sama untuk memenuhi kebutuhan manusia. Mahasiswa perguruan tinggi harus disiapkan untuk menjadi sumber daya manusia berkualitas tinggi yang dapat beradaptasi dengan era masyarakat 5.0. Hal ini dicapai melalui bimbingan dan konselor di perguruan tinggi. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dan pendekatan studi literatur, Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mempelajari, membahas, dan menganalisis adaptasi pelaksanaan bimbingan dan konsultasi di perguruan tinggi pada era masyarakat 5.0. Sumber data penelitian meliputi buku, artikel ilmiah, laporan hasil penelitian, dan salinan dokumen peraturan.

Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan teknik desensitisasi dalam upaya mereduksi gangguan kecemasan sosial pasca pandemi covid-19 yang dialami konseli. Perlu diketahui bahwa teknik disensitisasi yaitu teknik membawa klien ke pengalaman traumatik, kemudian ke tempat kedamaian, dan kembali ke pengalaman traumatik lagi, tingkat intensitas emosi atau perasaan terhadap pengalaman itu akan berkurang. pendekatan desensitisasi dimaksudkan untuk mengubah tingkah laku melalui perpaduan beberapa teknik yang terdiri dari memikirkan sesuatu, menenangkan diri dan membayangkan sesuatu. Dalam hal ini, konselor berusaha memberikan “stimulus” bagi klien untuk menanggulangi ketakutan ataupun kebimbangan yang mendalam dalam suasana tertentu. Konselor melakukan teknik ini dengan memanfaatkan ketenangan jasmaniah klien untuk melawan ketegangan jasmaniah yang timbul bila klien berada pada suasana yang menakutkan atau menegangkan.

Abstract

Tujuan pendidikan nasional adalah agar peserta didik mempunyai potensi menjadi manusia yang berkarakter. Namun tujuan pendidikan nasional tidak dapat tercapai jika terdapat permasalahan dalam prosesnya. Menurunnya nilai-nilai karakter siswa menjadi sebuah permasalahan. Sikap tidak etis terhadap guru dan berbagai pelanggaran peraturan perundang-undangan menjadi bukti menurunnya nilai karakter di sekolah. Permasalahan ini berpotensi menghancurkan negara sehingga perlu dicarikan solusinya agar tidak semakin parah. Budaya yang diperkenalkan ke sekolah adalah solusinya. Budaya sekolah membantu siswa menjadi lebih baik. Siswa tidak hanya memperoleh karakter saat proses pembelajaran di kelas melalui budaya sekolah. Dengan memasukkan budaya karakter siswa ke dalam budaya sekolah, diharapkan nilai-nilai karakter siswa akan semakin meningkat. Hal ini akan membantu memulihkan nilai-nilai nasionalis, keagamaan, gotong royong, nasionalis, dan integritas.

Abstract

The development of today's human era will enter the era of society 5.0. In this era, technology and humans are made the most important center for the development of life. Students in the era of society 5.0 are required to be able to develop soft skills and abilities so that they become material in dealing with changes and human development. The purpose of this article is to determine the role of counseling teachers for student readiness in entering the era of society 5.0 by using qualitative research methods in a systematic review used to synthesize (summarize) the results of research that are descriptive qualitative in nature with sources from several international, national, and international journals. a book that will produce information in the form of notes and data in a descriptive form based on literature studies through references relevant to research. As for the results of this study, students have challenges when entering the era of society 5.0, one of the challenges is that students must be able to develop and improve their abilities in facing the era of society 5.0. In developing and improving the abilities of students. Counseling guidance teachers can provide counseling guidance services that are innovative, creative and up-to-date in accordance with the needs of students which are adapted to the times.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to describe the applications and benefits used by teachers in stimulating student stimulus responses through behavioristic theory. This research method using literature study. The data collection tool used is through searching scientific journals that I took from several electronic media. The data analysis technique used in this study is annotated bibliography analysis. This research boils down to the conclusion that the teacher in applying behavioristic theory to stimulate student response stimulus is that the teacher must understand the differences in student learning styles and their respective characteristics, the readiness of students to learn must also be considered by the teacher, and the teacher provides good modeling/imitation to students. Abstract

The aim of this research is to test the effectiveness of behavioristic group counseling using contingency contracting techniques in reducing bullying among Islamic boarding school teenagers. This research uses a single case experimental design experimental method with an AB design. The subjects in this research were ten students from class VIII . Data collection techniques used Islamic boarding school youth instruments. Data analysis using Wilcoxon Signed Ranks t Test . The results of statistical analysis using the Wilcoxon Signed Ranks t test showed differences in the intervention conditions compared to the baseline phase . Of the 10 experimental group respondents who were involved in the calculations, 10 people in line experienced a decrease from pretest to posttest. This is evidenced by subjects trying to reduce the frequency of carrying out bullying behavior . So it can be concluded that behavioristic group counseling using contingency contracting techniques is effective for reducing bullying among Islamic boarding school teenagers.
